椭偏法表征四面体非晶碳薄膜的化学键结构 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
采用自主研制的双弯曲磁过滤阴极真空电弧(FCVA)技术,在不同衬底负偏压下制备了四面体非晶碳(ta-C)薄膜。通过分光光度计和椭偏(SE)联用技术精确测量了薄膜厚度,重点采用椭偏法对不同偏压下制备的ta-C薄膜sp3 C键和sp2 C键结构进行了拟合表征,并与X射线光电子能谱(XPS)和拉曼光谱的实验结果相对比,分析了非晶碳结构的椭偏拟合新方法可靠性。结果表明,在-100V偏压时薄膜厚度最小,为33.9nm;随着偏压的增加,薄膜中的sp2 C含量增加,sp3 C含量减小,光学带隙下降。对比结果发现,椭偏法作为一种无损、简易、快速的表征方法,可用于ta-C薄膜中sp2 C键和sp3 C键含量的准确测定,且在采用玻璃碳代表纯sp2 C的光学常数及拟合波长选取250~1700nm时的椭偏拟合条件下,拟合数值最佳。 相似文献

We have investigated the effects of nitrogen N concentration on the properties of hole subbands and effective mass in dilute-nitride
type-II InAsN/GaSb laser diodes on InAs substrate with “W” design. Using a 5-bands k·p model, we obtained interesting numerical results for the heavy-hole (hh) and the light-hole (lh) subbands. The hole effective
masses were found to be very sensitive to the nitrogen concentration and to the differences in the Luttinger parameters between
the well and the barrier. In addition, the hole effective masses are found to be strongly affected by band-anticrossing (BAC)

Red frequency-upconversion fluorescence emission is observed in europium(Ⅲ) complex with encapsulating polybenzimidazole tripodal ligands, pumped with 930- and 1070-nm picosecond laser pulses. The lumines- cence of transition 5D0 →7F2 (612 nm) is induced by two-photon absorption of hypersensitive transitions 7F0 →5D2 (465 nm) and 7F1 →5D1 (535 nm). Cortical bone is a viscoelastic heterogeneous medium which may be assessed with axial transmission. This work aims at evaluating the average depth investigated by the lateral wave for radial variations of material properties in relatively thick cortical bone. The equivalent contributing depth (ECD) is derived from the finite element simulation results for spatial variations of a viscoelastic coefficient (η(11)) and of porosity. A value of ECD equal to around 1.6 mm is obtained for a spatial variation of η(11). The method fails to predict accurate values of the ECD for a spatial variation of porosity, because all parameters vary simultaneously. 相似文献

A linear array of closely spaced sound transducers is presented that can produce a subwavelength-focused intensity profile at a distance of a quarter wavelength. This work is related to research on super-resolution using metamaterials in both the acoustic and optical domains. It is designed using the principle of shifted beams, a near-field antenna array theory developed for the subwavelength focusing of electromagnetic waves. Once the spatial sound pattern is characterized for each source, the optimal weights for a minimum beam width can be calculated. High Erbium-doped glass showing the wider 1.5-μm emission band is reported in the Bi2O3–B2O3–Ga2O3 system and its thermal stability and optical properties such as absorption, emission spectra, absorption and stimulated emission cross-sections and fluorescence lifetime are investigated. Compared with other glass hosts, the gain bandwidth properties of high Er3+ content in BBG glass are better than those of tellurite, germanate, silicate and phosphate glasses. The broad and flat 4I13/2→4I15/2 emission and the larger stimulated emission cross-section of Er3+ ions around 1.5 μm enable it to be used as a host material for potential broadband optical amplifiers at C and L bands in the microchip configuration. 相似文献
