毛细管电泳法分离测定潮汕凉果中的山梨酸、苯甲酸、糖精钠

采用毛细管电泳-PDA检测法,考察了pH、缓冲介质、波长、电压对山梨酸、苯甲酸、糖精钠分离测定的影响,得到优化的实验条件.以20mmol/乙磷酸盐(pH=7.4)为运行缓冲液,12kV为分离电压,检测通道波长为:192、202、254nm的电泳条件下,进样时间5s,山梨酸、苯甲酸、糖精钠可在15min内实现分离.山梨酸在0.250-100mg/L,苯甲酸在0.100-50.0mg/L,糖精钠在0.100-50.0mg/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,迁移时间、峰面积相对标准偏差均小于1.41%(n=5).用上述方法对实际样品进行测定,回收率在90.9%以上.     

Suppercontinuum Generation in InP Nano Inner Cladding Fibers

The InP nano inner cladding fiber is fabricated by the method of modified chemical vapor deposition. The thickness of the InP nano thin film is about 16 nm. A 20 dB supercontinuum over 100nm in the telecommunication band is generated by infecting 1550nm, 120fs, 50MHz repetition rate optical pulse into this kind of fiber. Moreover, the results indicate that the width of the supercontinuum spectra can be influenced by the fiber length and pump power. The longer fiber at higher pump power can produce broader supercontinuum spectrum.     

溶胶-凝胶法制备氟化物薄膜光波导

以乙酰丙酮盐为原料,用溶胶——凝胶法（Ｓｏｌ－Ｇｅｌ）制备掺铒的锆钡镧铝（ＺＢＬＡ）氟化物薄膜光波导．第一步为制备包含锆钡镧铝及铒的溶胶;第二步为在基底上用旋转镀膜的方法镀膜及氟化．用这种方法得到的薄膜用扫描电镜测量了其组分和表面膜的形态．同时也测得膜的厚度和折射率．     

PLS-原子吸收光谱法同时测定稀土氧化物中的Eu和Cu

用偏最小二乘法（ＰＬＳ）校正了火焰原子吸收分析中Ｅｕ３２４．７５３ｎｍ对Ｃｕ３２４．７５４ｎｍ吸收线重叠干扰,用铜空心阴极灯同时测定了合成样及稀土氧化物中的Ｅｕ和Ｃｕ。     

in-situ ESR AND RAMAN SPECTROSCOPIC STUDIES ON ELECTROPOLYMERIZATION OF PYRROLE

The in-situ transient ESR measurements reveal that the oxidized structure (PP++) of polypyrrole (PP) films has an electrocatalytic activity to the oxidation of pyrrole during the electropolymerization process. Surface-enhanced resonance Raman scattering (SERRS) effect was used to probe the structure of PP films in very early stages of the polymerization on gold electrodes. It is of special interest that the electropolymerization can take place at much less positive potentials (about 300 mV) under the irradiation of light. This photocatalytic effect may be applied to the pattern deposition of polymers.     

Octa-membered Water Ring Chain Based on Sulfonic Group in Ni(Ⅱ) Complex with 2-[(E)-(2-Oxidophenyl)methyleneamino]Ethanesulfonato and 2,2''-Bipyridinyl

The title compound, [Ni(tssb)(2,2-bipy)2]·5(H2O) 1 (tssbH2 =2-[(E)-(2-oxido-phenyl)methyleneamino]ethanesulfonato, 2,2-bipy = 2,2'-bipyridinyl), belongs to orthorhombic,space group Pbcn with a = 20.3983(18), b = 17.6929(15), c = 17.0897(15) nm, V = 6167.8(9) nm3,Mr= 688.38, Z = 8, Dc = 1.481 g·cm-3, F(000) = 2880, μ = 0.758 mm-1 and S =1.099. Each NiⅡ atom is six-coordinated by one N and one O atoms from one tssb2- anion and four N atoms from two 2,2-bipy ligands to give a distorted octahedral geometry. Noticeably, there exists a rare octa-membered water ring which presents a 1D chain by sulfonic group.     

A novel secondary metabolite of Chinese ted alga Laurencia karlae

A novel skeleton compound benkarlaol (1) was isolated from the red alga Laurencia karlae Zhang et Xia, collected from the Nansha Islands in the South China Sea. Its structure and relative stereochemistry were determined by spectroscopic data, especially extensive 1D and 2D NMR experiments.

N503萃淋树脂吸萃铟的研究

考察了Ｎ_（５０３）萃淋树脂在盐酸、氢溴酸、硫酸－溴化钠体系中对铟的吸萃性能，研究了Ｎ_（５０３）萃淋树脂在氢溴酸体系中吸萃铟的动力学和机理，发现Ｎ_（５０３）萃淋树脂吸萃铟的反应按假一级反应进行，并符合Ｆｒｅｕｎｄｌｉｃｈ等温吸附式。吸附平衡和红外光谱研究发现Ｎ_（５０３）萃淋树脂吸附铟的反应按下式进行：
