微透镜阵列的铸塑复制技术

在光刻热熔成型以及电铸复制得到的微透镜阵列镍板基础上,采用静态铸塑技术,得到了高质量的PMMA微透镜阵列。本文介绍了静态铸塑的聚合反应理论基础、模具设计以及工艺过程。最后对微透镜阵列的复制精度进行分析,结果表明复制精度优于0.5μm.

Analytical self-similar solutions of the Ginzburg-Landau equation with three-order dispersion effect

Based on the technique of the symmetry reduction, we find the asymptotic self-similarity analytical resolutions from the constant coefficient Ginzburg-Landau equation considering both influences of the thirdorder dispersion and gain dispersion on the evolution of pulses. We have obtained the self-similar pulse amplitude function, phase function, strict linear chirp function, and the effective temporal pulse width. Numerical simulations show qualitative agreement with these theoretical results.     

All-reflective optical system design for extreme ultraviolet lithography

All-reflective optical systems,due to their material absorption and low refractive index,are used to create the most suitable devices in extreme ultraviolet lithography （EUVL）.In this letter,we present a design for an all-reflective lithographic projection lens.We also discuss its design idea and structural system.After analysis of the four-mirror optical system,the initial structural parameters are determined,the optical system is optimized,and the tolerances of the system are analyzed.We also show the implementation of optimal layout and desired imaging performance.     

活性炭纤维对氙的动态吸附性能研究

采用动态吸附实验装置，研究了吸附温度、原料气浓度和原料气流量对活性炭纤维动态吸附氙性能的影响。结果表明：在低温条件下（≤273K)，随着温度的升高，活性炭纤维对氙的平衡吸附量明显下降／同时，活性炭纤维对氙的平衡吸附量分别随着原料气浓度及原料气流量的增大而增大。

约瑟夫森结(阵列)与谐振器的耦合效应研究

利用一种新的电路模型系统研究了约瑟夫森结(阵列)与谐振器的耦合效应.以结的电压自锁定台阶幅度ΔI为目标值,得到了谐振电路的电阻R、谐振频率fr对耦合的影响规律,并给出了合理解释;以结阵列的相位互锁定强度IL为目标,研究了IL对锁定电压VL的依赖关系,同时,通过相关计算将其与通常电路模型下得到的结果进行了比较.     

双色制导用InGaAs探测器低温特性的研究

制备了平面结InGaAs短波红外探测器,分别测量了其在室温及液氮温区的响应光谱、电流～电压曲线和光生信号及噪声,发现其光生信号与室温测量值相比下降了大约50%.在液氮温区的测试结果表明,短波探测器的峰值响应率为Rvp=2.41(107V/W),峰值探测率Dp*=1.51(1012(cmHz)1/2/W.其透射谱的测量表明该探测器的透射率能够超过80%.这些指标能够满足红外双色探测系统的需求。     

铁电移相器优值研究

基于双周期性电容加载共面波导传输线的移相器结构,系统研究了温度变化对铁电薄膜移相器移相能力、传输损耗的影响.调整温度可以在一定的范围内实现对移相器性能指标的微调.给出了加载因子对移相能力的示意曲线图,并在实验上,借助氩离子刻蚀技术,改变加载因子的大小,使得移相器的优值从原来的13degree/dB提升到23degree/dB.     

一种新颖结构的高温超导信道滤波器设计

文章提出了一种新颖结构的高温超导信道滤波器设计方法,采用Sonnet软件进行微带电路的全波电磁场仿真.设计了一个一分二的高温超导信道滤波器,信道滤波器工作在S波段,每个信道的相对带宽约为0.4‰,采用的材料为多源热共蒸发法制备的DyBCO双面超导薄膜,衬底为0.5mm厚度的氧化镁.本文给出了本信道滤波器的等效电路、理论曲线、耦合参数和模拟仿真结果.
