In this paper, a method for the design optimization of elasto-plastic truss structures is proposed based on parametric variational principles (PVPs). The optimization aims to find the minimum weight/volume solution under the constraints of allowable node displacements. The design optimization is a formulation of mathematical programming with equilibrium constraints (MPECs). To overcome the numerical difficulties of the complementary constraints in optimization, an iteration process, comprising a quadratic programming (QP) and an updating process, is employed as the optimization method. Furthermore, the elasto-plastic buckling of truss members is considered as a constraint in design optimization. A combinational optimization strategy is proposed for the displacement constraints and the buckling constraint, which comprises the method mentioned above and an optimal criterion. Three numerical examples are presented to show the validity of the methods proposed. 相似文献

对线性定常结构的动力系统提出的精细积分法,能得到在数值上逼近于精确解的结果。但是对于非齐次动力方程却涉及到矩阵求逆的困难,而且通常与时间有关的非齐次项不能进入精细积分的细化过程。采用增维的方法,将非齐次动力方程化为齐次方程,在实施精细积分的过程中不必进行矩阵求逆。这种处理方法对于程序实现和提高数值计算的稳定性十分有利,而且在大型问题中可明显提高计算效率,数值算例显示本文方法是有效的。 相似文献

In the present paper, we present a new method for integrating the ordinary differential equation, especially for the ordinary differential equation derived from explicitly time-dependent generalized Hamiltonian dynamic system, which is based on taking a factorization of the evolution operator as an infinite product of the exponentials of Lie operators. The above process is a Lie group (algebraic) method that retains the structural intrinsic properties of the exact solution when truncated and is used to analyze the main features of the so-called Fer’s expansion. In the present paper, based on the classical Magnus expansion, a simple and efficient fourth-order integrator is given for an arbitrary nonlinear dynamic system, which can preserve the qualitative properties of the exact solution. The proposed method can be considered an averaging technique, and only requires evaluations of exponentials of simple unidimensional integrals. Novel acid‐labile, thermoresponsive methacrylamide‐based (co)polymers with pendent ortho ester groups were prepared by free radical polymerization of N‐(2‐methoxy‐1,3‐dioxan‐5‐yl) methacrylamide (NMM) and N‐(2‐ethoxy‐1,3‐dioxan‐5‐yl)methacrylamide (NEM). These polymers are both thermoresponsive and acid‐sensitive in aqueous solution, which was proved by transmittance measurements, fluorescence, and 1H NMR spectroscopy. The LCSTs of the (co)polymers were shifted to higher temperature by increasing the content of the more hydrophilic NMM units. All of these polymers can be hydrolyzed under acidic condition and the hydrolysis rate increased with the decrease in the pH value.

Sonodynamic therapy (SDT) triggered by ultrasound (US) has attracted increasing attention owing to its ability to overcome critical limitations, including low tissue-penetration depth and phototoxicity in photodynamic therapy (PDT). Biogenic metal oxide nanoparticles (NPs) have been used as anti-cancer drugs due to their biocompatibility properties with most biological systems. Here, sonosensitizer MWO4-PEG NPs (M = Fe Mn Co Ni) were synthesized as inhibitors to activation-induced cytidine deaminase (AID), thus neutralizing the extensive carcinogenesis of AID in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). The physiological properties of these nanomaterials were examined using transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The inhibition of NPs to AID was primarily identified by the affinity interaction prediction between reactive oxygen species (ROS) and AID through molecular dynamics and molecular docking technology. The cell apoptosis and ROS generation in US-triggered NPs treated DLBCL cells (with high levels of AID) were also detected to indicate the sonosensitivity and toxicity of MWO4-PEG NPs to DLBCL cells. The anti-lymphoma studies using DLBCL and AID-deficient DLBCL cell lines indicated a concentration-dependent profile. The synthesized MWO4-PEG NPs in this study manifested good sonodynamic inhibitory effects to AID and well treatment for AID-positive hematopoietic cancers. 相似文献
