旋量法在机器人动力学分析中的应用

本文用旋量方法研究机器人的动力学模型，将速度和角速度，力和力矩的内在联系有机地融合为一体，使Ｎｅｗｔｏｎ－Ｅｕｌｅｒ方法更加简明有效率．文中相对于机器人各臂质心建立参考系，使惯性张量和质心加速度计算简化，进一步减少计算量，达到快速实时计算．     

Characterization of ZnO: Al films deposited by r.f. magnetron-sputtering at low temperature

Transparent conducting ZnO: Al thin films with good adhesion and low resistivity have been prepared on organic substrates and Corning 7059 glass substrates by r.f. magnetron-sputtering technique at low substrate temperature (25–210°C). Structural and photoelectric properties of the deposited films are investigated. The deposited films are polycrystalline with hexagonal structure and a preferred orientation with the c-axis perpendicular to the substrate. Only the (002) peak is observed. High quality films with resistivity as low as 1.0 x 10^-3Ω·cm and 8.4 x 10^-4Ω·cm, the average transmittance over 74% and 85% in the wavelength range of the visible spectrum have been obtained on different substrates.     

光突发交换网中一种新的有优先权的冲突解决方案

提出了一种解决不同优先级突发包之间资源竞争的方案,分析了该方案下不同优先级的性能(时延和丢包率) .研究结果表明：高优先级突发包的平均时延和丢包率都远小于低优先级突发包,因此该方案能为高优先级突发包提供很好的QoS保障.     

Dynamic simulation of stress and displacement fields for tsinghaitibet plateau lithosphere

Tsinghai-Tibet Plateau becomes an important research topic of global tectonics, because of its marvelous thickness and rapid uplifting since Quaternary. By using finite element method, the numerical simulation is carried our for the movement of structural lithosphere. The deformable elements are employed to simulate structural zones, and the frictional mechanism is introduced to illustrate the characteristic of a zone with a contact crack surface. The boundary conditions are prescribed by the displacements around the plateau. As a result, the stress and displacement distributions are obtained, which are consistent with P axial orientations of the earthquake focus mechanism and the measured principal stress direction. Analysis and estimate are also made for the evolution of historical process and present situation of the plateau lithosphere.

本文简述了高T_c超导红外探测器的优越性、探测器工作原理以及热敏型高T_c红外探测器的研制方法和主要性能参数测试结果,并对光子型高T_c红外探测器的研制情况作了简单报道.     

A retrospective reliability test for numeric data sets applied by example to atomic-mass values of some nuclides

 Under favorable conditions, a retrospective test for reliability of published sets of physical property data becomes possible. The test and the necessary conditions for its use are discussed. The test is applied, by example, to well-documented, periodically republished nuclidic (atomic) masses of nine low atomic number nuclides. An index of reliability is suggested and evaluated for the example. Revised: 27 November 1995     

Preparation and certification of new thorium isotopic reference materials

Preparation of two Isotopic Reference Materials of thorium has been performed, starting from highly enriched ²³²Th (99.99%) and ²³⁰Th (99.8%). After full characterization (chemical and isotopic) of these purified base materials the thorium nitrate was transformed to thorium dioxide. Accurately weighed amounts of the two isotopes in the dioxide form were subsequently dissolved in nitric acid and resulted in solutions with amount ratios n(²³⁰Th)/n(²³²Th) close to 10^–5 (IRMM-035) and 3 · 10^–6 (IRMM-036). These gravimetrically prepared ratios were finally verified by means of Thermal Ionization Mass Spectrometry (TIMS). The purpose of the Reference Materials is to calibrate thorium isotope amount ratio measurements. Received: 7 July 1997 / Revised: 1 December 1997 / Accepted: 7 December 1997
