配位聚合物{[Zn(CF3COO)2(C5H5ON)]·H2O}n的合成、晶体结构及表征

new coordination polymer {[Zn(CF₃COO)₂(C₅H₅ON)]·H₂O}_n was synthesized based on the reaction of zinc(Ⅱ) trifluoroacetate and 3-hydroxypyridine(C₅H₅ON) in methanol medium for the first time. The structure of the coordination polymer was confirmed by IR, ¹H NMR, elemental analysis and thermal analysis. The crystal structure of the coordination polymer was also determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction. The crystal belongs to monoclinic system with space group P2₁/m, and crystallographic data of the coordination polymer are: a= 0.863 1(4) nm, b=0.717 7(3) nm, c=1.116 4(5) nm, α=γ=90°, β=107.542(6)°, V=0.659 4(5) nm³; D_c=2.037 g·cm^-3; Z=2; F(000)=400; μ=1.969 mm^-1. Zinc(Ⅱ) atom lies at the center of an octahedron formed by the coordination of zinc atom and six O atoms which come from four different trifluoroacetate ions and two different 3-hydroxypyridine molecules where each trifluoroacetate ion and 3-hydroxypyridine are coordinated to two different zinc ions to form coordination polymer. 电压对含锌电解液微弧氧化TiO2膜结构和性能的影响

以纯钛(TA4)为原料,用含乙酸锌电解液制备微弧氧化(MAO)TiO₂膜,探究不同电压对膜的表面结构、亲水性、耐腐蚀性和抗菌性能的影响。结果表明,MAO处理后,涂层表现出多孔结构,主要由Ti相、锐钛矿和金红石TiO₂相组成。随着电压的升高,膜层中金红石TiO₂相增加,膜层上的微孔平均直径增加,孔隙率减小。所有膜层表现出良好的亲水性,与纯钛板相比,所有膜层均具有良好的抗菌性能,其中400 V条件下形成的MAO涂层的抗菌性能最好,达到91%,并且其耐腐蚀性最强。综上所述,当MAO电压为400 V时,制备的膜层综合性能最好。     

微波固相合成5-亚烃基巴比妥酸

在微波固相反应条件下,由巴比妥酸与芳香醛发生缩合反应制备5-亚烃基巴比妥酸,该法操作简便、收率高。经1^HNMR、13^CNMR、IR、UV确证了产物的结构。

Analytic solutions of the double ring-shaped Coulomb potential in quantum mechanics

The exact solutions of the Schr6dinger equation with the double ring-shaped Coulomb potential are presented, including the bound states, continuous states on the ＂k/2π scale＂, and the calculation formula of the phase shifts. The polar angular wave functions are expressed by constructing the so-called super-universal associated Legendre polynomials. Some special cases are discussed in detail.     

二次电子发射对质子束流测量精度的影响

二次电子发射直接影响法拉第探测器测量质子束流的精度,减小或消除二次电子发射的影响是提高束流测量精度的关键。根据二次电子补偿原理设计了二次电子补偿型同轴法拉第探测器,实验发现探测器测量质子束流强度时不能完全实现二次电子补偿。为改进和完善探测器的设计,从理论上分析了补偿片未能完全消除二次电子对束流测量影响的原因,是由于补偿片前向发射二次电子数目大于收集极后向发射二次电子数目所致。为此设计了质子束穿过金属箔发射二次电子测量装置,测量得到能量为5~10 MeV质子穿过10 m厚铜箔时前向与后向发射二次电子产额,验证了理论分析的正确性。     

N'-乙基-N-哌嗪基二硫代氨基甲酸铜(Ⅱ)配合物Cu(S2CNC4H8NC2H5)2的晶体结构及谱学研究

合成了标题化合物Cu(S2CNC4H8NC2H5)2,得到深棕色柱状晶体.晶体属三斜晶系,空间群为P1-.中心Cu(Ⅱ)离子分别与来自2个N'-乙基-N-哌嗪基二硫代氨基甲酸的4个硫原子配位,形成略微扭曲的平面四方配位构型.4个Cu-S键的键长范围0.220 10(11)-0.220 34(13)nm;Cu-S键的FT-Raman伸缩振动峰在134.921 cm-1;ESR谱表明Cu(Ⅱ)离子处于对称中心:其局部配位构型属于D2h群;热分析表明标题化合物在753.15℃时分解为金属Cu.     

Performance improvement of blue light-emitting diodes with an AlInN/GaN superlattice electron-blocking layer

The characteristics of a blue light-emitting diode (LED) with an AlInN/GaN superlattice (SL) electron-blocking layer (EBL) are analyzed numerically. The carrier concentrations in the quantum wells, energy band diagrams, electrostatic fields, and internal quantum efficiency are investigated. The results suggest that the LED with an AlInN/GaN SL EBL has better hole injection efficiency, lower electron leakage, and smaller electrostatic fields in the active region than the LED with a conventional rectangular AlGaN EBL or a AlGaN/ GaN SL EBL. The results also indicate that the efficiency droop is markedly improved when an AlInN/GaN SL EBL is used.
