予条件共轭梯度法的收敛性

本文对某些予条件共轭梯度法的收敛性进行了一些分析,如ICCG法,ILUCK(K)法、ILUCG(P)法及所谓的"TCG法",其中用了许多分裂作为对所要解的线性代数方程组的系数矩阵A进行予条件的工具,这里设A为对角优势矩阵,文中还给出了若干数值算例来说明我们分析的结果。

紫云英根瘤菌5个互补结瘤菌株所分离到的重组质粒外源片段的酶切图谱

对来源于紫云英根瘤菌７６５３Ｒ总ＤＮＡ基因文库的５个互补结瘤菌株所分离到的重组质粒ｐＮＲ１０２，ｐＮＲ１０３，ｐＮＲ１０８，ｐＮＲ２０３和ｐＮＲ２１３，ＥｃｏＲⅠ酶切表明它们分别携带有一个４．６８，５．０１，５．０４，５．１０或９．３８ｋｂ的外源ＤＮＡ片段．选用１１种内切酶进行单、双酶切分析，建立了重组质粒外源片段的酶切图谱，５个质粒都具有１．７ｋｂ的ＥｃｏＲⅠ－ＢｇｌⅡ片段和１．９ｋｂ的ＥｃｏＲⅠ－ＳａｃⅠ片段．     

我国空间物理学先驱桂质廷──纪念桂质廷教授100周年华诞

桂质廷（１８９５～１９６１），我国著名的地球物理学家．他是建国初期中国科学院地球物理组专门委员，第一个巡测了我国境内地磁常量的中国人．他最先和学生一道在国内进行了高空电离层的常规观测．他所创建的武汉大学游离层实验室，５０年来未曾间断电离层的观测研究．本文着重介绍他的生平简历、教学态度、学术成就和爱国主义思想．     

Simultaneous spectrum and coherent combining by active phasing dual two-tone all-fiber MOPA chains

We present a new approach for simultaneous spectral and coherent combining in a master oscillator power amplifier (MOPA) configuration with active phasing. Spectrally combined single-frequency seed lasers are employed as a master oscillator for the all-fiber power amplifier chain, which provides robust performance suppressing of the stimulated Brillouin scattering effect, while coherent combining of spectrally combined amplifiers with active phase control provides stable in-phase combining, despite the strong phase fluctuation. In experiments, two spectrally combined seed MOPA chains are coherently combined with a total output power of 390 W. The power of the main lobe in the closed loop is two times of that value in the open loop, and visibility of more than 75% of the long-exposure interference pattern at the receiving plane is obtained.     

Neutrals ejection in intense femtosecond laser ablation

Time-resolved shadowgraphs and holograms of intense femtosecond laser ablation of aluminum are reported. The different bending trends of interference fringes are found in the ablations of aluminum and other materials at probe wavelengths of 400 and 800 nm, for the first time to our knowledge, which could be attributed to the ejection of massive neutral droplets induced by critical-point phase separation during the second material ejection.     

High pulse energy mode-locked multicore photonic crystal fiber laser

A high pulse energy passively mode-locked fiber laser operating in the all-normal dispersion regime is demonstrated. The gain material is an Yb-doped multicore photonic crystal fiber with 18 cores in array-type geometry. Robust and self-starting mode locking is achieved using a fast semiconductor saturable absorber mirror. The laser generates 180?nJ chirped pulses at a 14.48?MHz repetition rate for an average power of 2.6?W. The 1.15?ps output pulses are compressed to 690?fs outside the cavity.
