Robust filtering of uncertain stochastic genetic regulatory networks with time-varying delays

This study is concerned with the problem of robust filtering for stochastic genetic regulatory networks with time-varying delays and parameter uncertainties. By choosing an appropriate novel Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional and establishing a new integral inequality in the stochastic setting, less conservative conditions are obtained to ensure the error systems are mean-square robustly asymptotically stable. Then the filters are designed in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) which can be checked efficiently via the LMI toolbox. What is more, the criteria can be applicable to both fast and slow time-varying delays due to our careful consideration of the ranges for the time-varying delays. Finally, two examples are presented to illustrate the effectiveness and advantages of the theoretical results.

免疫球蛋白阳性细胞在大菱鲆免疫相关组织中的分布

采用单克隆抗体免疫组化标记、间接荧光标记法(IFAT)和流式细胞术(FACS),对大菱鲆免疫相关组织中免疫球蛋白(Ig)阳性细胞进行了检测.免疫组化标记后发现,鳃组织中Ig阳性细胞存在于鳃小片上皮细胞与支持细胞之间的间隙中,后肠Ig阳性细胞存在于固有层和粘膜下层中,外周血血涂片中可见Ig阳性细胞,头肾Ig阳性细胞则无规律地散布于肾组织中.间接荧光标记和流式细胞仪分析免疫相关组织中分离的白细胞,发现大菱鲆不同免疫相关组织中Ig阳性细胞的数量不同,Ig阳性细胞数量分别为:鳃(1.60±0.71)%,后肠(3.91±1.06)%,外周血(28.95±0.39)%,头肾(21.54±0.90)%.结果表明,大菱鲆的免疫相关组织(含粘膜组织)具备一定的完成特异性免疫的细胞基础,且不同组织之间的免疫细胞数量存在显著差异.

BaFeO3和BaCeO3钙钛矿型氧化物的储氮性能

 采用改进的溶胶－凝胶法制备了Ba－Fe－O（Ba／Fe原子比为0．5），Ba－Ce－O（Ba／Ce原子比为1）和Ba－Sn－O（Ba／Sn原子比为1）氧化物，并考察了其储氮性能．结果表明，750℃焙烧的Ba－Fe－O样品，在400℃下的NOx储存容量（NSC）最大，其次为900℃焙烧的Ba－Ce－O样品；相同温度焙烧的样品，在400℃下的NSC均大于200℃下的NSC．XRD测试结果表明，750℃焙烧的Ba－Fe－O样品的缺陷钙钛矿BaFeO3－δ可能是储存NOx的主要活性相，而Ba－Ce－O和Ba－Sn－O样品储存NOx的活性相分别为钙钛矿型BaCeO3和BaSnO3．BET测定结果表明，样品的比表面积均较小．用FT－IR分析了Ba－Fe－O样品上储存的NOx物种．讨论了NSC大小与吸收温度、NOx吸收物种及样品物相之间的关系．

Kinetic Study of Gas-Phase Reactions of OH and NO(3) Radicals and O(3) with iso-Butyl and tert-Butyl Vinyl Ethers

Using a relative rate technique, kinetic studies on the gas-phase reactions of OH radicals, ozone, and NO(3) radicals with iso-butyl vinyl ether (iBVE) and tert-butyl vinyl ether (tBVE) have been performed in a 405 L Duran glass chamber at (298 ± 3) K and atmospheric pressure (750 ± 10 Torr) in synthetic air using in situ FTIR spectroscopy to monitor the reactants. The following rate coefficients (in units of cm(3) molecule(-1) s(-1)) have been obtained: (1.08 ± 0.23) × 10(-10) and (1.25 ± 0.32) × 10(-10) for the reactions of OH with iBVE and tBVE, respectively; (2.85 ± 0.62) × 10(-16) and (5.30 ± 1.07) × 10(-16) for the ozonolysis of iBVE and tBVE, respectively; and (1.99 ± 0.56) × 10(-12) and (4.81 ± 1.01) × 10(-12) for the reactions of NO(3) with iBVE and tBVE, respectively. The rate coefficients for the NO(3) reactions are first-time determinations. The measured rate coefficients are compared with estimates using current structure activity relationship (SAR) methods and the effects of the alkoxy group on the gas-phase reactivity of the alkyl vinyl ethers toward the oxidants are compared and discussed. In addition, estimates of the tropospheric lifetimes of iBVE and tBVE with respect to their reactions with OH, ozone, and NO(3) for typical OH radical, ozone, and NO(3) radical concentrations are made, and their relevance for the environmental fate of compounds is considered.     

Robust exponential stability of impulsive switched systems with switching delays: A Razumikhin approach

In this paper, we focus on the robust exponential stability of a class of uncertain nonlinear impulsive switched systems with switching delays. We introduce a novel type of piecewise Lyapunov-Razumikhin functions. Such functions can efficiently eliminate the impulsive and switching jump of adjacent Lyapunov functions at impulsive switching instants. By Razumikhin technique, the delay-independent criteria of exponential stability are established on the minimum dwell time. Finally, an illustrative numerical example is presented to show the effectiveness of the obtained theoretical results.     

Delay-dependent stability criteria for genetic regulatory networks with time-varying delays and nonlinear disturbance

This paper presents the robust stability of genetic regulatory networks with time-varying delays and nonlinear disturbance. By choosing an appropriate new Lyapunov functional, a new delay-dependent stability criteria is obtained and formulated in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). The resulting criterion has advantages over some previous ones in that it involves fewer matrix variables but has less conservatism. Finally, numerical examples are presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the theoretical results.
