Spontaneous reduction of metal ions on the sidewalls of carbon nanotubes   总被引:8,自引:0,他引:8  
Nanotube/nanoparticle hybrid structures are prepared by forming Au and Pt nanoparticles on the sidewalls of single-walled carbon nanotubes. Reducing agent or catalyst-free electroless deposition, which purely utilizes the redox potential difference between Au3+, Pt2+, and the carbon nanotube, is the main driving force for this reaction. It is also shown that carbon nanotubes act as a template for wire-like metal structures. The successful formation of the hybrid structures is monitored by atomic force microscopy (AFM) and electrical measurements.  相似文献

The adsorption of (R)- and (S)-2-phenylpropionamide (PPA, C(9)H(11)ON) molecules on a Cu(111) surface has been investigated using the density functional method with supercell models. The adsorption orientations of both (R)- and (S)-PPA molecules on the surface are the same: the phenyl rings are approximately parallel to the Cu(111) surface and positioned in the hollow sites, the amino and methyl groups occupy two-bridge sites, and the carbonyl occupies the top site. After the adsorption, the bond lengths in the two enantiomers are almost unchanged, but the changes for two dihedral angles show differences, especially for (R)-PPA molecule. The first angles between the (N,C9,C7) plane and the (C9,C7,C6) plane are 19.4 and 0.7 degrees for (R)- and (S)-PPA molecules, respectively, and the second angles between the (C8,C7,C6) plane and the (C7,C6,C5) plane are 74.8 and 0.4 degrees for (R)- and (S)-PPA molecules, respectively. The adsorption energies of (R)- and (S)-PPA molecules are calculated to be -34 and -26 kJ mol(-1), respectively. The simulated scanning tunneling microscopy (STM) images of (R)- and (S)-PPA molecules on the Cu(111) surface display different features and are coincident with the experimental ones. The interaction between the adsorption molecule and the metal surface is found to be responsible for the discrimination of (R)- and (S)-PPA molecules on the surface.  相似文献

The benzannulated enediynyl propargylic alcohol 8 was prepared from 1-bromo-2-iodobenzene by two consecutive Sonogashira cross-coupling reactions. The subsequent transformation to mesylate 9 followed by treatment with 4-substituted pyridines 10 then furnished the benzannulated enediynes 11. On exposure of 11 to triethylamine, the indeno-fused quinolizinium salts 15 were produced in quantitative yield. Presumably the reaction proceeded through a 1,3-prototropic rearrangement to form the benzannulated enyne-allenes 12, which then underwent either a concerted Diels-Alder reaction or a two-step process involving a Schmittel cyclization reaction to form biradical 13 followed by an intramolecular radical-radical coupling to afford 14. A subsequent prototropic rearrangement then produced 15. Similarly, 21a and 21b were produced from 19a and 19b, respectively. The use of the Sonogashira reaction for cross-coupling between 1-iodo-2-(phenylethynyl)benzene (7) and 1-(2-propynyl)-1H-imidazole (25) followed by treatment of the resulting adduct with potassium tert-butoxide gave the indeno-fused imidazo[1,2-a]pyridine 24 in 98% yield. Similarly, the indeno-fused pyrido[1,2-a]indole 32 and 4H-quinolizin-4-one 35 were obtained by starting from 7 for cross-coupling with 1-(2-propynyl)-1H-indole (30) and 1-(2-propynyl)-2(1H)-pyridinone (33), respectively, followed by treatment with potassium tert-butoxide.  相似文献

The coordination compound [Co(C10H7COO)2(H2O)3]2n · 4nH2O was prepared by the reaction of 1-naphthoic acid and cobalt(II) acetate tetrahydrate in basic solution, and was fully characterized by X-ray diffraction, element analysis, FTIR, TG-DTA and luminescent spectra. In the crystal the six-coordinated Co(II) centers are linked into one-dimensional zigzag chains by water molecules, which are further assembled into a two-dimensional network through weak inter-chain C–H···π interactions. The solid complex exhibits favorable fluorescent properties similar to those of free ligand at room temperature, which can be assigned to the intraligand electronic transfer.  相似文献

采用分子动力学模拟退火技术寻找了一类新型烟碱型乙酰胆碱受体吡啶基胺类配体分子的优势构象,用分子力学方法进行了结构优化,再用半经验量子化学方法中的AM1方法进一步优化,并做了电子结构计算.用计算所得物化参数对配体亲和性进行多元线性回归分析,回归结果表明:化合物pKi值与分子最低空轨道能量(ELUMO)、吡啶基所带总电荷(Qp)及分子构象相关.根据计算结果对该类化合物与受体的作用机制和作用位点进行了讨论.  相似文献

Solvation interaction and ion association in solutions of lithium perchlorate/4-methoxymethyl-ethylene carbonate (MEC) have been studied by using Infrared and Raman spectra as a function of concentration of lithium perchlorate. The splitting of ring deformation band and ring ether asymmetric stretching band, and the change of carbonyl stretching band suggest that there should be a strong interaction between Li^+ and the solvent molecules, and the site of solvation should be the oxygen atom of carbonyl group. The apparent solvation number of Li^+ was calculated by using band fitting technique. The solvation number was decreased from 3.3 to 1.1 with increasing the concentration of LiClO4/MEC solutions. On the other hand, the band fitting for the ClO4^- band revealed the presence of contact ion pair, and free ClO4^- anion in the concentrated solutions.  相似文献

Cationic ring-opening polymerization of 3,3-bis(chloromethyl)oxacyclobutane catalyzed by BF_3·OEt_2 was carried out in ionic liquids [bmim]BF_4 and [bmim]PF_6.The influences of BCMO concentration and molar ratio of BCMO/BF_3·OEt_2 on the molecular weights and yield of PBCMO were investigated.The polymerization in ionic liquids proceed to high conversions,although molecular weights are limited,similar to polymerization in organic solvent such as CH_2Cl_2.Follow a viewpoint of green chemistry, we feel ionic liquid [bmim]BF_4 is superior to [bmim]PF_6.Extracting [bmim]PF_6 from the product using organic solvent as extractant limits its advantage as a green reaction media.  相似文献
