Cuboid-shaped ZnO hierarchical structures constructed with quasi-single-crystalline ZnO nanosheets were fabricated through a mixed surfactants mediated hydrothermal method. The products were characterized by XRD, SEM, TEM, and ED methods. Room temperature photoluminescence spectrum of the as-obtained ZnO hierarchitectures was recorded showing multiple peaks of visible emissions in blue-green region. The synergetic effect of citrate and surfactants SDBS and OP was believed to play a key role in controlling the construction features of ZnO nanosheets. Na-β/β″-alumina powders were synthesized by a mechanochemical processing. The influences of mechanical activation in the phase composition and microstructure of the final powders were investigated. Fine Na-β/β″-alumina powders were obtained at a lower temperature than that of a conventional solid-state reaction processing. The mechanism of the mechanical activation was studied. Three different shapes of SiC/SiO2 core–shell nanowires were synthesized on Si substrates through a reaction between methane and silica using iron as catalyst. Analysis of scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) results indicated that catalyst morphology was the key factor for the formation of these three different products. The field emission properties of these three nanowires were investigated. Comparing the field emission results of these three nanowires, we can obtain a conclusion that a vertically well-aligned orientation to the substrate played a very significant role in improving the field emission properties when the emitters are up to a considerable number. 相似文献

A clean method for preparing layered double hydroxides (LDHs) has been developed, featured by using the hydroxides of two different metals as starting materials by atom-economic reaction. The reactions were carried out under hydrothermal conditions in either a high pressure autoclave or a microwave digester. The compositions, structural parameters and thermal behavior of the resulting LDHs are very similar to those of materials produced by using the separate nucleation and aging steps (SNAS) method. The major advantage of the new method is that no by-product is produced, so that filtration and washing processes are unnecessary. The phase-change characteristics of Ge2Sb2Te5 (GST) films for phase-change random access memory (PCM) devices were improved by incorporating HfO2 into GST film using cosputtering at room temperature. Phase separation (GST-rich nanocrystals were surrounded by HfO2-rich amorphous phase) has been observed in annealed GST-HfO2 composite films and the segregated domains exhibited a relatively uniform size. The reduced reset voltage of GST-HfO2 based cell was due to the reduced programming volume by incorporating HfO2 into GST. A sensitive, selective, and simple liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method has been developed for the simultaneous separation and determination of isosorbide dinitrate and its active metabolite, isosorbide 5-mononitrate, in human plasma. Topiramate was used as the internal standard. Sample preparation consisted of a simple one-step liquid–liquid extraction with ethylacetate without pH adjustment. The method was fully validated with respect to linearity, sensitivity, specificity, recovery, accuracy, and precision. Isosorbide dinitrate and isosorbide 5-mononitrate were stable in standard solution and in plasma samples under storage and processing conditions. The assay was successfully applied to the pharmacokinetic study of isosorbide dinitrate and isosorbide 5-mononitrate in human plasma. 相似文献

Carbon black (CB) without micropores was functionalized by mixed acid and used to explore the surface chemistry effect on the production of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2). The CB materials were characterized by N2 adsorption‐desorption, XRD, SEM, FTIR, and TPD. The results of different characterization methods indicated that both the textural features and the surface chemical properties of CB were significantly modified by the acidic treatment. The catalytic performance of the modified CBs for hydroxylamine (NH2OH) oxidation increased with increasing the surface oxygen‐containing species. The yield of H2O2 approached 30% with the corresponding concentration of 73.9 mmol·L?1 (w=0.25%) over the most promising CB catalyst, which was much superior to the results obtained on supported noble metals. Correlations between catalytic activity and concentration of different surface functional groups on the CB samples confirmed that the quinonoid species might be the active species. 相似文献
