Owing to the loss of effective information and incomplete feature extraction caused by the convolution and pooling operations in a convolution subsampling network, the accuracy and speed of current speech processing architectures based on the conformer model are influenced because the shallow features of speech signals are not completely extracted. To solve these problems, in this study, we researched a method that used a capsule network to improve the accuracy of feature extraction in a conformer-based model, and then, we proposed a new end-to-end model architecture for speech recognition. First, to improve the accuracy of speech feature extraction, a capsule network with a dynamic routing mechanism was introduced into the conformer model; thus, the structural information in speech was preserved, and it was input to the conformer blocks via sequestered vectors; the learning ability of the conformed-based model was significantly enhanced using dynamic weight updating. Second, a residual network was added to the capsule blocks, thus, the mapping ability of our model was improved and the training difficulty was reduced. Furthermore, the bi-transformer model was adopted in the decoding network to promote the consistency of the hypotheses in different directions through bidirectional modeling. Finally, the effectiveness and robustness of the proposed model were verified against different types of recognition models by performing multiple sets of experiments. The experimental results demonstrated that our speech recognition model achieved a lower word error rate without a language model because of the higher accuracy of speech feature extraction and learning using our model architecture with a capsule network. Furthermore, our model architecture benefited from the advantage of the capsule network and the conformer encoder, and also has potential for other speech-related applications.  相似文献

The metabolites produced by the larvae of Bactrocera dorsalis (Diptera: Tephritidae) exposed to different doses of irradiation were analyzed using solid phase microextraction (SPME) and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS), and a metabonomic analysis method of irradiated insects based on GC-MS was established. The analysis revealed 67 peaks, of which 23 peaks were identified. The metabolites produced by larvae treated with different irradiation doses were compared by multivariate statistical analysis, and eight differential metabolites were selected. Irradiation seriously influenced the fatty acid metabolic pathway in larvae. Using the R platform combined with the method of multivariate statistical analysis, changes to metabolite production under four irradiation doses given to B. dorsalis larvae were described. Differential metabolites of B. dorsalis larvae carried chemical signatures that indicated irradiation dose, and this method is expected to provide a reference for the detection of irradiated insects.  相似文献

Carbamazepine (CBZ), as a typical pharmaceutical and personal care product (PPCP), cannot be efficiently removed by the conventional drinking water and wastewater treatment process. In this work, the CoS2/Fe2+/PMS process was applied for efficient elimination of CBZ. The CBZ removal efficiency of CoS2/Fe2+/PMS was 2.5 times and 23 times higher than that of CoS2/PMS and Fe2+/PMS, respectively. The intensity of DMPO-HO• and DMPO-SO4 followed the order of Fe2+/PMS < CoS2/PMS < CoS2/Fe2+/PMS, also suggesting the CoS2/Fe2+/PMS process has the highest oxidation activity. The effects of reaction conditions (e.g., CoS2 dosage, Fe2+ concentration, PMS concentration, initial CBZ concentration, pH, temperature) and water quality parameters (e.g., SO42, NO3, H2PO4, Cl, NH4+, humic acid) on the degradation of CBZ were also studied. Response surface methodology analysis was carried out to obtain the best conditions for the removal of CBZ, which are: Fe2+ = 70 µmol/L, PMS = 240 µmol/L, CoS2 = 0.59 g/L. The sustainability test demonstrated that the repeated use of CoS2 for 8 successive cycles resulted in little function decrease (<10%). These findings suggest that CoS2/Fe2+/PMS may be a promising method for advanced treatment of tailwater from sewage treatment plant.  相似文献

基于密度泛函理论的爬坡弹性带方法,对金红石相二氧化钛晶体中钛间隙、钛空位、氧间隙、氧空位4种本征缺陷的扩散特征进行了研究.对比4种本征缺陷在晶格内部沿不同扩散路径的过渡态势垒后发现,缺陷扩散过程呈现出明显的各向异性.其中,钛间隙和氧间隙沿[001]方向具有最小的扩散势垒路径,激活能分别为0.505 eV和0.859 eV;氧空位和钛空位的势垒最小的扩散路径分别沿[110]方向和[111]方向,激活能分别为0.735 eV和2.375 eV.  相似文献

This paper investigates the scattering effect of domestic 0.5 at{\%} ceramic Nd:YAG. An effective method has been utilized to measure the scattering and absorption coefficients. An end-pumped continuous wave (CW) Nd:YAG ceramic laser was also demonstrated. A maximum output power of 6.7~W at 1064~nm was obtained at an 808-nm pump power of 32.9~W. Conversion efficiency and slope efficiency have been achieved. This indicates that scattering has an important effect on the optical performance of ceramic Nd:YAG.  相似文献

An sp2-sp3 hybrid carbon allotrope named HSH-carbon is proposed by the first-principles calculations. The structure of HSH-carbon can be regarded as a template polymerization of [1.1.1]propellane molecules in a hexagonal lattice, as well as, an AA stacking of recently reported HSH-C10 consisting of carbon trigonal bipyramids. Based on calculations, the stability of this structure is demonstrated in terms of the cohesive energy, phonon dispersion, Born−Huang stability criteria, and ab initio molecular dynamics. HSH-carbon is predicted to be a semiconductor with an indirect energy gap of 3.56 eV at the PBE level or 4.80 eV at the HSE06 level. It is larger than the gap of Si and close to the gap of c-diamond, which indicates HSH-carbon is potentially an ultrawide bandgap semiconductor. The effective masses of carriers in the VB and CB edge are comparable with wide bandgap semiconductors such as GaN and ZnO. The elastic behavior of HSH-carbon such as bulk modulus, Young’s modulus and shear modulus is comparable with that of T-carbon and much smaller than that of c-diamond, which suggests that HSH-carbon would be much easier to be processed than c-diamond in practice.  相似文献

Benzothiadiazole(BT) is an electron-deficient unit with fused aromatic core, which can be used to construct conjugated polymers for application in organic solar cells(OSCs). In the past twenty years, huge numbers of conjugated polymers based on BT unit have been developed,focusing on the backbone engineering(such as by using different copolymerized building blocks), side chain engineering(such as by using linear or branch side units), using heteroatoms(such as F, O and S atoms, and CN group), etc. These modifications enable BT-polymers to exhibit distinct absorption spectra(with onset varied from 600 nm to 1000 nm), different frontier energy levels and crystallinities. As a consequence, BT-polymers have gained much attention in recent years, and can be simultaneously used as electron donor and electron acceptor in OSCs, providing the power conversion efficiencies(PCEs) over 18% and 14% in non-fullerene and all-polymer OSCs. In this article, we provide an overview of BTpolymers for OSCs, from donor to acceptor, via selecting some typical BT-polymers in different periods. We hope that the summary in this article can invoke the interest to study the BT-polymers toward high performance OSCs, especially with thick active layers that can be potentially used in large-area devices.  相似文献

Polyoxometalate (POM) presents great potential in oxidative desulfurization (ODS) reaction. However, the high dissolubility of POM in common solvents makes it difficult to recycle. Besides, the small specific surface area of POM also limits the interaction between them and the substrate. Depositing polyoxometalates onto three-dimensional (3D) network structured materials could largely expand the application of POM. Here, the surfaces of cellulose nanofibrils (CNFs) were modified with very few (3-Aminopropyl) trimethoxysilane (APTS) to endow positive charges on the surfaces of CNFs, and then phosphotungstic acid (PTA) was loaded to obtain the aerogel A-CNF/PTA as the ODS catalyst. FT-IR indicated the successful deposition of PTA onto aminosilane modified CNF surfaces. UV-VIS further suggested the stability of PTA in the aerogels. BET and SEM results suggested the increased specific surface area and the relatively uniform 3D network structure of the prepared aerogels. TGA analysis indicated that the thermal stability of the aerogel A-CNF/PTA50% was a little higher than that of the pure CNF aerogel. Most importantly, the aerogel A-CNF/PTA50% showed good catalytic performance for ODS. Catalysis results showed that the substrate conversion rate of the aerogel A-CNF/PTA50% reached 100% within 120 min at room temperature. Even after five cycles, the substrate conversion rate of the aerogel A-CNF/PTA50% still reached 91.2% during the dynamic catalytic process. This work provides a scalable and facile way to stably deposit POM onto 3D structured materials.  相似文献

Bottlebrush copolymers with different chemical structures and compositions as well as diverse architectures represent an important kind of material for various applications, such as biomedical devices. To our knowledge, zwitterionic conjugated bottlebrush copolymers integrating fluorescence imaging and tumor microenvironment-specific responsiveness for efficient intracellular drug release have been rarely reported, likely because of the lack of an efficient synthetic approach. For this purpose, in this study, we reported the successful preparation of well-defined theranostic zwitterionic bottlebrush copolymers with unique brush-on-brush architecture. Specifically, the bottlebrush copolymers were composed of a fluorescent backbone of polyfluorene derivate (PFONPN) possessing the fluorescence resonance energy transfer with doxorubicin (DOX), primary brushes of poly(2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate) (PHEMA), and secondary graft brushes of an enzyme-degradable polytyrosine (PTyr) block as well as a zwitterionic poly(oligo (ethylene glycol) monomethyl ether methacrylate-co-sulfobetaine methacrylate) (P(OEGMA-co-SBMA)) chain with super hydrophilicity and highly antifouling ability via elegant integration of Suzuki coupling, NCA ROP and ATRP techniques. Notably, the resulting bottlebrush copolymer, PFONPN9-g-(PHEMA15-g-(PTyr16-b-P(OEGMA6-co-SBMA6)2)) (P2) with a lower MW ratio of the hydrophobic side chains of PTyr and hydrophilic side chains of P(OEGMA-co-SBMA) could self-assemble into stabilized unimolecular micelles in an aqueous phase. The resulting unimolecular micelles showed a fluorescence quantum yield of 3.9% that is mainly affected by the pendant phenol groups of PTyr side chains and a drug-loading content (DLC) of approximately 15.4% and entrapment efficiency (EE) of 90.6% for DOX, higher than the other micelle analogs, because of the efficient supramolecular interactions of π–π stacking between the PTyr blocks and drug molecules, as well as the moderate hydrophilic chain length. The fluorescence of the PFONPN backbone enables fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET) with DOX and visualization of intracellular trafficking of the theranostic micelles. Most importantly, the drug-loaded micelles showed accelerated drug release in the presence of proteinase K because of the enzyme-triggered degradation of PTyr blocks and subsequent deshielding of P(OEGMA-co-SBMA) corona for micelle destruction. Taken together, we developed an efficient approach for the synthesis of enzyme-responsive theranostic zwitterionic conjugated bottlebrush copolymers with a brush-on-brush architecture, and the resulting theranostic micelles with high DLC and tumor microenvironment-specific responsiveness represent a novel nanoplatform for simultaneous cell image and drug delivery.  相似文献
