The influences of thermal treatment on cold crystallization and the thermal behavior of poly‐L‐lactide (PLLA) were investigated by DSC and polarizing microscopy. Both the cooling and heating rates had effects on cold crystallization. Double peaks were observed for the samples on subsequently heating at 10°C min?1 after cooling between 5 and 20°C min?1. The degrees of crystallinity dramatically increased with decreasing cooling rate, and the size of PLLA spherulites increased with a decrease in the cooling rate. Double cold crystallization peaks were also observed during heating traces at higher rates for this material after fast cooling (20°C min?1) from the melt. The competition between the crystallization from the nuclei formed during cooling, and that from spontaneous nucleation might be responsible for the appearance of double peaks.  相似文献

In vitro degradation experiments of poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA) and bovine bone (BB) composites were carried out in a phosphate-buffered solution (PBS) at 37°C with a pH of 7.4. The influence of BB content on pH value of PBS, water uptake, molecular weights, molecular weight distributions, weight losses, mechanical strengths, and morphologies of PLLA/BB was investigated with degradation times. The results indicated that the presence of the BB modified the degradation of the PLLA matrix. The degradation rate of PLLA in the PLLA/BB composite was slower than the degradation rate of the sole PLLA material. Furthermore, the degradation rate of the composites became slower with the increasing content of BB in PLLA/BB composites.  相似文献

Poly (L-lactic acid) (PLLA) microspheres were prepared by a solvent evaporation method based on an oil/water emulsion. The effect of the mass ratio of PLLA and poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA) on the formation of the microspheres was discussed, and the influence of extraction speed of dichloromethane on the microsphere morphology was also studied. Moreover, the influences of the PLLA concentration and the volume ratio of water phase to dichloromethane phase were investigated. The results showed that stable microspheres can be obtained under the conditions that the mass ratio of PLLA to PVA is 20:1. Porous microspheres were obtained under faster evaporating speed of dichloromethane. The microsphere size increased with increasing PLLA concentration. The microsphere size also increased with the increase of the volume ratio of water phase to dichloromethane phase.  相似文献

Multiply-alkylated cyclopentanes (MACs) composite thin films containing Cu nanoparticles are fabricated on the octadecyltrichlorosilane (OTS)-modified substrate by a spin-coating technique. The thickness, wetting behavior, and nanoscale morphologies of the films are characterized by means of ellipsometry, contact angle measurement, and atomic force microscope (AFM). The friction and wear behaviors of the thin films sliding against Si3N4 ball are examined on a UMT-2MT tribometer in a ball-on-disk contact mode. The worn surfaces of the OTS-MAC-Cu composite film and the counterpart Si3N4 balls are investigated with a scanning electron microscope. Water contact angle on OTS-MAC-Cu composite film is higher than that of OTS-MAC film. OTS-MAC-Cu composite film exhibits higher load-carrying capacity and better friction reduction and antiwear behavior as compared with OTS-MAC film. This may be attributed to the load-carrying and self-repairing property of the Cu nanoparticles in the composite film and the formation of a transfer layer composed of OTS, MAC, and Cu on the rubbing surface of the counterpart ball.  相似文献

The method of numerical analysis is employed to study the resonance mechanism of the lumped parameter system model for acoustic mine detection. Based on the basic principle of the acoustic resonance technique for mine detection and the characteristics of low-frequency acoustics, the “soil-mine” system could be equivalent to a damping “mass-spring” resonance model with a lumped parameter analysis method. The dynamic simulation software, Adams, is adopted to analyze the lumped parameter system model numerically. The simulated resonance frequency and anti-resonance frequency are 151 Hz and 512 Hz respectively, basically in agreement with the published resonance frequency of 155 Hz and anti-resonance frequency of 513 Hz, which were measured in the experiment. Therefore, the technique of numerical simulation is validated to have the potential for analyzing the acoustic mine detection model quantitatively. The influences of the soil and mine parameters on the resonance characteristics of the soil–mine system could be investigated by changing the parameter setup in a flexible manner.  相似文献

Ce^3+/Er^3+/Bi^3+ triply-doped yttrium aluminum garnet (YAG) is synthesized using co-precipitation method. The Bi^3+ concentration-dependent near-infrared (NIR) emission behavior is systemically in- vestigated. The NIR emission of Er^3+ ions at 1531 nm is enhanced threefold by the addition of 7 mol% Bi^3+. Bi^3+doping results in the formation of exciton in YAG and the variation in the local environment of the doped rare-earth ions. The enhancement in NIR luminescence is ascribed to the combined effects of the sensitization of exciton→Ce^3+ →Er^3+ and the Bi^3+ doping-induced adjustment of the local environment for Ce^3+ and Er^3+ ions.  相似文献

采用实时双光子光电子能谱和时间分辨双光子光电子能谱技术分别研究了乙醇在该表面光催化解离的动力学和超快电子动态学过程. 通过测量与乙醇光催化解离相关的电子激发态随时间的演化,发现这个反应满足分型动力学. 乙醇在还原性TiO2(110)上的光催化解离比在氧化性表面快,这归结于缺陷的存在降低了反应能垒. 这样一个反应的加速过程很可能是与缺陷电子相关的. 通过干涉双脉冲相关的测量,得到了乙醇-TiO2界面电子激发态的超快动态学. 与甲醇的情况类似,这个电子激发态的寿命为24 fs. 激发态的出现为TiO2和它周围环境的电子转移提供了一个通道.  相似文献

采用传统固相法和水热法成功地制备出棒状La2Zr2O7:Eu3+荧光粉. 利用X射线粉末衍射仪、透射电镜和荧光光谱仪等分析了产物的结构、形貌和发光特性. 结果表明红色荧光粉La2Zr2O7:Eu3+有良好的晶相,属于立方结构,空间点群为Fd3m; 其形貌主要为纳米棒, 平均直径约47 nm, 长度为50~700 nm. 并对纳米棒的生长机理进行了探讨. 在466 nm蓝光激发下,La2Zr2O7:Eu3+荧光粉能发射出Eu3+的特征红色荧光,发射主峰位于616 nm处,归属于Eu3+5DO7F2超灵敏电偶极跃迁.此外,在产物的发射光谱中能够观察到5D17FJ (J=0, 1, 2)跃迁和5D17FJ (J=1, 2, 4)跃迁的劈裂峰,这说明Eu3+处在低对称性的晶体场格位中.  相似文献

建立了30米长高温超导电缆的二维模型,利用Fluent软件对该模型进行仿真分析。在该模型中,采用波纹管恒温器,分析了波纹管的波距、波高等因素对出口液氮温度的影响。结果表明:在相同的热负荷及流量下,波纹管的波距越小,波高越大,出口液氮温度越高。超导电缆波纹管内液氮温度模拟,为低温冷却系统的优化设计提供理论依据。  相似文献
