以圆柱体为例,研究自由面附近刚性物体的受力状态,分析垂直运动圆柱体出水时的自由面效应以及水冢现象.建立基于势流理论考虑自由面效应的数学模型,并用边界元方法求解该模型.求解过程中考虑非线性自由面运动学以及动力学边界条件.通过求解控制方程以及边界条件,模拟恒速刚性圆柱体出水时的水冢现象及其穿越水冢过程.通过数值解和实验值的比较验证方法的可靠性.分析结构出水时的压力变化、自由液面变形、圆柱体所受的垂向合外力以及流场速度矢量的变化,并展开讨论.结果表明:考虑自由面效应的非线性方法能够更准确地预报自由面附近刚性运动物体的受力特性.  相似文献

假设模态法在单一梁、杆、索、板等柔性结构动力学建模中有广泛应用,但在处理组合结构振动问题时,常常因无法反映各部件之间的耦合作用使其应用受限。通过假设模态建立组合结构的近似动力学模型,利用近似模型求得系统的固有频率和相应的特征向量,据此可以有效地获得系统的全局模态。本文以跨中带有多个弹性支撑的简支梁为例,通过假设模态加权来提取系统的全局模态,从而建立系统的动力学模型。对系统进行固有特性分析的结果表明,通过假设模态加权可以方便地获得系统的全局模态;对系统动态响应分析的结果表明,采用本文提出的全局模态建立的非线性动力学模型可以有效地反映系统的非线性动力学特性。

Additive manufacturing (AM, 3D Printing) of hierarchical polymer structures for a targeted function represents a grand challenge in the field of polymer science and engineering. Because advanced functional materials often do not possess suitable mechanical and rheological properties for conventional fused deposition modeling, a key challenge that researchers face is in integrating custom deposition tool heads that enable printing of non-filamentary materials while preserving synchrony with the motion axes. In this article, we demonstrate a highly versatile hardware and software platform for melt and solution-phase benchtop AM and highlight patterning and post-deposition processing of a series of non-filament forming functional polymers, including PS-b-PLA bottlebrush block copolymers, semiconducting polymer DPP2T-TT, conducting polymer PEDOT:PSS [poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)-poly(styrenesulfonate)], and an SiO2-PE nanoporous polymer matrix composite. We present a free and open-source Python module, PolyChemPrint, which serves as a research-optimized AM control software. The cross-platform (Windows/Linux) software is designed to be extremely flexible in terms the hardware that can be connected and a detailed user manual and developer guide are provided for use by researchers without extensive computer programming experience. Finally, we provide extensive details of the hardware used for operation of low- and high-pressure pneumatic extruders and a laser module as rapidly interchangeable tool heads.  相似文献

Clinical translation of nucleic acids drugs has been stunted by limited delivery options. Herein, we report a synthetic polymer designed to mimic viral mechanisms of delivery called VIPER (virus‐inspired polymer for endosomal release). VIPER is composed of a polycation block for condensation of nucleic acids, and a pH‐sensitive block for acid‐triggered display of a lytic peptide to promote trafficking to the cell cytosol. VIPER shows superior efficiencies compared to commercial agents when delivering genes to multiple immortalized cell lines. Importantly, in murine models, VIPER facilitates effective gene transfer to solid tumors.  相似文献

In the present note, the geometric structures and topological properties of harmonic p-forms on a complete noncompact submanifold \(M^{n}(n\ge 4)\) immersed in Hadamard manifold \(N^{n+m}\) are discussed, where \(M^{n}\) and \(N^{n+m}\) are assumed to have flat normal bundle and pure curvature tensor, respectively. Firstly, under the assumption that \(M^{n}\) satisfies the \((\mathcal {P}_\rho )\) property (i.e., the weighted Poincaré inequality holds on \(M^{n}\)) and the \((p,n-p)\)-curvature of \(N^{n+m}\) is not less than a given negative constant, using Moser iteration, the space of all \(L^{2}\) harmonic p-forms on \(M^{n}\) is proven to have finite dimensions if \(M^{n}\) has finite total curvature. Furthermore, if the total curvature is small enough or \(M^{n}\) has at most Euclidean volume growth, two vanishing theorems are, respectively, established for harmonic p-forms. Note that the two vanishing theorems extend several previous results obtained by H. Z. Lin.  相似文献

The magnetic properties and microstructure were studied for bulk Nd11.5Fe72.4Co9Nb1B6.1 magnets synthesized by hot-pressing and subsequent die-upsetting the melt-spun ribbons with additions of three kinds of low-melting-point metal (Zn, Al and Sn). Die-upset Nd11.5Fe72.4Co9Nb1B6.1 magnets have low magnetic properties since they have an inhomogeneous microstructure with many coarse grains. The microstructure of die-upset magnets remains almost unchanged with Al and Sn additions, which only have negative effects on the magnetic properties. Different from Al and Sn additions, Zn addition changes the phase composition of the starting melt-spun powers due to the reaction of Zn and Nd2Fe14B during hot-pressing and hot-deforming and enhances the development of the desired [0 0 1] texture and improves the microstructure of die-upset magnets. As a result, an anisotropic magnet with good maximum energy product (221 kJ/m3) and high coercivity (670 kA/m) is obtained by adding 2 wt% Zn to the Nd11.5Fe72.4Co9Nb1B6.1 alloy.  相似文献

We recently have reported [J. Chem. Phys. 122, 164701 (2005)] a family of electroconvective patterns that arise when charge-stabilized colloidal dispersions are driven by constant (dc) vertical electric fields. Competition between gravity and electrokinetic forces acting on the individual spheres in this system leads to the formation of highly organized convective instabilities involving hundreds of spheres. Here, we report a distinct class of electroconvective patterns that emerge in confined aqueous dispersions at higher biases. These qualitatively resemble the honeycomb and labyrinthine patterns formed during thermally driven Rayleigh-Benard convection, but arise from a distinct mechanism. Unlike the localized colloidal electroconvective patterns observed at lower biases, moreover, these system-spanning patterns form even without dispersed colloidal particles. Rather, they appear to result from an underlying electroconvective instability during electrolysis in the parallel plate geometry. This contrasts with recent theoretical results suggesting that simple electrolytes are linearly stable against electroconvection.  相似文献
