给出了一种基于DSP TMS320F2812和MATLAB实时代码生成工具(RTW)的单相整流器锁相环控制系统,介绍了MATLAB实时仿真控制系统的搭建过程和实际系统的硬件结构;并在此防控一体化控制平台上,介绍并改进了一种双坐标反馈方法设计锁相环的算法,首先利用Matlab/Simulink工具建立了算法模型,并给出了其仿真结果,结果显示功率因数基本为1;然后将仿真模型转换成实时代码,并将代码烧写到DSP控制实际系统中给出了实验结果,实验结果显示相位差为-2度左右,电流稳定在一定值,与仿真结果吻合,证明了这种由可视化模型生成代码的方法不仅缩短了开发周期,而且提高了系统的能观能控性。 相似文献

The asymptotic Lyapunov stability with probability one of multi-degree-of freedom quasi-partially integrable and non-resonant Hamiltonian systems subject to parametric excitations of combined Gaussian and Poisson white noises is studied. First, the averaged stochastic differential equations for quasi partially integrable and non-resonant Hamiltonian systems subject to parametric excitations of combined Gaussian and Poisson white noises are derived by means of the stochastic averaging method and the stochastic jump-diffusion chain rule. Then, the expression of the largest Lyapunov exponent of the averaged system is obtained by using a procedure similar to that due to Khasminskii and the properties of stochastic integro-differential equations. Finally, the stochastic stability of the original quasi-partially integrable and non-resonant Hamiltonian systems is determined approximately by using the largest Lyapunov exponent. An example is worked out in detail to illustrate the application of the proposed method. The good agreement between the analytical results and those from digital simulation show that the proposed method is effective. 相似文献

We herein report comparative analysis of two versions of the biosynthetic gene clusters of antimycins, a natural product family possessing up to 44 distinct entities. The biosynthetic pathway of antimycins is amenable to the high structural variation of the substrates, supported by successes in heterologous expression of the ant cluster and in fluorine incorporation. The latter facilitated the investigation of the structure-activity relationship into the usually invariable 3-formamidosalicylic acid moiety of the molecules. 相似文献

为了实现频率选择表面(FSS)的双带特性,设计了由矩形栅格和三圆环组合单元FSS。对FSS的谱域求解方法进行了详细的描述。采用谱域法分析了不同角度和极化入射波下FSS的频率响应性能。结果表明,所设计的FSS对于不同入射角度和极化电磁波具有稳定的双带、平顶传输及陡峭下降边缘特性。双带特性大致表现为1.8~5.4GHz的阻带和5.4~20.0GHz的通带。阻带谐振频率稳定在3.1GHz左右,而通带在-4dB的平顶传输带宽达14.3GHz以上。其陡峭下降边缘特性表现为S波段信号强烈反射,而其他波段信号通过,从而实现多波段通讯。该结构FSS可应用于卫星通信、雷达罩及其他相关领域。 相似文献

Previously, we found that high doses of genistein show an inhibitory effect on uterine leiomyoma (UtLM) cell proliferation. In this study, using microarray analysis and Ingenuity Pathways Analysis™, we identified genes (up- or down-regulated, ≥ 1.5 fold, P ≤ 0.001), functions and signaling pathways that were altered following treatment with an inhibitory concentration of genistein (50 µg/ml) in UtLM cells. Downregulation of TGF-β signaling pathway genes, activin A, activin B, Smad3, TGF-β2 and genes related to cell cycle regulation, with the exception of the upregulation of the CDK inhibitor P15, were identified and validated by real-time RT-PCR studies. Western blot analysis further demonstrated decreased protein expression of activin A and Smad3 in genistein-treated UtLM cells. Moreover, we found that activin A stimulated the growth of UtLM cells, and the inhibitory effect of genistein was partially abrogated in the presence of activin A. Overexpression of activin A and Smad3 were found in tissue samples of leiomyoma compared to matched myometrium, supporting the contribution of activin A and Smad3 in promoting the growth of UtLM cells. Taken together, these results suggest that down-regulation of activin A and Smad3, both members of the TGF-β pathway, may offer a mechanistic explanation for the inhibitory effect of a high-dose of genistein on UtLM cells, and might be potential therapeutic targets for treatment of clinical cases of uterine leiomyomas. 相似文献

On our ongoing investigation, a new oleanolic triterpene, 3β,6β,19α-trihydroxy-12-oleanen-28-oic acid (1) was obtained from the chloroform-soluble portion of the 90% alcohol-water extract of the stem bark of Uncaria macrophylla. Its structure was elucidated by extensive spectroscopic methods, including 1D and 2D ((1)H-(1)H COSY, HSQC and HMBC) NMR and HR-ESI-MS. The cytotoxicities of the compound was evaluated against two cancer cell lines of MCF-7 and HepG2 by the MTT method, and the compound exhibited weak activities with the IC(50) values of 78.2 μg/mL and 73.9 μg/mL. 相似文献

affinity and sonodynamic activity of Chl-Mg-MTZ were assessed by their UV–vis and fluorescence spectra. The results indicate
that the interaction of Chl-Mg-MTZ to BSA is comparable with that of chlorophyll-magnesium (Chl-Mg). However, during damage
of BSA, Chl-Mg-MTZ shows a higher sonodynamic activity than chlorophyll-magnesium (Chl-Mg). Moreover, synchronous fluorescence
spectroscopy indicates that Chl-Mg-MTZ has similar binding ability with the tyrosine (Tyr) and tryptophan (Trp) residues of
BSA molecules. However, the damage is mainly focused on the Trp residues. In addition, the production of reactive oxygen species
(ROS) in the sonodynamic process was detected through the oxidation-extraction of 1,5-diphenylcarbazide (DPCI). The results

As labor costs become more expensive, less labor-intensive disposable devices have become more ubiquitous. Similarly, the disposable optical pH sensor developed in our lab could provide a convenient yet cost-effective way for pH sensing in processes that require stringent pH control. This optical pH sensor is prepared in uniform individual lots of 100–200 sensors per lot. Calibration is accomplished on a few randomly selected sensors out of each lot. We show that all others in the same lot can then be used directly without requiring individual calibration. In this paper, a calibration model is derived to include all the factors that affect the signal of the disposable sensor. Experimental results show that the derived calibration model fits the experimental data. The readings of 28 randomly selected disposable sensors with 4 sensors from each of the 7 lots show an error less than 0.1 pH units in the useful sensing range of the sensor. The calibration model indicates that if further improvement on precision is desired, more uniform porous material and more advanced coating techniques will be required. When it comes to the effects of the varying coasters, house-made low-cost fluorometers, the variability in the brightness ratio of the blue-to-violet LEDs is the primary reason for the lack of precision. Other factors like LED light intensity distribution, optical properties of the filters and electronics also contribute to the coaster-to-coaster difference, but to a lesser extent. Two different methods for correcting the instrument variations were introduced. After correction, the collective reading errors for all the tested instruments were reduced to less than 0.2 pH units within the sensor's useful sensing range. Based on this result, our lab is currently implementing further improvements in modifying the coasters to equalize the ratios of blue-to-violet LED brightness. 相似文献
