采用静电纺丝技术与高温煅烧工艺相结合,以氧化钐、氧化钇、偏钒酸铵和聚丙烯腈为主要原料,制备稀土离子掺杂的YVO4:Sm3+纳米纤维。利用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、傅立叶变换红外(FT-IR)、热重-差热(TG-DTA)和荧光光谱(PL)等分析测试手段对所得样品的结构、形貌和荧光光谱性能进行表征。研究结果表明:静电纺丝制备的有机-无机复合纤维的直径在200~250 nm之间,经过900℃热处理后,所得YVO4:Sm3+样品纤维状结构保持完好,直径减至100 nm。掺杂的稀土Sm3+离子在YVO4纤维中显示出特征发射,同时VO3-4和稀土Sm3+离子之间存在能量传递;Sm3+的掺杂浓度为2%(摩尔分数)时发光强度最大。 相似文献

We report theoretical studies of electron impact triple differential cross sections of two bio-molecules,pyrimidine and tetrahydrofurfuryl alcohol,in the coplanar asymmetric kinematic conditions with the impact energy of 250 eV and ejected electron energy of 20 eV at three scattering angles of-5°,-10°,and-15°.Present multi-center distorted-wave method well describes the experimental data,which was obtained by performing(e,2e)experiment.The calculations show that the secondary electron produced by the primary impact electron is strongly influenced by the molecular ionic multi-center potential,which must be considered when the low energy electron interacts with DNA analogues. 相似文献

In this paper, we have proposed a new scheme to generate double-sideband (DSB) optical millimeter-wave (mm-wave) with signal carried only by optical carrier, and its transmission performance is investigated. The theoretical and numerical results show that the DSB optical mm-wave signal generated by our scheme suffers only from the fading effect, the time shift of the sidebands has little influence on its transmission performance. The signal demodulated from the harmonic photocurrent shows a clear and open eye diagram and has good performance even if the transmission distance is very close to but not just at the fading nodes. Summary Capillary electrophoresis-amperometric detection is evaluated for simultaneous determination of rutin and forsythin. The cyclic
voltammogram, hydrodynamic voltammogram, effect of pH, buffer concentration and SDS, and percent organic modifier on separation
and detection were studied. Conditions were optimized as follows: 1.2 V detection potential; separation at 12 kV; 5 s at 15
kV for sample injection time and sample injection voltage; mobile phase 20 mM boric acid buffer; pH 8.4, containing 40 mM
SDS and 10% (v/v) acetontrile. The method gave low detection limit as 0.001 mg mL−1 and 0.0005 mg mL−1 (S/N=3), wide linear range 0.005–0.5 mg mL−1 for rutin and forsythin, respectively. The relative standard deviations of peak current and migration time for 8 consecutive
injections of the standard solution containing 0.1 mg mL−1 each compound were 4.78%, 3.63% and 6.40%, 2.95% for rutin and forsythin, respectively. In addition, levels of the two compounds
