The Mg2B2O5 whiskers (Mg2B2O5w) were modified by boric acid ester (BE) coupling agent and used to prepare polycarbonate (PC) composites. Surface wettability test and evaluation of dispersibility of BE-modified Mg2B2O5w (BE-Mg2B2O5w) in n-heptane were carried out by water contact angle measurement and polarizing microscopy, respectively. The surface chemical characteristics of BE-Mg2B2O5w and estimation of the amount of tightly bonded organic modifier were examined by Fourier transform infrared spectrometry (FT-IR) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), respectively. The influence of BE-Mg2B2O5w on the mechanical property, morphology and thermostability of PC composites was investigated by using universal testing machine, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA) and TGA, respectively. It was found that BE was successfully grafted to the surface of Mg2B2O5w, and the hydrophobic BE-Mg2B2O5w leads to high ratio of adhesion work to interfacial tension between PC and BE-Mg2B2O5w, and its better dispersibility in n-heptane. Furthermore, the incorporation of BE-Mg2B2O5w into PC matrix resulted in higher tensile properties of PC/BE-Mg2B2O5w than that of PC/Mg2B2O5w composites and lower maximum weight loss rate than that of PC. The storage modulus of the PC/Mg2B2O5w composites increased obviously as a function of whisker content, especially for the composites with BE-Mg2B2O5w, but the Tg value changed little.  相似文献

Carbon onions produced by DC arc discharge method were deposited on highly oriented pyrolytic graphite (HOPG) surface and their adsorption and manipulation was studied using an atomic force microscopy (AFM). Well-dispersed adsorption of carbon onions on HOPG surface was obtained and aggregations of onions were not observed. The van der Waals interaction between the onion and HOPG surface and that between two onions, were calculated and discussed using Hamaker's theory. The manipulation of adsorbed onions on HOPG surface was realized using the AFM in both the raster mode and the vector mode. The controllability and precision of two manipulation modes were compared and the vector mode manipulation was found superior, and is a useful technique for the construction of nano-scale devices based on carbon onions.  相似文献

The stability of Bose--Einstein condensates (BECs) loaded into a two-dimensional shallow harmonic potential well is studied. By using the variational method, the ground state properties for interacting BECs in the shallow trap are discussed. It is shown that the possible stable bound state can exist. The depth of the shallow well plays an important role in stabilizing the BECs. The stability of BECs in the shallow trap with the periodic modulating of atom interaction by using the Feshbach resonance is also discussed. The results show that the collapse and diffusion of BECs in a shallow trap can be controlled by the temporal modulation of the scattering length.  相似文献

用磁过滤脉冲真空电弧沉积方法制备了CoPt(FePt) C纳米复合薄膜,并在不同温度下进行了退火处理,研究了薄膜中碳的含量以及退火温度对薄膜结构与磁性能的影响.制备态薄膜经过足够高的温度退火后,x射线衍射和磁力显微镜分析发现,在碳基质中生成了面心四方相的CoPt(FePt)纳米颗粒.对于特定组分为Co24Pt31C45和Fe43Pt35C22的薄膜,矫顽力以及颗粒尺寸都随退火温度的升高而增大,当退火温度为700℃时,Co24Pt31C45薄膜的矫顽力为21×105A/m,晶粒尺寸为17nm;当退火温度为650℃时,Fe43Pt35C22相应值分别为28×105A/m和105nm. 关键词: 磁记录材料 磁性薄膜 CoPt FePt纳米复合薄膜  相似文献

Z-pinch experiments with two arrays consisting, respectively, of 32 4-μm- and 6-μm-diameter tungsten wires have been carried out on QiangGuang-1 facility with a current rising up to 1.5MA in 80ns. At early time of implosion, x-ray framing images show that the initial emission comes from the central part of arrays, and double clear emission rings, drifting to the anode and the cathode at 5×106cm/s and 2.4×107cm/s respectively, are often produced near the electrodes. Later, in a 4-μm-diameter tungsten wire array, filamentation caused by ohmic heating is prominent, and more than ten filaments have been observed. A radial inward shift of arrays starts at about 30\,ns earlier than the occurrence of the x-ray peak power for both kinds of arrays, and the shrinkage rate of emission region is as high as 1.7×107cm/s in a 4-μm-diameter tungsten wire array, which is two times higher than that in a 6-μm one. Emission from precursor plasmas is observed in implosion of 6-μm-diameter tungsten wire arrays, but not in implosion of a 4-μm-diameter tungsten wire array. Whereas, in a 4-μm-diameter tungsten wire array, the soft x-ray emission shows the growth of m=1 instability in the plasma column, which is caused by current. The reasons for the discrepancy between implosions of 4-μm- and 6-μm-diameter tungsten wire arrays are explained.  相似文献

针对干涉超光谱成像仪所成图像的特点,提出了一种基于ROI(Region of Interest,感兴趣区域)编码的干涉超光谱图像序列压缩方法.利用帧内差值变换,结合矩形ROI编码,在提高遥感图像压缩比的同时,使压缩后的重建图像质量达到近无损的技术要求.实验结果表明,这种压缩方法在干涉超光谱图像压缩中当相对光谱二次误差为2.04%时,干涉图像的压缩比达到9.66∶1.  相似文献

Neural interface is a critical component for the communication between the central nervous system and outside devices. But neural tissues withstand constant mechanical activity with outside devices which aggravates inflammation response. The investigation about soft interfacial modification materials for neural implants is a promising way to reduce the mechanical mismatch of neural tissues and implants. In this study, soft alginic acid gel and poly(3, 4-ethylenedioxythiophene)/poly(styrene sulfate)(PEDOT/PSS) coated multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNT) was co-deposited on a microwire neural electrode, then PEDOT/PSS was electrochemically grown through the coating material to form a kind of soft interpenetrating networks (IPNs) for the improvement of neural interface. Compared to unmodified electrodes, the modified electrodes possess higher charge storage capacity (CSC) and lower electrochemical impedance, which would benefit the performance of stimulating and recording respectively. The IPNs are very soft after reswelling in brain tissue, and the cell experiment indicate its fantastic biocompatibility. Furthermore, acute neural recording experiments revealed that the IPNs reduced the noise floor. All these characteristics are greatly desired for the neural interface. Overall, we developed a soft interpenetrating conducting hydrogel coating material on the neural interface with excellent electrical and biological performance.  相似文献

Highly ordered Prussian blue nanowires with diameter of about 50 nm and length up to 4 m have been fabricated by an electrodepositing technology with two-step anodizing anodic aluminum oxide films. The Mössbauer spectra taken between 15 and 300 K indicate that the hyperfine parameters decrease as the temperature increases. The temperature dependence of the quadrupole splitting, the isomer shift and the spectra area are discussed. A decrease of Debye temperature for Prussian blue nanowires was found with respect to that of Prussian blue bulk.  相似文献

本文利用多模压缩态理论,研究了第Ⅰ种非对称两态叠加多模叠加态光场|Ψ(ab)Ⅰ>q的偶数阶等阶N次方Y压缩特性.结果发现:在压缩阶数N取偶数情况下,只要构成态|Ψ(ab)Ⅰ>q的两个量子光场态的强度(即平均光子数)不相等,则当各模的初始相位φj(a)、φj(b)(j=1,2,3,…,q)、态间的初始相位差(θpq(bI)nq(aR))以及与上述的两个量子光场态相对应的各单模相干态光场的光子干涉项之和 =[Rj(a)Rj(b)cos(φj(a)j(b))]等满足一定条件时,态|Ψ(ab)Ⅰ>q可呈现出周期性变化的、任意偶数阶的等阶N次方Y压缩效应.这一结果与现有文献报道的结果截然不同.  相似文献

采用一步法合成了510,550和630 nm三种峰值的高稳定性、高量子效率核壳结构CdSe/ZnS量子点材料,其量子产率分别达到82%,98%,97%。将该量子点材料取代传统的荧光粉材料,与硅胶均匀混合后作为光转换层涂覆到蓝色InGaN LED芯片上,制备了白光LED器件。通过依次添加不同颜色量子点制备的量子点光转换层,考察了510,550和630 nm三色CdSe/ZnS量子点在硅胶中的不同配比对白光LED器件性能的影响,研究了不同颜色量子点之间的能量转换机制,利用量子点对白光光谱及其色坐标的影响机制,得到优化的白光器件结果及其三色量子点的配比,结果表明,当绿色、黄绿色、红色三种量子点之间的配比为24∶7∶10时,得到高稳定性、高效率的正白光器件特性,在电流20~200 mA范围内,色温变化为4 607~5 920 K,色坐标变化为(0.355 1,0.348 3)~(0.323 4,0.336 1),显色指数变化为77.6~84.2,器件最高功率效率达到31.69 lm W-1@20 mA。另外,为了进一步考察器件性能稳定的原因,研究了时间、温度以及UV处理对CdSe/ZnS QDs/硅胶混合光转换材料稳定性的影响,结果表明,器件的高稳定性可归因于所采用的一步法合成的核壳结构量子点材料本身的稳定性,研究的优化器件结果是一种低能耗的优质白光光源,可使人们真实地感知物体的原貌,在正白光光源领域具有很好的应用前景。  相似文献
