l-(N-Cbz)-7-azaisotryptophan, l-(N-Cbz)-1a, a new isostere of tryptophan, was synthesized by reacting Li2-(N-Boc)-2-amino-3-picoline, Li2-(N-Boc)-2a, with appropriately protected l-aspartic acid followed by simple functional group manipulation. This synthetic success led us to access a set of analogs of azaisotryptophan (4ac; 6ac) as well as a new class of chiral amines (7ac; 8ac) for future application in asymmetric synthesis and design of homochiral ligands. Further, we have generalized the method substantiating a variety of new azaindol-2-yl derivatives (10aa10lc) with functionalized substituents. In a preliminary luminescence characterization, l-(N-Cbz)-1a has exhibited about 30 nm bathochromic shifted fluorescence emission compared to tryptophan and (N-Cbz)-tryptophan.  相似文献

The dielectric relaxation characteristics of polyetheretherketone (PEEK) irradiated with C5+ (70 MeV) ion, have been investigated in the temperature range 60–230° as a function of poling temperature T P (50, 100, 150, and 200°C), poling field E P (200, 300, 400, and 500 kV/cm), and storage time t s (2, 24, 48, and 120 h), using thermally stimulated discharge current (TSDC) technique. The TSDC spectra show a prominent maximum around glass transition temperature (T g ~ 143°C) named as α-peak. This peak is attributed to the movement of ketone dipoles linked with the main chain. It is observed that the magnitude of α-peak increases with the increase in poling temperature and poling field. The peak current and area under the α-peak are found to be diminished with the increase of storage time t s for electrets. The β-peak (space charge peak) is absent in irradiated PEEK samples as compared to pristine PEEK samples. The results obtained, in the present studies, are compared with the results on pristine samples. The activation energies and pre-exponential factor for PEEK samples determined using Bucci plot method.  相似文献

Poly(o-toluidine) (POT) coatings were electrochemically synthesized on 304 stainless steel using cyclic voltammetric method. These coatings were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, UV–vis absorption spectroscopy, and cyclic voltammetry. The corrosion performance of POT coating in aqueous 3 wt% sodium chloride was assessed by the electrochemical techniques such as open circuit potential measurements, potentiodynamic polarization technique, cyclic potentiodynamic polarization measurements, and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. The results reveal that POT coating on 304 stainless steel prevents general and localized corrosion, and reduces the exchange current density almost by a factor of 45 than bare 304 stainless steel.  相似文献

A new heteroditopic chemosensor based on the 1,3-alternate conformation of thiacalix[4]crown shows a ratiometric fluorescence response towards Hg(2+) ions. Further, a negative allosteric behaviour between Hg(2+)/Li(+) ions is observed. Thus, metal ion exchange triggers a Hg(2+)/Li(+) switchable fluorescent chemosensor.  相似文献

Organically modified sol-gel glass (ormosil) matrix is utilized as a template for the electrochemical polymerization of aniline. The ormosil matrix is further modulated by encapsulation of: (a) tetracyanoquinodimethane (TCNQ), and (b) tetracyanoquinodimethane together with palladium (Pd). The presence of tetracyanoquinodimethane within ormosil matrix considerably influences the polymerization process of aniline and the same is significantly enhanced as compared to that of control. The presence of palladium within ormosil network further influence the polymerization process as compared to that of TCNQ only. The polyaniline obtained as PAni-TCNQ and PAni-TCNQ-Pd composites has been utilized for fabricating the modified electrodes. These modified electrodes are used to study the electrochemical sensing of ascorbic acid and acetylthiocholine. The results based on cyclic voltammetry, differential pulse voltammetry and amperometry justify that the electrode material exhibits excellent electrocatalytic activity for the oxidation of ascorbic acid and acetylthiocholine with major findings as compared to the control: (1) a negative shift to the order of ~340 mV vs. Ag/AgCl in the anodic overpotential for the electro-oxidation of ascorbic acid, (2) a significant increase in the anodic peak current for the oxidation of ascorbic acid, (3) an increase in the sensitivity of ascorbic acid analysis to the order of 7-fold for the modified electrodes, (4) acetylthiocholine undergoes direct oxidation with considerable increase in both anodic and cathodic peak currents and (5) an increase in the sensitivity of acetylthiocholine analysis to the order of 5-fold for the modified electrodes.  相似文献

Novel pentacenequinone derivatives 3, 7, and 10 have been synthesized via Suzuki-Miyaura coupling. Derivatives 3 and 7 having OTBS groups undergo irreversible fluoride-induced cyclization to substituted higher quinones in the presence of TBAF in dry THF using one-pot, two-step strategies in moderate yields. These functionalized higher quinone derivatives are freely soluble in THF and DMSO and can be used as precursors for the synthesis of higher acene derivatives.  相似文献

A new pyrene-appended chemosensor based on thiacalix[4]arene of 1,3-alternate conformation has been synthesised which demonstrates selective optical recognition of Fe3+ and F in two contrasting modes. We present a detailed theoretical analysis about the influence of surface polaritons on the transmission properties of electromagnetic waves at the periodically corrugated interface between the vacuum and left-handed material by using nonlinear boundary condition approach. The principle behind this approach is to match the wave fields across the grating interface by using a set of linear wave equation with nonlinear boundary conditions. The resonant transmission of the incident electromagnetic radiation in this structure is feasible within a certain frequency band, where there is a range of frequency over which both the electric permittivity and the magnetic permeability are simultaneously negative. The enhanced transmission is attributed to the coupling of the incident electromagnetic wave with the excited surface polaritons on grating interface. Finally, we present the numerical results illustrating the effect of the structural parameters and angle of incidence on the transmission spectra of a TM polarized electromagnetic wave.  相似文献

Highly photostable supramolecular photosensitizing ‘lighted metal-free’ assemblies of DPZ-Th have been developed which show strong absorption in the visible region and excellent electron transportation potential from donor to acceptor units. The as-prepared assemblies of DPZ-Th activate aerial oxygen to generate Type I reactive oxygen species (ROS) under visible-light irradiation in mixed aqueous media. Owing to these properties, the as-prepared DPZ-Th assemblies exhibit high photocatalytic activity in catalyzing the aerobic oxidative coupling of benzylamines and synthesis of quinazolines. Various spectroscopic studies support the participation of Type I reactive species in the reaction mechanism. The ‘pure’ oxygen environment was not needed for carrying out these transformations and all the reactions proceed very well under aerial conditions to furnish the desired products in high yields.  相似文献
