Atomically dispersed noble‐metal catalysts with highly dense active sites are promising materials with which to maximise metal efficiency and to enhance catalytic performance; however, their fabrication remains challenging because metal atoms are prone to sintering, especially at a high metal loading. A dynamic process of formation of isolated metal atom catalytic sites on the surface of the support, which was achieved starting from silver nanoparticles by using a thermal surface‐mediated diffusion method, was observed directly by using in situ electron microscopy and in situ synchrotron X‐ray diffraction. A combination of electron microscopy images with X‐ray absorption spectra demonstrated that the silver atoms were anchored on five‐fold oxygen‐terminated cavities on the surface of the support to form highly dense isolated metal active sites, leading to excellent reactivity in catalytic oxidation at low temperature. The precise guidance to different ions across the biological channels is essential for many biological processes. An artificial nanopore system will facilitate the study of the ion‐transport mechanism through nanosized channels and offer new views for designing nanodevices. Herein we reveal that a 2.5 nm‐sized, fullerene‐shaped molecular cluster Li48+mK12(OH)m[UO2(O2)(OH)]60?(H2O)n (m≈20 and n≈310) ( U60 ) shows selective permeability to different alkali ions. The subnanometer pores on the water–ligand‐rich surface of U60 are able to block Rb+ and Cs+ ions from passing through, while allowing Na+ and K+ ions, which possess larger hydrated sizes, to enter the interior space of U60 . An interestingly high entropy gain during the binding process between U60 and alkali ions suggests that the hydration shells of Na+/K+ and U60 are damaged during the interaction. The ion selectivity of U60 is greatly influenced by both the morphologies of the surface nanopores and the dynamics of the hydration shells. 相似文献

This article describes the use of the mesoporous molecular sieve KIT‐6 as a sorbent in miniaturized matrix solid‐phase dispersion (MSPD) in combination with ultra‐performance LC for the determination of bioactive flavonoids in toothpaste, Scutellariae Radix, and saliva. In this study, for the first time, KIT‐6 was used as a sorbent material for this mode of extraction. Compared with common silica‐based sorbents (C18 and activated silica gel), the proposed KIT‐6 dispersant with a three‐dimensional cubic Ia3d structure and highly ordered arrays of mesoporous channels exhibits excellent adsorption capability of the tested compounds. In addition, several experimental variables, such as the mass ratio of sample to dispersant, grinding time, and elution solvent, were optimized to maximize the extraction efficiency. The proposed analytical method is simple, fast, and entails low consumption of samples, dispersants and elution solvents, thereby meeting “green chemistry” requirements. Under the optimized conditions, the recoveries of three bioactive flavonoids obtained by analyzing the spiked samples were from 89.22 to 101.17%. Also, the LODs and LOQs for determining the analytes were in the range of 0.02–0.04 μg/mL and 0.07–0.13 μg/mL, respectively. Finally, the miniaturized matrix solid‐phase dispersion method was successfully applied to the analysis of target solutes in real samples, and satisfactory results were obtained. 相似文献

Optimization of microwave‐assisted extraction for six inorganic and organic arsenic species in chicken tissues using response surface methodology 下载免费PDF全文
Response surface methodology was applied to optimize the parameters for microwave‐assisted extraction of six major inorganic and organic arsenic species (As(III), As(V), dimethyl arsenic acid, monomethyl arsenic acid, p‐arsanilic acid, and roxarsone) from chicken tissues, followed by detection using a high‐performance liquid chromatography with inductively coupled mass spectrometry detection method, which allows the simultaneous analysis of both inorganic and organic arsenic species in the extract in a single run. Effects of extraction medium, solution pH, liquid‐to‐solid ratio, and the temperature and time of microwave‐assisted extraction on the extraction of the targeted arsenic species were studied. The optimum microwave‐assisted extraction conditions were: 100 mg of chicken tissue, extracted by 5 mL of 22% v/v methanol, 90 mmol/L (NH4)2HPO4, and 0.07% v/v trifluoroacetic acid (with pH adjusted to 10.0 by ammonium hydroxide solution), ramping for 10 min to 71°C, and holding for 11 min. The method has good extraction performance for total arsenic in the spiked and nonspiked chicken tissues (104.0 ± 13.8% and 91.6 ± 7.8%, respectively), except for the ones with arsenic contents close to the quantitation limits. Limits of quantitation (S/N = 10) for As(III), As(V), dimethyl arsenic acid, monomethyl arsenic acid, p‐arsanilic acid, and roxarsone in chicken tissues using this method were 0.012, 0.058, 0.039, 0.061, 0.102, and 0.240 mg/kg (dry weight), respectively. 相似文献

An analytical method that combined high‐performance liquid chromatography with inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry has been developed for the determination of hexavalent chromium in traditional Chinese medicines. Hexavalent chromium was extracted using the alkaline solution. The parameters such as the concentration of alkaline and the extraction temperature have been optimized to minimize the interconversion between trivalent chromium and hexavalent chromium. The extracted hexavalent chromium was separated on a weak anion exchange column in isocratic mode, followed by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry determination. To obtain a better chromatographic resolution and sensitivity, 75 mM NH4NO3 at pH 7 was selected as the mobile phase. The linearity of the proposed method was investigated in the range of 0.2–5.0 μg L?1 (r2 = 0.9999) for hexavalent chromium. The limits of detection and quantitation are 0.1 and 0.3 μg L?1, respectively. The developed method was successfully applied to the determination of hexavalent chromium in Chloriti lapis and Lumbricus with satisfactory recoveries of 95.8–112.8%. 相似文献

Photo‐responsive block copolymer mPEG‐b‐poly(Tyr)‐g‐NB was prepared by introduction of o‐nitrobenzyl ester group into the side chain of amphiphilic poly(ethylene glycol)‐b‐poly(α‐hydroxy acids) (mPEG‐b‐poly(Tyr)) containing pendent alkynyl group via copper‐catalyzed azide‐alkyne cycloaddition reaction. The amphiphilic mPEG‐b‐poly(Tyr) was synthesized via the ring‐opening polymerization of O‐carboxyanhydrides, with monomethoxy poly(ethylene glycol) (mPEG) as macroinitiator. The molecular structure, self‐assembly, and photo‐controlled release of the obtained mPEG‐b‐poly(Tyr)‐g‐NB were thoroughly investigated. mPEG‐b‐poly(Tyr)‐g‐NB could self‐assemble into spherical micelles in water and showed disassembly under UV light irradiation, which was demonstrated by means of UV‐vis spectroscopy, scan electron microscopes, and dynamic light scattering measurement. Fluorescence emission measurements demonstrated that Nile red, encapsulated by micelles, can be released upon UV irradiation. The aim of this study was to detect the susceptibility of Ureaplasma urealyticum to methylene blue‐mediated photodynamic antimicrobial chemotherapy (PACT). Three U. urealyticum strains including the standard serotype 1 and 5, and a clinically collected strain were used in this study. Strains were first incubated in 96‐well culture plates in the presence of methylene blue with decreasing concentrations (from 1 to 0.015625 mg mL?1) for 20 or 60 min, and then submitted to irradiation with a light‐emitting diode laser with a power density of 100 mW cm?2 for 8, 17, 34 or 68 min. Regrowth of the strains was performed soon after irradiation. A significant inactivation effect was observed after PACT. Longer incubation time induced more extensive inactivation of U. urealyticum. No difference in response to PACT was observed between the two biovars of U. urealyticum. It was concluded that PACT had a significant inactivation effect on U. urealyticum, and it might be a promising alternative treatment for resistant U. urealyticum infections. 相似文献

Exceedingly fast preparation of trifluoromethyl tertiary alcohols has been accomplished from methyl ketones and trifluoromethyl ketones under solvent free conditions by cross Aldol reaction.
