采用带八级杆碰撞/反应池(ORS)的电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS),直接测定丙烯腈或乙腈产品中的Fe、Cu,标准加入法定量.结果表明,方法的线性范围宽,线性相关系数均大于0.999.2种元素的相对标准偏差均低于5%,加标回收率在90%~110%.该方法简便、快速、准确.

芳香二磺酸的配位化学研究化合物[Ni(cyclam)(1,5nds)]·1/3H_2O(1)和[Co(cyclam)(H_2O)_2](1,5nds)·2H_2O(2)的合成与结构(英文)

合成了两个二价的过渡金属磺酸化合物,并通过X-射线衍射单晶结构分析进行结构表征。化合物犤Ni(cyclam)(1,5nds)犦·1/3H2O(1)以P2(1)/c空间群结晶,晶胞参数为a=8.583(5),b=10.533(6),c=12.946(7)?,β=92.433(9)°。犤Ni(cyclam)犦2+与两个磺酸基团形成弱配位,从而构筑了一维的配聚物。犤Ni(cyclam)犦2+与磺酸基团之间的作用还通过O2S-O…H-N型氢键进一步被加强。化合物犤Co(cyclam)(H2O)2犦(1,5nds)·2H2O(2)以P1珔空间群结晶,晶胞参数为a=8.738(5),b=9.324(5),c=10.118(5)?,α=81.382(8),β=64.868(8),γ=62.999(8)°。在该化合物中,磺酸基团没有与Co2+形成配位键,而是以平衡离子的形式存在并与配离子形成氢键,构筑了有序的三维结构。

GIF S-亚硝基化的一些见解

Neural growth inhibitory factor （GIF）, a member of metallothionein family （metallothionein-3, MT3）, was well known by its distinct neural growth inhibitory activity, which is not shown by other MT isoforms. However, till now, people still did not know clearly how GIF exerts its biological functions. Since it has been reported that GIF might serve as NO scavenger and was related to the release of zinc, our study was focused on the interaction of GIF and NO. By studying the reactions of human GIF and human MTlg with SNOC-a type of NO donor, it was found that GIF was more reactive than MT-lg toward SNOC. In order to further figure out if the high reactivity of GIF in this reaction resulted from the acid-base catalysis, several mutants were constructed： E23K, E41G/E43A, E23K/E41G/E43A. By studying their basic properties and the reactions toward SNOC, it was found that the S-nitrosylation of GIF was not only related to the acid-base catalysis, but also to the accessibility of metal-thiolate clusters.     

STUDIES ON POLYMERIZATION KINETICS OF METHYL METHACRYLATE AT HIGH CONVERSION

The bulk polymerization of methyl methacrylate which was carried out in a metallic dilatometer and in a differential scanning calorimeter has been studied over the complete course of the reaction. An attempt was made to quantitatively express the relation on the onset of gel effect and the final conversion with polymerization conditions such as temperature, kinds and concentration of initiators. It was demonstrated further that the final conversion of polymerization in homogeneous ideal systems is only dependent upon the reaction temperature.     

一步法合成吲哚用Ag／SiO2催化剂的失活及其抑制

 用简单浸渍法制备了Ag／SiO2催化剂．该催化剂对苯胺和乙二醇一步合成吲哚表现出很高的催化活性，但同时存在明显的失活．TG，XRD和TEM表征结果表明，催化剂失活的主要原因是反应过程中催化剂表面的积碳和银粒子的烧结．向反应体系中通入氢和水蒸气能够减少催化 剂表面的积碳；向催化剂体系加入ZnO助剂能较大程度地提高银的分散度，并能有效抑制反应过程中银粒子的烧结．

将取代苯氧乙酰氨基引入到3,6-二取代均三唑并噻二唑的分子骨架中, 设计合成了8个未见文献报道的3-(4-氯苯基)-6-取代苯氧乙酰氨基均三唑并[3,4-b]-1,3,4-噻二唑类化合物5a～5h, 结构经元素分析、IR和¹H NMR等测试得到确证.
