DFT Investigations About Pyrazine Molecules on Si(100)-2×1 Surface

It is important to understand the interface of aromatic molecules on semiconductor surfaces because of the rich functionality of such molecules on semiconductor surfaces. The chemisorption of pyrazine molecules on the Si( 100)-2×1 surface has been investigated using the B3LYP density functional theory with Si9H12 one-dimer and Si15H16 twodimer cluster models. The calculated results predict that N-dative bonded-state, C2= C5 [ 4 2 ] and the tightbridge1, 2, 5,6 products may coexist on the Si(100)-2×1 surface.     

5-氨基-1,10-菲咯啉：可异构化杂环螯合荧光载体作为比例计量型锌离子荧光探针的一种原型

5-amino-l,10-phenanthroline （5-AP）, as a tautomeric heterocyclic aromatic chelating fluorophore （THACF）, can sense Zn^2＋ selectively by shifting emission from 495 to 564 nm upon Zn^2＋ addition in ethanol. The ratiometric fluorescent sensing behavior has been correlated to the tautomerization of 5-AP affected by solvents and metal chelation. The strategy using THACF as ratiometric fluorescent sensor for Zn^2＋ not only simplifies the synthetic procedure but also gives a promising alternative for Zn^2＋ ratiometric fluorescent sensor design.     

[Ce(NO3)5H2O]·(C3H5N2)2的合成、晶体结构及热分析

Colorless crystal, [Ce(NO₃)₅H₂O]·(C₃N₂H₅)₂, has been obtained from the reaction of Ce(NO₃)₃ with imdazole in the aqueous solution and its crystal structure has been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction techniques.The crystal belongs to triclinic, space group P1. The cell parameters are: a = 0.7489(1) um, b = 0.7914(2) nm, c = 1.8139(3) nm, a = 89.39(2)°, β = 89.37(l) °,γ = 63.18(2)°, Dc = 2.1g·cm^-3, Z = 2, R = 0.0319.In the compound, all of five nitrates are bidentate and one molecule of water is monodentate, the coordination number of Ce (Ⅲ) is 11.The processes of thermal decomposition of the compound was proposed by its TGcurve.     

超分子三维氢键网络：{[Cu(phen)3](SO4)(H3PCA)2(8H2O)}的晶体结构

A new complex， {[Cu(phen)₃](SO₄)(H₃PCA)₂(8H₂O)}， was synthesized and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray analysis. The complex is composed of copper cations， sulfate anions， 1，10-phenanthroline， protocatechuic acid and lattice water molecules. The structure of H₃PCA， SO₄^2- and waters comprises packing of anionic three-dimensional network by hydrogen bonds with cavities. The complex can be considered as a model of host/guest supramolecule. The three-dimensional hydrogen-bonding network is the host species. The Cu(phen)₃²⁺ cations， guest species， occupied the cavities of the host. And the results demonstrate that the form of protocatechuic acid at pH< 1 should be free ligand. CCDC： 191733.

Cr-β沸石的合成与催化性能研究

在SiO₂-Cr₂O₃-(TEA)₂O-Na₂O-H₂O体系中，以四乙基氢氧化铵(TEAOH)为模板剂合成了Cr-β沸石，用XRD、IR、SEM及DTA-TGA等方法对样品进行了表征，探讨了反应混合物组成对Cr-β沸石晶化的影响，初步考查了Cr-β沸石催化苯酚与过氧化氢的羟基化反应活性。     

Pt碘乙二胺配合物的DFT和DV-Xα研究

利用密度泛函DFT/LANL2DZ和DV-Xα，对两种Pt(IV)碘配合物trans，cis-[Pt (OAc)_2I_2(en)] (A)，trans，cis-[Pt(OH)_2I_2(en)] (B)及它们的光照产物 [Pt(OAc)_2(OH)I(en)] (C)，[Pt(OH)_3I(en)] (D)完成了几何优化；计算了配合 物能级、光谱、前线轨道组成、电荷布居等性质。计算结果能解释有关的实验现象 。     

离子液体存在下脂肪醛的环化三聚反应

Aliphatic aldehydes such as ethanal,propanal,n-butanal,isobutyraldehyde,n-valeraldehyde,isovaleraldehyde,n-hexanal and n-octanal were converted into the corresponding 2,4,6-trialkyl-1,3,5-trioxanes through cyclotrimer-ization in the presence of the ferric chloride based ionic liquids at room temperature without solvent in high selec-tivity.The effects of different ionic liquids,acidity of ionic liquids and temperature on cyclotrimerization were alsostudied.The results showed that the ferric chloride based ionic liquids(apparent molar fraction of FeCl_3(x(FeCl_3)=0.62))were a kind of efficient catalysts for the cyclotrimerization of aliphatic aldehyde which could be separatedconveniently from the reaction mixture and recycled without loss of catalytic activity.The conversion of isobu-tyraldehyde and the selectivity to 2,4,6-triisopropyl-1,3,5-trioxane were 91.1% and 99.8% respectively under opti-mum reaction condition(isobutyraldehyde 25.0 g,[Et_3NH]Cl/FeCl_3(x(FeCl_3)=0.62)1.0 g,25 ℃for 1 h).     

{[Cu4(nip)4(4，4′-bipy)4(DMF)4]·CH3OH}n配合物的合成与晶体结构

A coordination polymer, {[Cu₄(nip)₄(4，4′-bipy)₄(DMF)₄]·CH₃OH}_n, have been synthesized by the layer method using 5-nitroisophthalic acid (H₂nip), Cu(CH₃COOH)₂ and 4,4′-bipyridine(4,4′-bipy) with three solutions in a marrow tube and structurally characterized by X-ray single-crystal structure analysis. The results indicated that the nip ligand has a μ₂ mono-atomic bridging-monodentate coordination mode and the structure is a two-dimensional network. CCDC: 623420.
