气相色谱–质谱法快速分析化妆品中3种香精香料

建立气相色谱-质谱法快速测定化妆品中甲基柏木酮、甲基柏木醚、壬酸3种香精香料的方法。样品用甲醇超声提取,经高速冷冻离心,上清液干燥脱水后经0.45 μm滤膜过滤,直接注入气相色谱-质谱仪进行测定,用选择离子和保留时间定性,外标法定量。甲基柏木酮、甲基柏木醚、壬酸在各自的质量浓度范围内与色谱峰面积成良好的线性关系,相关系数分别为0.9992,0.9991,0.9994,检出限分别为0.05,0.1,0.1 mg/kg。测定结果的相对标准偏差为2.1%~6.6%(n=5),样品加标回收率为91.5%~97.7%。该方法准确度和灵敏度高,样品用量少,前处理简单,可同时测定化妆品中3种香精香料。

Modeling,nonlinear dynamic analysis and control of fractional PMSG of wind turbine

This study aims to reveal the laws of the relationship between fractional-order system and integer-order system. Meanwhile, delayed feedback control is introduced to control the fractional-order PMSG (permanent magnet synchronous generator) model of a wind turbine. First, the fractional-order mathematical model of PMSG is established. Next, numerical simulations under different system orders are given and the system dynamic behaviors are analyzed in detail. Then, the delayed feedback control method is introduced to control the fractional-order PMSG and the control results when different parameters vary are analyzed. Complex dynamics are presented and some interesting phenomena are discovered. It is found that the system order influences the dynamics of the system in many aspects such as chaos pattern, bifurcation behavior, period window, shape and size of strange attractor. The delayed time, feedback gain, feedback limitation, system order can obviously influence the control result except the initial state of the system. Moreover, the feedback limitation has a minimum to successfully control the system to stable states and the system order also has a maximum to do so.     

The non-covalent bindings of CF2Cl2 with NO and SO2

Ab initio calculations have been performed on the complexes of CF₂Cl₂ with NO and SO₂, and a set of stable configurations for CF₂Cl₂–NO and CF₂Cl₂–SO₂ were found with no imaginary frequencies by the MP2 method. In addition, the binding energy and the NBO analysis were used to evaluate the relative stability of the complexes. The calculated results indicate that the weak interactions in the CF₂Cl₂–NO and CF₂Cl₂–SO₂ systems involved are enhanced with the increase of the number of non-covalent bonds. Further studies predict that the CF₂Cl₂–SO₂ system may play a more important role than the CF₂Cl₂–NO system in environmental problem because the former offers a stronger interaction than the latter. Furthermore, the non-covalent binding interactions of Cl···N and Cl···O for CF₂Cl₂–NO system, Cl···O, Cl···S and F···S for CF₂Cl₂–SO₂ system, are the dominant forces, which seem to be very significant as a driving force influencing the arrangement of molecules, especially in CF₂Cl₂–SO₂ system.     

Sensitive chemiluminescence aptasensor based on exonuclease-assisted recycling amplification

We report herein an exonuclease-assisted aptamer-based target recycling amplification strategy for sensitive and selective chemiluminescence (CL) determination of adenosine. This aptasensor is based on target-induced release of aptamers from capture probes immobilized on the 96-well plate surface, and thus leading to a decreased hybridization with gold nanoparticle-functionalized reporter sequences followed by a CL signal. The introduction of exonuclease III catalyzes the stepwise removal of mononucleotides from 3′-hydroxyl termini of duplex DNAs of aptamers, liberating the adenosine. Therefore, a single copy of target adenosine can lead to the release and digestion of numerous aptamer strands from the 96-well plates and ultimately an enhanced sensitivity is achieved. Experimental results revealed that the exonuclease-assisted recycling strategy enabled the monitoring of adenosine with wide working ranges and low detection limits (LOD: 0.5 nM). This new CL strategy might create a novel technology for the detection of various targets and could find wide applications in the environmental and biomedical fields.     

Expeditious Approach to Coumarins via Pechmann Reaction Catalyzed by Molecular Iodine or AgOTf

An efficient and facile route for the synthesis of coumarins via the Pechmann reaction catalyzed by molecular iodine or AgOTf was described.     

槲皮素-3-O-丙基衍生物的合成及生物活性研究

槲皮素是具有丰富生物活性的黄酮类化合物,药理活性显著。本文以槲皮素为先导物,选择性对C环3位羟基进行修饰,以廉价的芦丁为原料,经苄基保护、Williamson成醚反应,再经Pd/C催化加氢脱苄基得到28个未见文献报道的槲皮素-3-O-丙基衍生物,其结构经¹H NMR、¹³C NMR、ESI-MS进行确证。采用MTT法考察了所合成化合物对人食管鳞癌（EC109）、人胃癌（HGC27）、人乳腺癌（MCF-7）、小鼠黑色素瘤（B16-F10）的增殖抑制作用。结果显示,通过化学方法对槲皮素结构进行修饰后,其体外抗肿瘤活性增强。其中,化合物F3(IC₅₀=5.23±0.37μmol/L)、F5(IC₅₀=2.63±0.09μmol/L)对小鼠黑色素瘤（B16-F10）抑制作用比5-氟尿嘧啶(IC₅₀=14.38±0.27μmol/L)好,值得进一步研究。
