The condensation of glycoluril and formaldehyde in concentrated HCl at 50 degrees C delivers nor-seco-cucurbit[10]uril (ns-CB [10]). 1H NMR and X-ray crystallographic evidence indicates that the two cavities of ns-CB[10] accommodate guests that are typically bound within CB[6] or CB[7]. Several interesting types of selectivity are possible within these ternary complexes-top/center isomerism, diastereoselective complexation of chiral (but racemic) guest pairs, and guest size controlled homotropic allosterism.  相似文献

The on-plate deposition of oxidized proteins is described to advance footprinting applications by radical probe mass spectrometry (RP-MS). An electrospray ionization (ESI) needle assembly mounted vertically over a 384-target matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization (MALDI) plate enabled the limited oxidation of proteins as they were released in the charged droplets ahead of their deposition on the plate. This method combined with on-plate proteolytic digestion protocols expedites the analysis of proteins oxidized by RP-MS, and avoids the need to collect and reconstitute samples prior to analysis by MALDI mass spectrometry. Oxidation of peptides from solutions in water as well as an ammonium bicarbonate solution was investigated to test the optimal conditions required for on-plate oxidation of proteins. These comprised of peptides with a wide range of reactive amino acids including Phe, Tyr, Pro, His, Leu, Met and Lys that were previously shown to oxidize in both electrospray discharge and synchrotron radiolysis based footprinting experiments. The on-plate deposition of lysozyme oxidized at electrospray needle voltages of 6 and 9 kV were carried out to demonstrate conditions suitable for footprinting experiments as well as those that induce the onset of protein damage. Based on two basic characteristics of continuous-time autonomous chaotic systems, namely being globally bounded while having a positive Lyapunov exponent, this paper develops a universal and practical anti-control approach to design a general continuous-time autonomous chaotic system via Lyapunov exponent placement. This self-unified approach is verified by mathematical analysis and validated by several typical systems designs with simulations. Compared to the common trial-and-error methods, this approach is semi-analytical with feasible guidelines for design and implementation. Finally, using the Shilnikov criteria, it is proved that the new approach yields a heteroclinic orbit in a three-dimensional autonomous system, therefore the resulting system is indeed chaotic in the sense of Shilnikov.  相似文献

LS‐177 is a novel small‐molecule kinase inhibitor employed to interrupt the c‐Met signaling pathway. A rapid and sensitive ultraperformance liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC‐MS/MS) method was developed and validated for determination of LS‐177 in rat plasma and tissues. The biosamples were extracted by liquid–liquid extraction with methyl tert‐butyl ether and separated on a C18 column (50 × 4.6 mm, 2.6 µm) using a gradient elution mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile–0.1% formic acid water. Under the optimal conditions, the selectivity of the method was satisfactory with no endogenous interference. The intraday and interday precisions (relative standard deviation) were <10.5% and the accuracy (relative error) was from ?12.5 to 12.5% at all quality control levels. Excellent recovery and negligible matrix effects were observed. Stability studies showed that LS‐177 was stable during the preparation and analytical processes. The UPLC‐MS/MS method was successfully applied to pharmacokinetic and tissue distribution studies. The results indicated that there was no significant drug accumulation after multiple‐dose oral administration of LS‐177. The tissue distribution study exhibited significant higher uptakes of LS‐177 in stomach, intestine, lung and liver among all of the tissues. The results in pharmacokinetics and tissue distribution may provide a meaningful basis for clinical application. Copyright © 2014 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

One interesting question in love relationships is: finally, what and when is the end of this love relationship? Using a prey–predator Verhulst–Lotka–Volterra (VLV) model we imply cooperation and competition tendency between people in order to describe a “love dilemma game”. We select the most simple but immediately most complex case for studying the set of nonlinear differential equations, i.e. that implying three persons, being at the same time prey and predator. We describe four different scenarios in such a love game containing either a one-way love or a love triangle. Our results show that it is hard to love more than one person simultaneously. Moreover, to love several people simultaneously is an unstable state. We find some condition in which persons tend to have a friendly relationship and love someone in spite of their antagonistic interaction. We demonstrate the dynamics by displaying flow diagrams.  相似文献

We report the structural properties, intermolecular interactions (Hirshfeld surface analysis and reduced density gradient [RDG] analysis), radial distribution function analysis, vibrational frequencies, and detonation performance for the pure ε-CL-20, TNT, and ε-CL-20/TNT cocrystal to understand how noncovalent interactions affect the impact sensitivity of the cocrystals. The results indicate that the simulated lattice parameters and densities of all the three crystals were consistent with the experiments. Major driving forces for the formation of the ε-CL-20/TNT cocrystal are O H and N O interactions, but the O O interactions may serve as a crucial stabilizing force. The calculated Raman spectra of the CL-20/TNT cocrystal and the experimental result have the same trend. The Roman peaks of the cocrystal in the range 1,200–1,750 cm−1 may result from the coupling of the ε-CL-20 and TNT molecules. Similar crystal packing for TNT and CL-20 leads to the high density for the cocrystal. The cocrystal displays low impact sensitivity because of the p–π interactions. Our work may offer useful information for cocrystallization technology and its practical applications in the field of energetic materials.  相似文献

A 320.6-GHz multi-band optical OFDM signal generation scheme consisting of continuous 4,104 subcarriers is demonstrated for 1-Tb/s coherent optical OFDM (CO-OFDM) transmission. The 36 uncorrelated orthogonal bands are generated using a recirculating frequency shifter (RFS) with single laser by adjusting the loop delay of RFS to be an integer multiple of OFDM symbol period. The principle and performance of this generation scheme is studied theoretically and experimentally. The 1-Tb/s CO-OFDM signal is successfully received after 600-km SSMF fiber transmission without any dispersion compensation.  相似文献
