Two new compounds 7-hydroxy-5-O-(β-D-glucopyranoside) flavan (1) and (Z)-4',6'-dihydroxy-2'-O-(β-D-glucopyranoside) chalcone (2), along with eight known compounds, were isolated from the stem bark of Drypetes parvifolia (Euphorbiaceae). Their structures were established on the basis of spectroscopic analysis and chemical evidence.  相似文献

Monte Carlo simulations of random walks in anisotropic structured media are performed to determine the dependence of effective diffusivities on geometrical properties. The anisotropic media used in this study are periodic systems, which are generated by extending primitive, face-centered, and body-centered unit cells indefinitely in all axial directions. Results of simulations compare well with published experimental data and the calculations by the volume averaging method. In addition, these results suggest that if the 2D media with percolation thresholds subtantially differ from those of 3D, 2D approximations of 3D media are not satisfactory. When percolation thresholds are the same, the effective diffusivity tensors depend solely on the porosity. This fact has been suggested for isotropic media and it seems to hold for anisotropic media.  相似文献

Using various chromatographic methods, three new megastigmane glycosides, docynicasides A – C ( 1  –  3 ) and ten known, (6S,9R)‐vomifoliol 9‐Oβ‐d ‐xylopyranosyl‐(1′′→6′)‐Oβ‐d ‐glucopyranoside ( 4 ), hyperin ( 5 ), quercitrin ( 6 ), quercetin 3‐α‐l ‐arabinofuranoside ( 7 ), naringenin 7‐Oβ‐d ‐glucopyranoside ( 8 ), phloridzin ( 9 ), phloretin 2′‐Oβ‐d ‐xylopyranosyl‐(1→6)‐β‐d ‐glucopyranoside ( 10 ), pinosylvin 3‐Oβ‐d ‐glucopyranoside ( 11 ), tormentic acid ( 12 ), and chlorogenic acid methyl ester ( 13 ) were isolated from the fruits of Docynia indica. Their chemical structures were elucidated by physical and chemical methods. All the isolated compounds were evaluated for the inhibitory activity on NO production in LPS‐stimulated BV2 cells. As the results, compounds 3  –  5 showed significant inhibitory activity on LPS‐stimulated NO production in BV2 cells with the IC50 values ranging from 21.0 to 29.3 μm .  相似文献

In Vietnam, the medicinal plant Drynaria bonii H. Christ is used for the treatment of osteoporosis, bone fractures, and stimulate the growth of hair, treat tinnitus (Ho 2002; Loi 2004). In this article, experiments were designed to investigate the proliferation activity of ethanol, n-hexane, chloroform, ethyl acetate and methanol extracts from D. bonii rhizomes on MG-63 human osteoblast-like cells. The results showed that methanol and hexane extracts had the ability to proliferate MG-63 cells at the concentration varying from 0.1 to 0.01 μg/mL. In particular, at the concentration of 0.01 μg/mL, hexane and methanol extracts illustrated the highest proliferation ratio with 9.31% and 6.16%, respectively. By column chromatography, a new compound named drynaether A (1) and five known compounds uracil (2), 4′-hydroxy-7-methoxyflavan (3), kaempferol (4), indole-3-carboxylic acid (5) and protocatechuic acid (6) were isolated and identified from the methanol extract.  相似文献

In this paper, we propose a new algorithm for solving a bilevel equilibrium problem in a real Hilbert space. In contrast to most other projection-type algorithms, which require to solve subproblems at each iteration, the subgradient method proposed in this paper requires only to calculate, at each iteration, two subgradients of convex functions and one projection onto a convex set. Hence, our algorithm has a low computational cost. We prove a strong convergence theorem for the proposed algorithm and apply it for solving the equilibrium problem over the fixed point set of a nonexpansive mapping. Some numerical experiments and comparisons are given to illustrate our results. Also, an application to Nash–Cournot equilibrium models of a semioligopolistic market is presented.  相似文献

Amorphous Fe2O3 and Fe1.9Cr0.1O3 materials have been prepared by sonochemical method. X-ray diffraction patterns, transmission electron microscopy, Raman and infrared spectra, differential scanning calorimetry, Mössbauer and magnetic measurements revealed many interesting behaviors of the samples. Reaction to form the materials only occurred at the preparation temperatures of 70 °C or above. Upon heating, the sample prepared at 70°C presented a strong ferromagnetic behavior due to the presence of the magnetite phase coexisting with the hematite phase whereas the samples prepared at higher temperatures presented only the existence of the hematite phase. Thermal analyses of the sample prepared at 80°C revealed three exothermic peaks which were corresponding to the phase changes of dehydroxylation, crystallization of the maghemite phase and maghemite–hematite transition, respectively. The activation energies of the phase changes deduced from the thermal analyses showed that the presence of Cr enhanced the activation energy which can slow down the ageing effect of the amorphous state when being used in practice.  相似文献

The structure effect of CR-39 on the rate of its hydrolysing reaction was studied. It has been indicated that the sensitivity of any plastic detector is dependent on the its posibility to alkalai hydrolyse. It is known that polyesters and polycarbonates undergo decarboxylation under ionizing radiation so that would point to the carbonate group as the amplify induced radiation sensitive link. The structure effect would be one of the keys to develope the new, more sensitive nuclear track detectors.  相似文献

Comparison of properties of three domains of titin, I1, I27, and I28, in a simple geometry-based model shows that despite a high structural homology between their native states different domains show similar but distinguishable mechanical properties. Folding properties of the separate domains are predicted to be diversified which reflects sensitivity of the kinetics to the details of native structures. The Go-like model corresponding to the experimentally resolved native structure of the I1 domain is found to provide the biggest thermodynamic and mechanical stability compared to the other domains studied here. We analyze elastic, thermodynamic, and kinetic properties of several structures corresponding to the I28 domain as obtained through homology-based modeling. We discuss the ability of the models of the I28 domain to reproduce experimental results qualitatively. A strengthening of contacts that involve hydrophobic amino acids does not affect theoretical comparisons of the domains. Tandem linkages of up to five identical or different domains unravel in a serial fashion at low temperatures. We study the nature of the intermediate state that arises in the early stages of the serial unraveling and find it to qualitatively agree with the results of Marszalek et al.  相似文献

Plasmon assistance promotes a range of chemical transformations by decreasing their activation energies. In a common case, thermal and plasmon assistance work synergistically: higher temperature results in higher plasmon-enhanced catalysis efficiency. Herein, we report an unexpected tenfold increase in the reaction efficiency of surface plasmon-assisted Huisgen dipolar azide–alkyne cycloaddition (AAC) when the reaction mixture is cooled from room temperature to −35 °C. We attribute the observed increase in the reaction efficiency to complete plasmon-induced annihilation of the reaction barrier, prolongation of plasmon lifetime, and decreased relaxation of plasmon-excited-states under cooling. Furthermore, control quenching experiments supported by theoretical calculations indicate that plasmon-mediated substrate excitation to an electronic triplet state may play the key role in plasmon-assisted chemical transformation. Last but not least, we demonstrated the possible applicability of plasmon assistance to biological systems by AAC coupling of biotin to gold nanoparticles performed at −35 °C.

The decrease of reaction temperature can potentially lead to an increase of plasmon-assisted catalytic efficiency.  相似文献
