卤化钙钛矿太阳能电池材料理论研究进展

卤化钙钛矿由于具有低成本、高效率等特点,最近作为非常有前景的太阳能电池吸收层材料被广泛研究。卤化钙钛矿型太阳能电池效率在短短的几年间由3.8%(2009年)迅速增加到22.1%(2016年)。卤化钙钛矿型太阳能电池的出现彻底改变了太阳能电池领域,不仅因为它们快速增长的效率,而且因为它们在材料生长和结构方面的可控性。卤化钙钛矿型太阳能电池的优越性能说明卤化钙钛矿材料具有独特的物理性质。在本综述中,我们总结了卤化钙钛矿材料最近几年在结构、电学、光学方面的理论研究成果,这些都与它们在太阳能电池方面的应用密切相关。我们也将探讨一些卤化钙钛矿型太阳能电池目前遇到的挑战以及可能的理论解决途径。     

Study of the circumstance influence on the elemental distribution in ancient animal bone using μ-XRF

Elemental analysis of archaeological bone plays an important role in the study of the dietary habits of ancient animals. The elemental characteristic of diagenetic skeletons depends on the surrounding circum-stance. The study of environmental influence on the elemental concentration of ancient bone is significant. In this paper, the diagenetic influence on archaeological skeletons is analyzed by microbeam X-ray fluorescence (μ-XRF). The results show that the enamel is an excellent barrier to the diagenesis and the element Sr in bone isn’t susceptible to contamination from the buried environment.     

Computation on pipe dynamic response induced by deflagration of H_2 and air mixture

Computation is devoted to evaluating structural safety of a heat exchanger inside a reactor whose geometry can be simplified as outer and inner pipes as well as a chamber. This paper has numerically studied deflagration of hydrogen air mixture and pipe dynamic responses. The Navier-Stokes equations coupled with multi-species mass equation are solved by TVD scheme to get flow-field solution based on MPI and multi-block methods. Synthesis of Layered Carbonitrides from Biotic Molecules for Photoredox Transformations

The construction of layered covalent carbon nitride polymers based on tri-s-triazine units has been achieved by using nucleobases (adenine, guanine, cytosine, thymine and uracil) and urea to establish a two-dimensional semiconducting structure that allows band-gap engineering applications. This biomolecule-derived binary carbon nitride polymer enables the generation of energized charge carrier with light-irradiation to induce photoredox reactions for stable hydrogen production and heterogeneous organosynthesis of C−O, C−C, C−N and N−N bonds, which may enrich discussion on chemical reactions in prebiotic conditions by taking account of the photoredox function of conjugated carbonitride semiconductors that have long been considered to be stable HCN-derived organic macromolecules in space.     

Coherent Beam Combination of Eight Watt-Level Polarization-Maintained Fiber Amplifiers

We demonstrate the coherent beam combination of eight Watt-level polarization-maintained fiber amplifiers. The phase control signal of each amplifier is generated by running a stochastic parallel gradient descent algorithm on a digital signal processor （DSP）. The experimental result shows that the whole system in close-loop performs well for long-time observation. Energy encircled in the target pinhole is 6.68 times more than that in open-loop. The combination efficiency is as high as 84.5%.     

Connected cubic s-arc-regular Cayley graphs of finite nonabelian simple groups

A graph is said to be s-arc-regular if its full automorphism group acts regularly on the set of its s-arcs. In this paper, we investigate connected cubic s-arc-regular Cayley graphs of finite nonabelian simple groups. Two suffcient and necessary conditions for such graphs to be 1- or 2-arc-regular are given and based on the conditions, several infinite families of 1-or 2-arc-regular cubic Cayley graphs of alternating groups are constructed.     

燃煤锅炉粉煤灰中典型痕量金属元素淋滤特性研究

本文通过批淋滤实验研究了某电厂2号炉三个静电除尘器下粉煤灰中Cd、Cr、Pb、V的淋滤特性.淋滤液选择pH=4的HCI和pH=10的NaOH溶液,液固比为4:1;批淋滤选取从15分钟到7天的14个时间进行.实验结果显示,在实验条件下,Cr在酸性条件下淋出滤较高,而Pb在碱性条件下淋出滤较高;其中Cr随着淋滤时间的增加,淋出滤有显著增加,且三种粉煤灰中淋出滤大小为LCr3>LCr2>LCr1.
