The development of blue-emissive ambipolar organic semiconductor is an arduous target due to the large energy gap, but is an indispensable part for electroluminescent device, especially for the transformative display technology of simple-structured organic light-emitting transistor (SS-OLET). Herein, we designed and synthesized two new dibenzothiophene sulfone-based high mobility blue-emissive organic semiconductors (DNaDBSOs), which demonstrate superior optical property with solid-state photoluminescent quantum yield of 46–67 % and typical ambipolar-transporting properties in SS-OLETs with symmetric gold electrodes. Comprehensive experimental and theoretical characterizations reveal the natural of ambipolar property for such blue-emissive DNaDBSOs-based materials is ascribed to a synergistic effect on lowering LUMO level and reduced electron injection barrier induced by the interfacial dipoles effect on gold electrodes due to the incorporation of appropriate DBSO unit. Finally, efficient electroluminescence properties with high-quality blue emission (CIE (0.179, 0.119)) and a narrow full-width at half-maximum of 48 nm are achieved for DNaDBSO-based SS-OLET, showing good spatial control of the recombination zone in conducting channel. This work provides a new avenue for designing ambipolar emissive organic semiconductors by incorporating the synergistic effect of energy level regulation and molecular-metal interaction, which would advance the development of superior optoelectronic materials and their high-density integrated optoelectronic devices and circuits. 相似文献

Chiral induction has been an important topic in chemistry, not only for its relevance in understanding the mysterious phenomenon of spontaneous symmetry breaking in nature but also due to its critical implications in medicine and the chiral industry. The induced chirality of fullerenes by host–guest interactions has been rarely reported, mainly attributed to their chiral resistance from high symmetry and challenges in their accessibility. Herein, we report two new pairs of chiral porous aromatic cages (PAC), R- PAC-2 , S- PAC-2 (with Br substituents) and R- PAC-3 , S- PAC-3 (with CH3 substituents) enantiomers. PAC-2 , rather than PAC-3 , achieves fullerene encapsulation and selective binding of C70 over C60 in fullerene carbon soot. More significantly, the occurrence of chiral induction between R- PAC-2 , S- PAC-2 and fullerenes is confirmed by single-crystal X-ray diffraction and the intense CD signal within the absorption region of fullerenes. DFT calculations reveal the contribution of electrostatic effects originating from face-to-face arene-fullerene interactions dominate C70 selectivity and elucidate the substituent effect on fullerene encapsulation. The disturbance from the differential interactions between fullerene and surrounding chiral cages on the intrinsic highly symmetric electronic structure of fullerene could be the primary reason accounting for the induced chirality of fullerene. 相似文献

The purge and trap (P&T) technique was improved for measuring the release of organic compounds with weak volatility (weak VOCs) from dry plant materials. Using distilled water as a dispersant, the plant tissues were mulled and placed in the purge tube of a P&T concentrator. Then the sample-containing purge tube was heated to 80 °C with helium as the carrier gas, and the purged volatiles were preconcentrated in the trap prior to analysis with GC-MS. The VOCs in Chinese herbal medicinal plants Swertia tetraptera, Saussurea involucrate and S. lacostei, which had been stored dry for 1–2.5 years were assayed with this improved method and conventional P&T techniques. Our results show this new P&T method had great promise for determining the VOCs in dry plant materials. Using this new technique, we identified 38 weak VOCs with a large peak area from the dry samples. In contrast, less than five VOCs were detected by the conventional P&T method. So the improved heat-purge and trap system showed to be more efficient for measuring the release of the weak VOCs from dry plant materials. 相似文献

Five new ligands bearing terminal ethynide moieties attached via pendant arms to a naphthyl skeleton have been used in the synthesis of eight silver(I) complexes. In these compounds, the invariable appearance of the mu 4 and mu 5 ligation modes of the ethynide moiety reaffirms the general utility of the silver-ethynide supramolecular synthons R-CC supersetAg n and Ag n subsetCC-R-CC supersetAg n ( n = 4, 5) in coordination network assembly, even when the R group is conformationally flexible. Besides the silver-ethynyl and silver-aromatic interactions, several unconventional intermolecular interactions (argentophilicity, anion-pi, C-H...pi, and CN...pi) also make their appearance. 相似文献

Accurate quantitative analysis of trace analytes in a complicated matrix is a challenge in modern analytical chemistry. An appropriate analytical method is considered to be one of the most common gaps during the whole process. In this study, a green and efficient strategy based on miniaturized matrix solid-phase dispersion and solid-phase extraction combined with capillary electrophoresis was first proposed for extracting, purifying and determining target analytes from complicated matrix, using Wubi Shanyao Pill as an example. In detail, 60 mg of samples were dispersed on MCM-48 to obtain high yields of analytes, then the extract was purified with a solid-phase extraction cartridge. Finally, four analytes in the purified sample solution were determined by capillary electrophoresis. The parameters affecting the extraction efficiency of matrix solid-phase dispersion, purification efficiency of solid-phase extraction and separation effect of capillary electrophoresis were investigated. Under the optimized conditions, all analytes demonstrated satisfactory linearity (R2>0.9983). What's more, the superior green potential of the developed method for the determination of complex samples was confirmed by the Analytical GREEnness Metric Approach. The established method was successfully applied in the accurate determination of target analytes in Wubi Shanyao Pill and thus provided reliable, sensitive, and efficient strategy support for its quality control. 相似文献

Protein assemblies with high symmetry are widely distributed in nature. Most efforts so far have focused on repurposing these protein assemblies, a strategy that is ultimately limited by the structures available. To overcome this limitation, methods for fabricating novel self‐assembling proteins have received intensive interest. Herein, by reengineering the key subunit interfaces of native 24‐mer protein cage with octahedral symmetry through amino acid residues insertion, we fabricated a 16‐mer lenticular nanocage whose structure is unique among all known protein cages. This newly non‐native protein can be used for encapsulation of bioactive compounds and exhibits high uptake efficiency by cancer cells. More importantly, the above strategy could be applied to other naturally occurring protein assemblies with high symmetry, leading to the generation of new proteins with unexplored functions. 相似文献

AlN films with a preferred orientation <002> have been prepared on Si(100) substrates via DC reactive magnetron sputtering. X‐ray diffraction, atomic force microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, ellipsometer, and ultraviolet–visible–near infrared (UV–VIS–NIR) spectrophotometer were used to investigate the structural and optical properties of the AlN thin films. When the sputtering pressure is about 0.4 Pa, the flow ratio between nitrogen and argon is 1 : 3, and the growth temperature is 400 °C, the transmissivity of the AlN film is about 90% in the visible and near‐infrared region, and its optical band gap is ~5.84 eV. Three hybrid coordination networks that were constructed from ?‐Keggin polyoxometalate building units and imidazole‐based bridging ligands were prepared under hydrothermal conditions, that is, H[(Hbimb)2(bimb){Zn4PMoV8MoVI4O40}] ? 6 H2O ( 1 ), [Zn(Hbimbp)(bimbp)3{Zn4PMoV8MoVI4O40}] ? DMF ? 3.5 H2O ( 2 ), and H[Zn2(timb)2(bimba)2Cl2{Zn4PMoV8MoVI4O40}] ? 7 H2O ( 3 ) (bimb=1,4‐bis(1‐imidazolyl)benzene, bimbp=4,4′‐bis(imidazolyl)biphenyl, timb=1,3,5‐tris(1‐imidazolyl)benzene, bimba=3,5‐bis(1‐imidazolyl)benzenamine). All three compounds were characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis, and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. The mixed valence of the Mo centers was analyzed by XPS spectroscopy and bond‐valence sum calculations. In all three compounds, the ?‐Keggin polyoxometalate (POM) units acted as nodes that were connected by rigid imidazole‐based bridging ligands to form hybrid coordination networks. In compound 1 , 1D zigzag chains extended to form a 3D supramolecular architecture through intermolecular hydrogen‐bonding interactions. Compound 2 consisted of 2D curved sheets, whilst compound 3 contained chiral 2D networks. Because of the intrinsic reducing properties of ?‐Keggin POM species, noble‐metal nanoparticles were loaded onto these POM‐based coordination networks. Thus, compounds 1 – 3 were successfully loaded with Ag nanoparticles, and the corresponding composite materials exhibited high catalytic activities for the reduction of 4‐nitrophenol. 相似文献
