Top-Emitting Organic Light-Emitting Devices Based on Silicon Substrate with High Luminance and Low Turn-on Voltage

We have fabricated a top-emitting organic light-emitting device on silicon substrate with high yellow luminance based on 5,6,11,12-tetraphenylnaphthacene sub-monolayer. It consists of a thin layer of highly conductive silver as the semitransparent cathode and surfaced-modified Ag as the anode. The device turns on at 3 V with the luminance of 8.4 cd/m^2. The maximum current efficiency is 1.3 cd/A at 6 V and the luminance reaches 14790 cd/m^2 at 14 V. The performance of the device is excellent in top-emitting organic light-emitting devices according to our knowledge.

One—dimesional Infinite Chain Organotin Compounds： Synthesis and structural Characterization of Triphenyltin Thiazole—2—carboxylate and Triphenyltin 3—Pyridinylcarboxylate

Triphenyitin thiazole-2-carboxylate(1) and triphenyltin 3-pyridinylcar boxylate(2) were synthesized by the reaction of sodium thiazole-2-carboxylate or sodium 3-pyridinylcarboxylate with the triphenyltin chloride and their crystal structures were determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis.In the structure of 1, the tin atom is five-coordinated in a distorted trigonal bipyramidal structure.Due to the presence of a close intermolecular Sn…S interaction distance of 0.3666nm,the structre can be described as a weakly-bridged on-dimensional chain compound.In the structure of 2,the tin atom is five-coordinated with bridging 3-pyridinylcarboxylate ligands N atom and resulting structure is one-dimensional chain compound.     

Synthesis, Spectroscopic Properties and Crystal Structures of Dibenzyltin（IV） Dithiobenzoate and Chlorodibenzyltin（IV） Thiobenzoate

Two dibenzyltin(IV) complexes with thiobenzoate ligand, (PhCH2)2Sn(SOCPh)2 (1) and (PhCH2)2Sn(C1)SOCPh (2), have been synthesized by the reaction of dibenzyltin(IV) dichloride with thiobenzoic acid in the presence of organic base Et3N and characterized by IR, ^1H NMR spectroscopy and elemental analysis. Their crystal structures were determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction analysis. In the crystals of 1, the tin atom is six-coordinated in a distorted octahedron configuration. In the crystals of 2, the molecular packing in unit cell reveals that the two adjacent molecules are symmetrically linked to each other to form a dimer with intermolecular Sn…C1 distances of 0.3591 (2) nm and the tin atom is five-coordinated in a distorted trigonal bipyramid configuration.

本文报道软珊瑚提取物豆荚内酯 A 的晶体结构和分子结构.分子式为 C_(22)H_(30)O_5,M_r=374.5,晶体属正交晶系,空间群为,P2_12_12_1,a=8.753(2),b=8.887(3),c=54.247(14)(?),V=4220(2)(?)~3,Z=8,D_x=1.17Mg·m~(-3),F(000)=1616e.强度数据用 Cu Kα辐射、四圆衍射仪收集,结构用直接法解出.经最小二乘法修正,其偏离因子 R=0.064.分子骨架由无规则的[-+-+-++++-+--]型十三环二烯和“信封式”γ-内酯环组成,两者以顺式稠合.不对称单位两个分子构型基本相同.晶胞中分子堆积较疏松.     

表面等离子共振效应中传统近似理论与薄膜光学理论

指出Kretschmann模型的传统表面等离子共振公式在求解金属薄膜的参量时存在近似性,采用更为严密的薄膜光学理论,通过薄膜膜系的特征矩阵,得出表面等离子体共振衰减曲线.结果表明,表面等离子体共振近似理论与薄膜光学理论得到的共振角及反射率幅度存在差别;采用等高线图,给出了共振角差随着金属介电常量的变化规律.进一步的实验表明,薄膜光学理论所得模拟结果较表面等离子体共振近似理论与实验值吻合地更好,证明薄膜光学理论应用在表面等离子体共振效应要优于常用的近似理论.最后,采用两种理论对表面等离子体共振传感器进行优化设计,结果表明,两种理论所获得的高灵敏度分布区域差异较大,必须采用薄膜光学理论提供更精确的薄膜参量,来优化设计高灵敏度表面等离子体共振传感器.

在文[7][8]的基础上,分析了一类食饵具常数收获项的Ⅱ类功能反应的捕食系统,通过对鞍点分界线相互位置仔细的分析,得到了比较完备的定性结论,特别是第一次在生态系统的讨论中得到了三个极限环的存在性。

本文提出了一种利用光学形态变换探测印刷电路板缺陷的新方法。以非相干光学相关器为基础,构成了一个实现印刷电路板微小缺陷检测的形态变换光学视觉系统给出了原理性实验结果。
