The following noble series of soluble π‐conjugated statistical copolymers was synthesized by palladium catalyzed Suzuki polymerization: poly[(9,9‐dioctylfluorene)‐alt‐(4,7‐bis(3′,3′‐dihepyl‐3,4‐propylenedioxythienyl)‐2,1,3‐benzothiadiazole)] (PFO‐PTBT) derived from poly(9,9‐dioctylfluorene) (PFO) and poly[(4,7‐bis(3′,3′‐dihepyl‐3,4‐propylenedioxythienyl)‐2,1,3‐benzothiadiazole)] poly(heptyl4‐PTBT). The structure and properties of these polymers were characterized using 1H‐, 13C‐NMR, UV–visible spectroscopy, elemental analysis, GPC, DSC, TGA, photoluminescence (PL), and cyclic voltammetry (CV). The statistical copolymers, PFO‐PTBT (9:1, 8.4:1.6, 6.5:3.5), were soluble in common organic solvents and easily spin coated onto indium‐tin oxide (ITO) coated glass substrates. The weight‐average molecular weight (Mw) and polydispersity of the PFO‐PTBT ranged from (1.0–4.2) × 104 and 1.5–2.3, respectively. Bulk heterojunction photovoltaic cells with an ITO/PEDOT/PFO‐PTBT:PCBM/LiF/Al configuration were fabricated, and the devices using PFOPTBT (6.5:3.5) showed the best performance compared with those using PFO‐PTBT (9:1, 8.4:1.6). A maximum power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 0.50% (Voc = 0.66 V, FF = 0.29) was achieved with PFO‐PTBT (6.5:3.5). © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. We consider the angle of inclination (with respect to the horizontal) of the profile of a steady 2D inviscid symmetric periodic or solitary water wave subject to gravity. There is an upper bound of 31.15° in the irrotational case [1] and an upper bound of 45° in the case of favorable vorticity [13]. On the other hand, if the vorticity is adverse, the profile can become vertical. We prove here that if the adverse vorticity is sufficiently small, then the angle still has an upper bound which is slightly larger than 45°.  相似文献

Cu2ZnSn(SxS1?x)4 (CZTSSe) thin films were prepared by annealing a stacked precursor prepared on Mo coated glass substrates by the sputtering technique. The stacked precursor thin films were prepared from Cu, SnS2, and ZnS targets at room temperature with stacking orders of Cu/SnS2/ZnS. The stacked precursor thin films were annealed using a tubular two zone furnace system under a mixed N2 (95%) + H2S (5%) + Se vaporization atmosphere at 580 °C for 2 h. The effects of different Se vaporization temperature from 250 °C to 500 °C on the structural, morphological, chemical, and optical properties of the CZTSSe thin films were investigated. X-ray diffraction patterns, Raman spectroscopy, and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy results showed that the annealed thin films had a single kesterite crystal structure without a secondary phase. The 2θ angle position for the peaks from the (112) plane in the annealed thin films decreased with increasing Se vaporization temperature. Energy dispersive X-ray results showed that the presence of Se in annealed thin films increased from 0 at% to 42.7 at% with increasing Se vaporization temperatures. UV–VIS spectroscopy results showed that the absorption coefficient of all the annealed thin films was over 104 cm?1 and that the optical band gap energy decreased from 1.5 eV to 1.05 eV with increasing Se vaporization temperature.  相似文献

Liquid crystal (LC) alignment characteristics were investigated using a solution-derived lanthanum-doped zinc oxide (La:ZnO) film that was exposed to various intensities of ion-beam (IB) irradiation. At an IB intensity of 1700 eV, uniform and homogeneous LC alignment was achieved, as revealed by cross-polarized optical microscopy and pre-tilt angle measurement. Field-emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM), atomic force microscopy (AFM), and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) were used to verify that the IB irradiation induced physical and chemical surface reformation of the La:ZnO film that relate to LC alignment. FE-SEM and AFM revealed that the IB irradiation reformed the existing surface structure into a new structure with an altered surface roughness. The XPS results showed that the van der Waals force with anchoring energy increased as the IB intensity increased, and this profoundly affected the state of LC alignment. The capacitance-voltage (C-V) hysteresis curve was measured as a function of IB intensity to characterize the accumulated charge as a residual DC. Nearly zero C-V hysteresis was achieved at an IB intensity of 1700 eV. Therefore, a solution-derived La:ZnO film with an IB intensity of 1700 eV has great potential for high-quality LC applications.  相似文献

This study was performed to analyze effect of transverse growth stresses and drying stresses on natural frequencies of transverse free vibration of thin tree disk with free boundary condition. Using Rayleigh-Ritz method and finite element method, explicit closed form expression was derived for homogeneous orthotropic circular plates with internal stresses, which enables to predict both the effects of growth stresses, drying stresses, and combined growth and drying stresses on the natural frequency changes. This model can be used for predicting growth stresses from known natural frequencies. The same approach can also be undertaken to validate models visco-elastic drying stresses.  相似文献

Tin oxide (SnO2) nanotubes with a fiber‐in‐tube structure have been prepared by electrospinning and the mechanism of their formation has been investigated. Tin oxide‐carbon composite nanofibers with a filled structure were formed as an intermediate product, which were then transformed into SnO2 nanotubes with a fiber‐in‐tube structure during heat treatment at 500 °C. Nanofibers with a diameter of 85 nm were found to be located inside hollow nanotubes with an outer diameter of 260 nm. The prepared SnO2 nanotubes had well‐developed mesopores. The discharge capacities of the SnO2 nanotubes at the 2nd and 300th cycles at a current density of 1 A g?1 were measured as 720 and 640 mA h g?1, respectively, and the corresponding capacity retention measured from the 2nd cycle was 88 %. The discharge capacities of the SnO2 nanotubes at incrementally increased current densities of 0.5, 1.5, 3, and 5 A g?1 were 774, 711, 652, and 591 mA h g?1, respectively. The SnO2 nanotubes with a fiber‐in‐tube structure showed superior cycling and rate performances compared to those of SnO2 nanopowder. The unique structure of the SnO2 nanotubes with a fiber@void@tube configuration improves their electrochemical properties by reducing the diffusion length of the lithium ions, and also imparts greater stability during electrochemical cycling.  相似文献
