关于反中心对称矩阵的某些性质探讨

利用反中心对称矩阵的定义以及翻转矩阵等技巧,给出了反中心对称矩阵的伴随矩阵、特征值及特征向量的一些新结论.     

Construction of dsDNA biosensor based on dendritic SiO2 nanoparticle and investigation on its interaction with benzo[a]pyrene

In this work, a new dsDNA biosensor was constructed to monitor the interaction of DNA and benzo[a]pyrene (BaP). Firstly, dendritic SiO₂ nanoparticles were synthesized by silanization of SiO₂ nanoparticles with (??-(methacryloyloxy)propyl) trimethoxysilane and polymerization with acrylic acid. Then, due to the rich carboxyl groups of these nanoparticles, they were associated with the amino groups of a self-assembly membrane formed on the gold electrode by a sulfur-containing compound, 5-amino-3-mercapto-1,2,4-triazole. Finally, dsDNA was immobilized on the electrode surface by static adsorption with the aid of metallic ion. The whole immobilization steps were characterized by cyclic voltammogram and electrochemical impedance spectrum. After that, using methylene blue as a probe, the interaction of BaP with dsDNA was investigated. A linear relationship between the percentages of current decrease with the logarithm of BaP concentrations was found in the range from 0.33 to 133???M.     

All Pure Two-Qudit Entangled States Generated via a Universal Yang-Baxter Matrix Assisted by Local Unitary Transformations

We show that all pure entangled states of two d-dimensional quantum systems （i.e., two qudits） can be generated from an initial separable state via a universal Yang-Baxter matrix if one is assisted by local unitary transformations.     

新辅助化疗在软组织肉瘤治疗中的应用分析

目的研究并探讨新辅助化疗在软组织肉瘤治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2013年1月—2016年6月期间甘肃中医药大学临床医学院收治的软组织肉瘤共80例作为研究对象,采取单盲随机分组法随机分为对照组和观察组各40例,对照组实施手术治疗,观察组在手术前实施新辅助化疗,比较两组患者的保肢率、治疗效果、术后半年复发情况。结果观察组患者的保肢手术率为77.50%,对照组患者为55.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组患者的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P0.05);术后半年随访发现,观察组的复发率明显低于对照组(P0.05);观察组患者在新辅助化疗期间未出现严重的不良反应。结论在软组织肉瘤患者行手术治疗前实施新辅助化疗,可提高患者的保肢率,提高治疗效果,减少复发,有利于改善预后。     

LD泵浦Nd:YAG 946 nm/1 064 nm双波长运转及腔内和频

用国产半导体激光二极管(LD)端面泵浦NdYAG晶体, 通过优化激光谐振腔反射膜系,调节1 064 nm谱线的线性损耗以达到与弱谱线946 nm的增益匹配,在室温下实现1 064 nm和946 nm双波长连续运转,并通过I类临界相位匹配LBO晶体腔内和频在国内首次实现500.8 nm青色激光连续输出.当泵浦注入功率为1.4W时和频青色激光最大输出达20 mW,光-光转换效率为1.4%,功率稳定性24 h内优于±3%.

单一多体不可逆聚集方程的解

本文研究的是单一多体不可逆聚集方程的解,从广义Smoluchovski方程出发,分别讨论凝结核为K(i₁,i₂,…,i_n)=const和凝结核为K(i₁,i₂,…,i_n)=sumfrom i=1 to n(i_l)的精确解,求出集团的体积分布C_m(t)。并且还讨论它们的长时行为。 关键词：     

镶嵌于基质中的金属超微粒子特性研究(Ⅰ)——超微粒子的量子阱点模型

提出超微粒子(UFP)的量子阱点模型。模型假定UFP的主要特性由其非定域电子(简称电子)决定,电子被束缚在三维有限深势阱内。电子的行为由二部分组成:单电子的和集体化的。电子能谱主要由单电子行为决定。模型反映了UFP的一些重要特性,例如块体材料逸出功,UFP原子半径和第一电离能,而忽略UFP更精细的结构。这种近似被证明是合理的。一系列有用的公式和预言被导出。(1)主要的UFP特性,量子尺寸效应和电子能谱的壳层结构。(2)UFP的逸出功和费密能级公式,这对于其他模型是困难的。导出的UFP逸出功随尺寸变化的公式 关键词：     

外周血造血干细胞性能与移植的实验研究

外周血中存在着少量造血干细胞,它们与骨髓造血干细胞相似,都是不均一的细胞群体.但是,在细胞增殖功能上,外周血造血干细胞明显地弱于骨髓造血干细胞.这种存在于骨髓和外周血中不同性能造血干细胞的相对分布的变化,是一个不可逆的过程.初步实验结果表明,应用抗胸腺细胞免疫球蛋白可以减轻非同系小鼠外周血白细胞(或单核样细胞)移植中的继发病,提高照射小鼠的存活率.     

Desymmetrization of glycerol derivatives with peptide-based acylation catalysts

[reaction: see text] Nucleophile-loaded peptides have been evaluated as catalysts for the desymmetrization of glycerol derivatives through an enantioselective acylation process. Enantiomeric excesses of up to 97% have been obtained for the monoacylated products. A range of other substrates have been examined that shed light on the mechanistic basis of the desymmetrizations.
