A heated composite electrode consisted of multi-wall carbon nanotube (MWNT) and ionic liquids (ILs) was designed and fabricated. The non-conductive binders were replaced by a conductive IL, n-octylpyridinum hexafluorophosphate (OPFP). This heated OPFP/MWNT composite electrode was applied for electrochemiluminescent (ECL) sensor, and the performance of ECL sensor was evaluated by ascorbic acid (AA)/lucigenin ECL system. The new heated electrode combines the advantages of ILs/CNT and heated electrode, showing high thermal stability and conductivity, simple heating setups, improved reproducibility, renewable surface, simplicity of fabrication and enhanced sensitivity with detection limit (S/N = 3) of 0.01 μmol/L for AA. 相似文献

A novel stationary phase phenylaminopropyl silica (PhA-silica) monolith was successfully prepared for pressure assisted capillary electrochromatography (pCEC). The monolithic silica matrix from a sol-gel process was chemically modified by using [3-(phenylamino)propyl]trimethoxysilane as surface modification reagent to produce the phenylaminoporpyl function. The secondary amino groups on the surface of the monolithic stationary phase contributed to the generation of anodic electroosmotic flow (EOF) under acidic conditions. The phenyl group together with the spacer (-(CH(2))(3)-) in PhA-silica provides sufficient hydrophobic properties. To evaluate the column performance, effects of buffer pH and mobile phase composition on the mobile phase linear velocity and the retention factors of alkylbenzenes, phenols and anilines were investigated in pCEC mode. The monolithic stationary phases exhibit typical reversed-phase (RP) electrochromatographic behavior toward neutral solutes. Hydrophobic as well as electrophoretic migration process within the monoliths was observed for the separation of basic solutes such as anilines without peak tailing. 相似文献

The compounds RE4FeGa(12-x)Ge(x) (RE = Sm, Tb) were discovered in reactions employing molten Ga as a solvent at 850 degrees C. However, the isostructural Y4FeGa(12-x)Ge(x) was prepared from a direct combination reaction. The crystal structure is cubic with space group Imm, Z = 2, and a = 8.657(4) A and 8.5620(9) A for the Sm and Tb analogues, respectively. Structure refinement based on full-matrix least squares on F(o)2 resulted in R1 = 1.47% and wR2 = 4.13% [I > 2(I)] for RE = Sm and R1 = 2.29% and wR2 = 7.12% [I > 2(I)] for RE = Tb. The compounds crystallize in the U4Re7Si6 structure type, where the RE atoms are located on 8c (1/4, 1/4, 1/4) sites and the Fe atoms on 2a (0, 0, 0) sites. The distribution of Ga and Ge in the structure, investigated with single-crystal neutron diffraction on the Tb analogue, revealed that these atoms are disordered over the 12d (1/4, 0, 1/2) and 12e (x, 0, 0) sites. The amount of Ga/Ge occupying the 12d and 12e sites refined to 89(4)/11 and 70(4)/30%, respectively. Transport property measurements indicate that these compounds are metallic conductors. Magnetic susceptibility measurements and M?ssbauer spectroscopy performed on the Tb analogue show a nonmagnetic state for Fe, while the Tb atoms carry a magnetic moment corresponding to a mu(eff) of 9.25 mu(B). 相似文献

研究了马来酸酐接枝热塑性弹性体 (TPEg )作为增容剂对聚丙烯 (PP) 尼龙 6 (PA6 )共混体系的相容性、相态以及物理力学性能的影响 .研究结果表明TPEg的加入大大改善了PP PA6共混体系的相容性 ,且随TPEg含量的增大分散相粒径明显降低 ,共混物的韧性以及延展性大大提高 ,同时拉伸强度及模量仍保持较好的水平 .TPEg增容的PP PA6共混物的非等温结晶行为的研究表明 ,共混物中PP和PA6的结晶行为不同于各自纯的聚合物 ,PA6作为成核剂使PP的结晶温度提高 ;而PA6由于TPEg的加入 ,出现分级结晶现象 ,一级结晶温度略低于纯PA6的结晶温度 ,且随TPEg含量增大结晶受阻 ,二级结晶温度与PP的接近 .由于PP、PA 6以及TPEg之间存在较强的相互作用 ,三元共混物中PP及PA6的玻璃化转变温度分别较其纯聚合物升高 .基于上述结果 ,提出了本共混体系的结构模型 相似文献

A novel temperature‐sensitive molecularly imprinted hydrogel composed of N‐isopropylacrylamide and acrylamide has been prepared by using free‐radical polymerization and was cross‐linked by modified water‐soluble N‐maley chitosan in aqueous solution. BSA (pI 4.9, MW 66.0 kDa) was used as the template protein. The produced hydrogels were characterized by environmental SEM to reveal the microcosmic morphology. A microporous structure was only found in the imprinted hydrogel, while no obvious microporous structure was found in nonimprinted hydrogels. The lower critical solution temperature of the hydrogels was 34°C, and the optimal binding conditions were tested, namely, the adsorption equilibrium time of 6 h and initial BSA concentration of 1.0 mg/mL. The adsorption capacity Qmax was determined by Langmuir isotherm plots and was 5.72 mg/g for imprinted hydrogel and 1.18 mg/g for nonimprinted hydrogels. A separation factor (β) of 4 was obtained when bovine hemoglobin (pI 6.9, MW 64.0 kDa) was selected as the particular reference protein. Molecular weights and pIs were chosen to investigate the selectivity of the hydrogels. It was shown that the shape memory and the size effect were the major factors for the recognition.
