In a scintillation detector, scintillation crystals are typically made into a 2-dimensional modular array.The location of incident gamma-ray needs be calibrated due to spatial response nonlinearity. Generally, position histograms—the characteristic flood response of scintillation detectors—are used for position calibration. In this paper, a position calibration method based on a crystal position lookup table which maps the inaccurate location calculated by Anger logic to the exact hitting crystal position has been proposed. Firstly, the position histogram is preprocessed, such as noise reduction and image enhancement. Then the processed position histogram is segmented into disconnected regions, and crystal marking points are labeled by finding the centroids of regions. Finally, crystal boundaries are determined and the crystal position lookup table is generated. The scheme is evaluated by the whole-body positron emission tomography(PET) scanner and breast dedicated single photon emission computed tomography scanner developed by the Institute of High Energy Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. The results demonstrate that the algorithm is accurate, efficient, robust and applicable to any configurations of scintillation detector. 相似文献

We present different relaxation mechanisms of Ge and SiGe quantum dots under excimer laser annealing. Investigation of the coarsening and relaxation of the dots shows that the strain in Ge dots on Ge films is relaxed by dislocation since there is no interface between the Ge dots and the Ge layer, while the SiGe dots on Si0.77Ge0.23 film relax by lattice distortion to coherent dots, which results from the obvious interface between the SiGe dots and the Si0.77Ge0.23 film. The results are suggested and sustained by Vanderbilt and Wickham's theory, and also demonstrate that no bulk diffusion occurs during the excimer laser annealing. 相似文献

云南阳宗海砷污染事件引起社会广泛关注.为了解事件发生后阳宗海砷污染水平及变化趋势,分别于2008年12月、2009年2月、5月及9月四次采样,研究了阳宗海湖水、底泥、周边井水、土壤、农作物及水生生物中的砷含量及其变化趋势.研究结果显示:湖水平均砷浓度分别为176.9、147.3、159.3和161.1μg/L(算术平均),底泥平均浓度分别为32.87、62.41、62.99和46.96μg/g(算术平均).阳宗海湖水砷浓度经历了先升后降再到平稳的变化过程,底泥砷含量迅速升高后缓慢下降,湖水和底泥间砷交换还在进行.阳宗海附近土壤中砷最高浓度为23.33μg/g,未超过国家土壤环境质量三级标准.大米、玉米、花椰菜、小油菜等农作物可食用部分中砷的最高值为0.35μg/g,均未超过国家无公害食品标准.水生植物中砷水平大多在100~200μg/g之间,最高为苦草,砷含量超过300μg/g,说明该植物对砷有一定的富集能力.虾、鱼类等可食用水生动物砷浓度范围为1.52~11.4μg/g. 相似文献

应用界面力学镜像点法及断裂力学理论分析了风沙冲击作用下钢结构表面涂层与基体的界面问题。分析结果表明:冲击角度一定时,界面应力随着冲击速度的增大而增大;冲击速度一定时,界面正应力在冲击点附近较大,在冲击角度为45°时最大;界面切应力在冲击角度为30°时达到最大;冲击角度一定时界面位移随着冲击速度的增大而增大,界面水平位移在冲击角度为30°时最大,冲击速度一定时界面垂直位移随着冲击角度的增大而增大。界面破坏机理是因为界面存在应力集中现象,易发生破坏,切向破坏较为严重。 相似文献

Through hydrothermal process, the chrysanthemum-like ZnO particles
are prepared with zinc acetate dihydrate (Zn(CH3COO)2\cdot
2H2O) and sodium hydroxide (NaOH) used as main resources under
the different concentrations of surfactant polyacrylamide (PAM). The
microstructure, morphology and the electromagnetic properties of the
as-prepared products are characterized by high-resolution
transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM), field emission environment
scanning electron microscope (FEESEM) and microwave vector network
analyzer, respectively. The experimental results indicate that the
as-prepared products are ZnO single crystalline with hexagona
wurtzite structure, that the values of slenderness ratio L_d are
different in different PAM concentrations, and that the good
magnetic loss property is found in the ZnO products, and the average
magnetic loss tangent tanδu increases with PAM
concentration increasing, while the dielectric loss tangent

利用DCD(dispersion controlled dissipative scheme)格式,提出了一种研究发射装药发射安全性问题的两相流内弹道计算方法。将内弹道气固两相流动力学方程组中与压力有关的项进行变形,实现了用同一种格式对气相和固相统一处理,而无须分别对待,采用DCD格式无须数值粘性和人工滤波,提高了计算精度。实例计算了某榴弹内弹道两相流动力学,计算结果与实验结果吻合较好。把破碎发射药床视为混合装药结构,用DCD格式计算了发射药床不同破碎程度对发射安全性的影响。计算结果表现出了通常计算方法难以反映的破碎发射药床内弹道压力极为剧烈的变化过程和极高的危险膛压。 更多还原 相似文献

Chrysanthemum-like ZnO nanowire clusters with different Mn-doping concentrations are prepared by a hydrothermal process. The microstructure, morphology and electromagnetic properties are characterized by x-ray diffractometer high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM), a field emission environment scanning electron microscope (FEESEM) and a microwave vector network analyser respectively. The experimental results indicate that the as-prepared products are Mn-doped ZnO single crystalline with a hexagonal wurtzite structure, that the growth habit changes due to Mn-doping and that a good magnetic loss property is found in the Mn-doped ZnO products, and the average magnetic loss tangent tanδm is up to 0.170099 for 3% Mn-doping, while the dielectric loss tangent tanδe is weakened, owing to the fact that ions Mn2 + enter the crystal lattice of ZnO. 相似文献
