Ultrafast dynamics of BixSb1-x film studied by femtosecond pump-probe technique

The Bi_xSb_1-x film is an important phase change material. The ultrafast dynamics of Bi_xSb_1-x film is studied by the femtosecond pump-probe technique with an 80 fs pulsed laser. Experimental results show that the reflectivity change increases with the fluence of the pump laser. The fast increase of the reflectivity occurs between 100 and 800 fs. Subsequently, the slower recovery of the reflectivity on a time scale of 1.24-18.3 ps is detected. We also found that the reflectivity change can be greatly affected by the ratio between Bi and Sb composition in Bi_xSb_1-x materials with x = 0.2 and 0.88. These experimental results should be helpful for developing new devices with ultrafast dynamics of Bi_xSb_1-x film and ultrafast optical switching.     

Spatial and spectral characteristics of laser-field synchrotron radiation

The spatial and spectral characteristics of laser-field synchrotron radiation (LSR) are investigated. The results show that LSR is emitted normal to the laser axis and emission in the X-ray wavelength can be obtained by increasing the intensity of the laser pulse and the initial energy of the electron. The unique feature offered by the laser-field synchrotron radiation (LSR) makes them a promising compact source of light at shorter wavelengths.     

Research on the propagation properties of hollow laser beams with three-dimensional trap optical distribution

A new kind of hollow beams - hollow laser beams with three-dimension trap optical distribution - was put forward. With the help of the Collins formula in paraxial optical system, the analytical equation of propagation and transformation of the hollow laser beams was deduced. According to the analytical equation, the propagation properties of the kind of hollow beams that transform in free space were simulated. In the experiment, we obtained the hollow laser beams by means of the combinational optical system of reflecting positive-axis and negative-axis pyramids. The intensity of the vertical loop in different distances was tested, which shows that the analytical equation of propagation and transformation is in agreement with the result.

308nmXeCl准分子激光双侧面对称泵浦之形腔染料激光器研究

描述了用３０８ｎｍＸｅＣｌ准分子激光双侧面对称泵浦之形腔染料激光器，重点探讨了这种激光器的输出光束质量改善问题，实验发现这种双侧面对称泵浦较传统的横向泵浦，光束质量有较好的改善，对于２×１０－３ｍｏｌ／ｌ浓度的ｃｏｕｍａｒｉｎ４６０染料甲醇溶液，在波长４６０ｎｍ处，实验得到１１．７％的能量转换效率

设R为非负交换整半环,用M_n(R)表示R上所有n×n矩阵构成的矩阵半环.令T是M_n(R)到其自身的线性变换,若T满足|T(X)|~+=|X|~+,■X∈M_n(R)(或|T(X)|~-=|X|~-,(?)X∈Mn(R)),称T为M_n(R)上保持正行列式(负行列式)的线性变换.刻画了n≥4时,M_n(R)上保持正行列式/负行列式的线性满射形式.     

Graphs determined by their generalized characteristic polynomials

For a given graph G with (0, 1)-adjacency matrix A_G, the generalized characteristic polynomial of G is defined to be ?_G=?_G(λ,t)=det(λI-(A_G-tD_G)), where I is the identity matrix and D_G is the diagonal degree matrix of G. In this paper, we are mainly concerned with the problem of characterizing a given graph G by its generalized characteristic polynomial ?_G. We show that graphs with the same generalized characteristic polynomials have the same degree sequence, based on which, a unified approach is proposed to show that some families of graphs are characterized by ?_G. We also provide a method for constructing graphs with the same generalized characteristic polynomial, by using GM-switching.
