Self-repair is nature''s way of protecting living organisms. However, most single cells are inherently less capable of self-repairing, which greatly limits their wide applications. Here, we present a self-assembly approach to create a nanoshell around the cell surface using nanoporous biohybrid aggregates. The biohybrid shells present self-repairing behaviour, resulting in high activity and extended viability of the encapsulated cells (eukaryotic and prokaryotic cells) in harsh micro-environments, such as under UV radiation, natural toxin invasion, high-light radiation and abrupt pH-value changes. Furthermore, an interaction mechanism is proposed and studied, which is successful to guide design and synthesis of self-repairing biohybrid shells using different bioactive molecules.  相似文献

The rapid melting and resolidification of gold films irradiated by laser pulses less than 100 fs are investigated using the dual-hyperbolic two-step model. The solid–liquid interfacial velocity in the ultrafast phase change process is obtained by coupling a hyperbolic interfacial energy balance equation and nucleation dynamics. The results are compared with the experimental data for the 28-fs laser. The effects of laser pulse widths and fluences on melting process are investigated. A phase chart of the variations of pulse widths and fluences is established. The relationship between the melting threshold and ablation threshold is also presented.  相似文献

The effect of time delay on binary signal detection via a bistable system in the presence of white or colored Gaussian noise is investigated. By defining the bit error rate based on the solution of the approximated Fokker- Planck equation, the detector performance is investigated theoretically and is verified by Monte Carlo simulation. It is shown that, when the system parameter or noise intensity is optimally chosen, the increasing time delay generally improves the system performance. It is also shown that it is more difficult to accurately predict the system performance with a larger time delay and correlation time. This may inspire more thorough investigations in cooperative effects of a nonlinear system and time delay on signal processing.  相似文献

以壳聚糖(CS)为生物模板,采用低温水热法成功制备出了多层状碱式碳酸锌(ZCHO)微晶.采用XRD、SEM和TG等手段对产物的结构、形态和热学性能进行了表征,结果表明,单个ZCHO微晶颗粒均是由许多ZCHO纳米片构成的.添加适量的CS对形成多层状ZCHO微晶起到了至关重要的作用.热重分析结果表明,CS辅助得到的碳酸锌微晶热稳定性较高.等温吸附实验表明,在室温下,多层状ZCHO微晶能有效脱除水体中的Cu2,去除量与浓度关系符合Freundlich模型.最后讨论了多层状ZCHO微晶大容量去除Cu2+的可能机理.  相似文献

Two new compounds, 19-hydroxy-melodinine K (1) and melodiside (2), and 25 known compounds were isolated from leaves and twigs of Melodinus suaveolens. Their structures were elucidated based on 1- and 2-D NMR, FTIR, UV and MS spectroscopic data. 19-hydroxy-melodinine K showed cytotoxic activity against MDA-MB-231 breast, BCG-823 gastric, SW480 colon and Hela cancer cells.  相似文献

We report the polymerization of phenyl isocyanides with the chiral palladium(II) initiating system. The resulting polymers with optically active properties were obtained by polymerization of the racemic isocyanide monomer(rac-1), and enantiomerically unbalanced polymerization of the monomer was found, providing substantial evidence for the enantiomer-selective polymerization of rac-1 mediated through chiral catalyst. A comparison between the enantiomerically pure monomers, 4-isocyanobenzoyl-L-alanine decyl ester(1 s) and 4-isocyanobenzoyl-D-alanine decyl ester(1 r), revealed a drastic discrepancy in the reactivity ratio of their homopolymerizations.It turned out that the monomer reactivity ratio of 1 s was higher than that of 1 r with chiral ligands. The results clearly demonstrated the inclination for incorporation of the 1 s enantiomer during the polymerization process and thus resulted in the enantiomer-selective polymerization in this system. The effects of the catalyst chirality on the optically active properties of polymerization were investigated,and it was concluded that the formation of higher-ordered conformation with a handed helicity might be attributed to the chiral induction of chiral palladium(II) catalyst. Moreover, the polymers obtained through the enantiomer-selective polymerization of the enantiomerically pure monomer were with a significant improvement of the optical activity if the chirality of the monomer and the catalyst matched with each other.  相似文献
