Excessive bilirubin in the body of patient with liver dysfunction or metabolic obstruction may cause jaundice with irreversible brain damage, and new type of adsorbent for bilirubin is under frequent investigation. Herein, graphene oxide based core @ polyethersulfone‐based shell beads are fabricated by phase inversion method, amides and heparin‐like polymer are introduced to functionalize the core‐shell beads. The beads are successfully prepared with obvious core‐shell structure, adequate thermostability and porous shell. Clotting times and protein adsorption are investigated to inspect the hemocompatibility property of the beads. The adsorption of bilirubin is systematically investigated by evaluating the effects of contacting time, initial concentration and temperature on the adsorption, which exhibits improved bilirubin adsorption amount for the beads with amides contained cores or/and shells. It is worth believing that the amides and heparin‐like polymer co‐functionalized core‐shell beads may be utilized in the field of hemoperfusion for bilirubin adsorption. 相似文献

A photoinduced decarboxylative three-component coupling reaction involving amine, maleic anhydride, and fluorinated alkyl iodides has been developed, leading to synthetically valuable fluoroalkyl-containing acrylamides with a high E selectivity. A broad array of substrates including monoprotected amino acid are capable coupling partners. Preliminary mechanistic studies suggest a stepwise process. NiFe layered double hydroxides (LDHs) have been denoted as benchmark non-noble-metal electrocatalysts for the oxygen evolution reaction (OER). However, for laminates of NiFe LDHs, the edge sites are active, but the basal plane is inert, leading to underutilization as catalysts for the OER. Herein, for the first time, light and electron-deficient Li ions are intercalated into the basal plane of NiFe LDHs. The results of theoretical calculations and experiments both showed that electrons would be transferred from near Ni2+ to the surroundings of Li+, resulting in electron-deficient properties of the Ni sites, which would function as “electron-hungry” sites, to enhance surface adsorption of electron-rich oxygen-containing groups, which would enhance the effective activity for the OER. As demonstrated by the catalytic performance, the Li−NiFe LDH electrodes showed an ultralow overpotential of only 298 mV at 50 mA cm−2, which was lower than that of 347 mV for initial NiFe LDHs and lower than that of 373 mV for RuO2. Reasonable intercalation adjustment effectively activates laminated Ni2+ sites and constructs the electron-deficient structure to enhance its electrocatalytic activity, which sheds light on the functional treatment of catalytic materials. 相似文献

Structures of ionic liquids (ILs) 1-decyl-3-methylimidazolium bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)azanide ([C10mim][TFSA]) and 1-decyl-dimethylimidazolium bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)azanide ([C10(mim)2](TFSA)2) in different-sized mica slits have been investigated using molecular dynamics simulations. Ion density and angular distributions for monocationic IL [C10mim][TFSA] were analysed to elucidate the IL structures under different surface charges and especially their changes in the direction perpendicular to the surfaces. [C10mim][TFSA] formes in bilayers, compatible with existing models of ILs with long alkyl chains. For dicationic IL [C10(mim)2](TFSA)2, cations adjacent to the mica surface tend to stay parallel to the surface with both positively charged rings absorbed. While near the centre of the slit, dications show the weak tendency of orientation distribution, more random than [C10mim]+ ions. Structures of [C10(mim)2](TFSA)2 cannot be described by bilayer models. Additionally, the in-plane arrangement of [C10mim][TFSA] is more ordered when K+ ions completely neutralise the negative charge of the mica surface, and [C10mim]+ ions tend to be located in hexagonal mica lattices with two aluminium atoms in replacement of silicon atoms.
