The fragmentation pathways of protonated imine resveratrol analogues in the gas‐phase were investigated by electrospray ionization–tandem mass spectrometry. Benzyl cations were formed in the imine resveratrol analogues that had an ortho‐hydroxyl group on the benzene ring A. The specific elimination of the quinomethane neutral, CH2 = C6H4 = O, from the two isomeric ions [M1 + H]+ and [M3 + H]+ via the corresponding ion–neutral complexes was observed. The fragmentation pathway for the related meta‐isomer, ion [M2 + H]+ and the other congeners was not observed. Accurate mass measurements and additional experiments carried out with a chlorinated analogue and the trideuterated isotopolog of M1 supported the overall interpretation of the fragmentation phenomena observed. It is very helpful for understanding the intriguing roles of ortho‐hydroxyl effect and ion–neutral complexes in fragmentation reactions and enriching the knowledge of the gas‐phase chemistry of the benzyl cation. A simple, rapid, and high‐throughput liquid chromatography with tandem mass spectrometry method for the simultaneous quantitation of ten antiepileptic drugs in human plasma has been developed and validated. The method required only 10 μL of plasma. After simple protein precipitation using acetonitrile, the analytes and internal standard diphenhydramine were separated on a Zorbax SB‐C18 column (50 × 4.6 mm, 2.7 μm) using acetonitrile/water as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 0.9 mL/min. The total run time was 6 min for each sample. The validation results of specificity, matrix effects, recovery, linearity, precision, and accuracy were satisfactory. The lower limit of quantification was 0.04 μg/mL for carbamazepine, 0.02 μg/mL for lamotrigine, 0.01 μg/mL for oxcarbazepine, 0.4 μg/mL for 10‐hydroxycarbazepine, 0.1 μg/mL for carbamazepine‐10,11‐epoxide, 0.15 μg/mL for levetiracetam, 0.06 μg/mL for phenytoin, 0.3 μg/mL for valproic acid, 0.03 μg/mL for topiramate, and 0.15 μg/mL for phenobarbital. The intraday precision and interday precision were less than 7.6%, with the accuracy ranging between –8.1 and 7.9%. The method was successfully applied to therapeutic drug monitoring of 1237 patients with epilepsy after administration of standard antiepileptic drugs. The method has been proved to meet the high‐throughput requirements in therapeutic drug monitoring.  相似文献

Mononuclear copper(II) and trinuclear cobalt(II) complexes, namely [Cu(L1)]2 · CH2Cl2 and [{Co(L2)(EtOH)}2Co(H2O)] · EtOH {H2L1 = 4,6‐dichloro‐6′‐methyoxy‐2,2′‐[1,1′‐(ethylenedioxydinitrilo)dimethylidyne]diphenol and H3L2 = 6‐ethyoxy‐6′‐hydroxy‐2,2′‐[1,1′‐(ethylenedioxydinitrilo)dimethylidyne]diphenol}, were synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, IR and UV/Vis spectroscopy, and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. In the CuII complex, the CuII atom is four‐coordinate, with a N2O2 coordination sphere, and has a slightly distorted square‐planar arrangement. Interestingly, the obtained trinuclear CoII complex is different from the common reported 2:3 (L:CoII) salamo‐type CoII complexes. Infinite 2D layer supramolecular structures are formed via abundant intermolecular hydrogen bonding and π ··· π stacking interactions in the CuII and CoII complexes.  相似文献

We described the design and synthesis of a modified poly(aryl ether ketone) bearing phenolphthalein and allyl groups (P‐PAEK) via nucleophilic polycondensation. A new kind of composite separator, crosslinked P‐PAEK/polyvinylidene fluoride (c‐P‐PAEK/PVDF) membrane was successfully prepared using phase separation, phase inversion method, and UV crosslinking technique. As a separator of lithium‐ion battery, c‐P‐PAEK/PVDF membrane demonstrates high porosity and uniform distribution of pores with interconnected pathways. Low thermal shrinkage, distinct shut‐down effect, high liquid electrolyte uptake capacity, and exciting liquid electrolyte wettability of the prepared c‐P‐PAEK/PVDF membrane have been revealed through comprehensive study. Moreover, the c‐P‐PAEK/PVDF membrane was applied to assemble a conventional Li/LiFePO4 coin cell, which exhibited hopeful cell performance. © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Polym. Reversible‐deactivation radical polymerization (RDRP) techniques have received lots of interest for the past 20 years, not only owing to their simple, mild reaction conditions and broad applicability, but also their accessibility to produce polymeric materials with well‐defined structures. Modeling is widely applied to optimize the polymerization conditions and processes. In addition, there are numerous literatures on the kinetic and reactor models for RDRP processes, which show the accessibility on polymerization kinetics insight, process optimization, and controlling over chain microstructure with predetermined molecular weight and low dispersity, copolymer composition distribution, and sequence distribution. This review highlights the facility of the method of moments in the modeling field and presents a summary of the present state‐of‐the‐art and future perspectives focusing on the model‐based RDRP processes based on the method of moments. Summary on the current status and challenges is discussed briefly.

In this study, antimicrobial membranes based on biodegradable material poly(3‐hydroxybutyrate‐co‐4‐hydroxybutyrate) [P(3HB‐4HB)] and quaternary ammonium salts (QASs) by two methods have been performed. Three QASs with varied alkyl chain lengths have been synthesized successfully and characterized by 1H nuclear magnetic resonance and Fourier transform infrared. The synthesized QASs were blended with P(3HB‐4HB) and electrospun into composite fibrous membranes or casted into conventional membranes. Electrospun fibrous membranes with large surface areas are a superior type of antimicrobial biomaterials, and they exhibit preferable properties than solution casting membranes. Specifically, electrospun fibrous membranes are tougher and can inactivate both Gram‐positive Staphylococcus aureus and Gram‐negative Escherichia coli O157:H7 in a contact time of 30 min, whereas the solution casting membranes cannot. The length of alkyl chain in the quaternary ammonium groups on the modified P(3HB‐4HB) membranes is able to influence the antimicrobial activity. A novel nanocomposite of molecularly imprinted polymers and graphene sheets was fabricated and used to obtain a highly conductive acetylene black paste electrode with high conductivity for the detection of bisphenol A. The two‐dimensional structure and the chemical functionality of graphene provide an excellent surface for the enhancement of the sensitivity of the electrochemical sensor and the specificity of molecularly imprinted polymers to improve detection of bisphenol A. The synergistic effect between graphene and molecularly imprinted polymers confers the nanocomposite with superior conductivity, broadened effective surface area and outstanding electrochemical performance. Factors affecting the performance of the imprinted sensor such as molecularly imprinted polymers concentration, foster time and scan rate are discussed. The sensor successfully detects bisphenol A with a wide linear range of 3.21 × 10?10 to 2.8 × 10?1 g/L (R = 0.995) and a detection limit of 9.63 × 10?11g/L. The fabricated sensor also possessed high selectivity and stability and exhibits potential for environmental detection of contaminants and food safety inspection.  相似文献

In the title complex, [Zn(C12H6O4)(H2O)]n, a ZnII polymer based on naphthalene‐1,8‐dicarboxylate (1,8‐nap), the ZnII atoms adopt an elongated octahedral coordination geometry. A zigzag chain is formed by μ2‐aqua ligands and μ2‐carboxylate groups of the 1,8‐nap ligands. Adjacent parallel chains are further linked by 1,8‐nap ligands, forming a twisted two‐dimensional layer structure along the (100) plane.  相似文献

针对三门峡虢季墓遗址部分区域存在起甲、泛白、疱疹等由可溶盐引起的病害,在其遗址不同部位取样进行土遗址本体含盐分析.取样区域包括虢季墓、梁姬墓和近代墓遗址.采用X射线荧光光谱(XRF)和离子色谱(IC)分析所取样品的可溶盐成分、含量及可溶盐成盐元素在土遗址中的成盐规律.采用电子能谱(XPS)和X射线衍射(XRD)分析样品的物相组成及盐分状态,扫描电子显微镜/能谱(SEM/EDS)进一步考察含盐土质的颗粒组成、微观形貌等.结果表明:虢季墓取样区域所含盐分主要为Na_2SO_4、CaCO_3和少量的其他盐分如CaCl_2、KNO_3和NaCl等.靠近地面部位所取样品盐分含量高于其他部位,盐害表现更为明显.梁姬墓取样区域总盐分含量略高于虢季墓与近代墓,硝酸盐含量较高.而近代墓遗址可溶盐盐分含量略低,盐害不明显.在不同取样点可溶盐含量有所差异,但在邻近区域,其成盐具有一定规律性,这一点对于遗址基体中盐害的深入研究与防治具有重要意义.  相似文献

水污染问题已成为影响我国可持续发展的关键问题之一,为有效提高现有污水处理的效率及其回收利用,各种催化氧化技术受到了广泛的关注。目前发展的各类高级氧化技术在实际的应用过程中明显受到了氧化剂的利用率、催化剂的浸出、寿命及成本等问题的严重限制。因此基于新的理念、发展新的催化氧化技术仍然受到广泛的关注。
  最近几年,利用碳酸氢盐活化过氧化氢,应用于有机废水的降解逐渐受到环境催化领域的关注。碳酸氢盐本身是一种低毒性、广泛存在于环境及生物体系的化学物质,通过它活化过氧化氢产生过碳酸氢盐氧化剂,该氧化剂能够直接氧化有机物。同时,在各种过渡金属催化剂的存在下,通过该过碳酸氢盐可以形成氧化能力更强的各种自由基(如羟基自由基等) 及高价态的过渡金属离子参与有机废水的降解。虽然传统认为碳酸盐及碳酸氢盐对高级氧化法降解有机废水不利,原因是认为它们能捕捉羟基自由基,形成氧化能力更低的碳酸根自由基。现有的研究已充分表明,较低浓度的碳酸氢盐能够加快有机废水的氧化降解,而且通常比单独使用过氧化氢效率更高,这些新的发现已明显突破了传统意义上对碳酸氢盐作用的理解。更为重要的是,在微量碳酸氢盐的存在下,其产生的微碱性环境极大地消除了负载型氧化物催化剂在废水降解过程中的金属离子流失、从而极大地延长了催化剂的寿命。该缺点是各种基于过渡金属氧化物催化剂的高级氧化技术难以广泛推广的关键性挑战,原因是随着氧化降解的进行,废水体系由于有机酸的生成而逐渐酸化,进而引发氧化物催化剂的酸溶而流失。在这点上,碳酸氢盐活化过氧化氢系统由于其天然的微碱性环境体现出了其明显的优势。
  本文即是在本课题组工作基础上,对该领域内国内外研究进展加以总结,以期获得国内外同行的进一步关注。综述的主要内容包括:(1)碳酸氢氧活化过氧化氢的相关知识介绍,(2)均相碳酸氢氧活化过氧化氢降解有机废水的研究进展,(3)基于金属氧化物催化剂的碳酸氢氧活化过氧化氢降解有机废水的研究进展,和(4)碳酸氢盐在其他高级氧化技术中的应用。虽然基于碳酸氢氧活化过氧化氢降解有机废水的研究还处于早期探索阶段,还有很多基础科学问题如降解机理等值得进一步探索,期望通过该综述的介绍能够让同行对碳酸氢氧活化过氧化氢降解有机废水有一个比较全面的了解,进而推动该研究方向的发展,为有机废水的催化处理提供新的机会。  相似文献
