Polymerizable lipopeptides with two hydrophobic chains were synthesized and transformed into comb-like polymers by radical polymerization. The structure of dry polymerizable lipopeptides and comb-like polymers and of their aqueous solutions was determined by X-ray diffraction. Comb-like polymers exhibit both thermotropic and lyotropic properties. Three types of mesomorphic structure were resolved: smectic B, smectic A and cylindrical hexagonal. The domains of stability of the mesophases and the values of their structural parameters were established. 相似文献

In this paper, a projection method is presented for solving the flow problems in domains with moving boundaries. In order to track the movement of the domain boundaries, arbitrary‐Lagrangian–Eulerian (ALE) co‐ordinates are used. The unsteady incompressible Navier–Stokes equations on the ALE co‐ordinates are solved by using a projection method developed in this paper. This projection method is based on the Bell's Godunov‐projection method. However, substantial changes are made so that this algorithm is capable of solving the ALE form of incompressible Navier–Stokes equations. Multi‐block structured grids are used to discretize the flow domains. The grid velocity is not explicitly computed; instead the volume change is used to account for the effect of grid movement. A new method is also proposed to compute the freestream capturing metrics so that the geometric conservation law (GCL) can be satisfied exactly in this algorithm. This projection method is also parallelized so that the state of the art high performance computers can be used to match the computation cost associated with the moving grid calculations. Amphotericin B (AMB) is an antifungal drug used for serious fungal infections. However, AMB has adverse reactions such as nephrotoxicity, which limit the clinical application of AMB alone or in combination with other antifungal drugs. Nano or micro drug delivery systems (DDS) have been proven to be effective in reducing the toxic and side effects of drugs. Further, the combination of AMB with other compounds with antifungal activity, such as curcumin (CM), may enhance the synergistic effects. Herein, AMB and CM were co-loaded into porous poly (lactic-co-glycolic acid) (PLGA) microparticles (MPs) to prepare AMB/CM-PLGA MPs. The AMB/CM-PLGA MPs showed a remarkably reduced hemolysis (62.2 ± 0.6%) compared to AMB (80.9 ± 1.1%). The nephrotoxicity of AMB/CM-PLGA MPs is significantly lower than that of AMB. In vitro, AMB/CM-PLGA MPs had better inhibitory effects on the adhesion and biofilm formation of Candida albicans compared with AMB. Experiments on mice infected with C. albicans showed that AMB/CM-PLGA MPs have a better therapeutic effect than AMB in vivo. In summary, AMB/CM-PLGA MPs may be a novel and promising therapeutic candidate for fungal infection. 相似文献

报道了重组家蚕核多角体病毒(BombyxmorinuclearPolyhedrosisVirusBmNPV)在家蚕细胞BmN中复制的细胞病理学变化,除了不形成多角体以外,与野生型病毒相同.研究了病毒感染复数、细胞接种密度和细胞生长阶段对重组病毒复制和α-干扰素(IFN-α)表达量的影响.在一定低感染复数时,α-干扰素的产量较高.对于重组病毒的复制,最适的细胞接种密度为3.6~7.0×105细胞/瓶.在细胞指数生长前期(48~60h)接种重组病毒,对于获得较高的重组病毒复制效价和α-干扰素的产量都是有利的. 相似文献

相对于单层电极结构,优化的前表面双层电极能够明显减小功率损失,改善晶体硅太阳电池的电学特性.本文对晶体硅太阳电池的双层电极进行了优化分析和实验研究.通过扫描电子显微镜观测将双层电极的截面抽象为更接近于实际的半椭圆型,建立了太阳电池前表面的双层电极模型,理论分析了双层电极的电学损失和光学损失.结合丝网印刷后光诱导电镀太阳电池的实验,得到了理论和实验上的最优化光诱导电镀增厚电极厚度与丝网印刷电极宽度的关系.所得到的理论和实验结果符合良好.由于并不涉及电极制备的具体技术,双层电极理论模型普遍适用于多种类型的双层电极结构. 相似文献

Li2FeSiO4/C composites were synthesized via a tartaric-acid-assisted sol–gel method with ethanol and ethylene glycol (EG) as mixed solvents. Effects of solvent composition on the physical properties and electrochemical performances of Li2FeSiO4/C were studied. The materials were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The electrochemical performances of Li2FeSiO4/C were evaluated by galvanostatic charge–discharge and electrochemical impedance spectra (EIS) measurements. The results show that the addition of EG to ethanol solvent during preparation has a positive effect on the electrochemical performance of Li2FeSiO4/C. The sample synthesized using EG–ethanol with the volume ratio of 2:7 has the best electrochemical performance. It delivers an initial discharge capacity of 105 mAh g?1 at C/16. AC impendence investigation shows that Li2FeSiO4/C synthesized using the optimal EG/ethanol volume ratio has lower resistance of electrode/electrolyte interface and higher lithium-ion diffusion coefficient than that synthesized using ethanol as solvent. 相似文献

The thermodynamical behaviors of E′ centers in 8 quartz samples from core XJ33-2-1 recovered in the Zhujiang Mouth Basin were measured by electron spin resonance (ESR) technique. The E′ ESR spectral intensity of samples before any laboratory treatment was measured and expressed asI 1. The samples were then annealed at 300°C or 350°C for 60 min. The E′ ESR spectral intensity measured after this procedure is expressed asI 2. The ratios ofI 1, toI 2 for the samples increase with the sample depth (from 320 to 3972 m), showing that there is a correlation between this ratio and the storage temperature of samples. Therefore the ratio ofI 1/I 2 can be used as an ESR paleothermometer. Besides the temperature, we must take into account the period of time for which the samples have been buried since their deposition, because we find that the ratiosI 1/I 2 (from 0.293 to 0.941) are closely related to the sediment ages (from 1.5 to 27.5 Ma), with a correlation coefficient of 0.98 or 0.99 obtained by linear or exponential regression, respectively. This relation can be explained by the increase of E′ center concentration in quartz samples with the sedimentation age. 相似文献
