采用m线法研究了掺杂LiNbO3晶体波导基片的光损伤,发现抗光损伤能力依次为Mg:LiNbO3、LiNbO3、Fe:LiNbO3(氧化),Fe:LiNbO3(还原).对于同样材料,质子交换光波导的抗光损伤能力高于钛扩散光波导。  相似文献

在中国原子能科学研究院重水堆水平孔道旁,建立了高效率的Be过滤探测器中子非弹性散射谱仪,首次研制了具有宽的接受角(~30°)和聚焦安排的新型Be过滤器,使探测效率提高3倍以上,同时也克服了一般Be过滤谱仪在低能段相干散射的影响.本谱仪还通过具有特殊取向的Ge单色器的不同晶面的自动转向,拓宽了测量的能量范围(10—400meV),并有较好的能量分辨率(4%—9%).在此谱仪上对ZrH1.6和PdH0.58的光学振动模以及高Tc超导材料YBa2 Cu3 O6+x的全频谱进行了测试,观察出奇异的结构峰、高频模和反常的散射强度,表明本谱仪不仅效率高而且还具有优良的物理性能,可以在中等通量水平的反应堆上开展广泛的热中子非弹性散射研究.  相似文献

TiCI4 and MnSO4.H2O as raw materials are hydrolyzed stiochiometrically, following the intermediate of oxide hydrating reacts at 150℃, 0.5 MPa in high-pressure reactor, after filtering, washing and drying, nanometric TiO2-MnO2 (Ti1-xMnxO2) is prepared. The effects of the reaction temperature and time on nanometric TiO2-MnO2 are also discussed. XRD shows that the product is TiO2-MnO2 with amorphous phase. After being sintered at above 780℃, it transfers into Ti1-xMnxO2 with a rutile structure. TEM shows that TiO2-MnO2 is the spherical particle. And the average diameter of the particles is 20 nm. The optical absorbance was determined by UV-265 spec-trophotometer after dispersing the sample in the mixture of water and glycerol with the ratio of 1 : 1 equably. It is found that the nano-material possesses the advantages of both nano-TiO2 and nano-MnO2, and it has strong absorption in the UV and visible region. 建立了超声波-微波辅助提取-高效液相色谱同时检测羊肉组织中氟尼辛葡甲胺、美洛昔康、双氯芬酸钠和酮洛芬4种非甾体抗炎药残留量的分析方法。样品前处理以酸化后的乙醇为提取剂,采用超声波-微波辅助提取,硅藻土柱净化。采用的色谱条件: 色谱柱为Hypersil C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm),柱温为30 ℃,流动相为乙腈-0.2%三乙胺水溶液(40:60, v/v,用磷酸调节pH 3.5),流速为0.8 mL/min,检测波长为255 nm。4种非甾体抗炎药能够在20 min内得到很好的分离,各药物线性回归方程的线性相关系数为0.9993~0.9998,检出限(信噪比(S/N)=3)为5~10 μg/kg,定量限(S/N=10)为15~30 μg/kg,添加回收率为65.3%~99.6%(n=5),相对标准偏差小于15%。该方法操作简单、快速、灵敏度高,满足定性定量分析的要求。  相似文献

An efficient array synthesis technique is developed for the design of optimal monopulse antennas in time modulated planar arrays with triangular lattices and hexagonal boundaries. Major emphasis is laid on the realization of low sidelobe array patterns from uniform amplitude excitations, and the inherent sideband radiations in time modulated arrays are suppressed to a sufficient low level. The synthesis technique implements the differential evolution strategy (DES) as the optimization tool, and a fast computation method based on 2D Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) is employed to speed up the optimization. Numerical results show that with the aid of the time modulation technique, the sum, difference, and double-difference patterns are obtainable from an array with fixed uniform amplitude excitations, thus demonstrating the effectiveness and validity of the proposed technique. In this paper, we perform an intensive study of the synchronization properties of interconnected network and the concepts of vital node, and the simplest and equivalent network is firstly introduced. We strictly derive the eigenvalues of Laplacian matrix and the synchronizability of interconnected network and its simplest and equivalent network through utilizing the master stability function approach. Firstly, we find the synchronizability of interconnected network is identical to its simplest and equivalent network. Secondly, we identify the general factors that determine the synchronizability of interconnected network and further analyze the impact of different factors on the synchronizability. Finally, theoretical analysis and numerical simulations are carried out to indicate the validity and effectiveness of current analysis. The current results are beneficial to understand the dynamical behaviors of complex networked systems.  相似文献

A novel sulfonated benzal poly(vinyl alcohol) (S-B-PVA) hydrogel was prepared by sulfonating benzal poly(vinyl alcohol) hydrogel with concentrated sulfuric acid, and its swelling properties, mechanical properties, and electroresponsive behavior in Na2SO4 solutions were studied. The results indicated that the water take-up ability of the hydrogel decreased with the increasing ionic strength of Na2SO4 solution. The Young's modulus, elongation at break and tensile strength of the hydrogel swollen in deionized water is 8.38 MPa, 22.2% and 3.14 MPa, respectively. The hydrogel swollen in Na2SO4 solution bent toward the cathode under non-contact dc electric fields, and its bending speed and equilibrium strain increased with the increasing of applied voltage. The electroresponsive behavior of the hydrogel was also affected by the electrolyte concentration of external Na2SO4 solution, and there is a critical ionic strength of 0.1 at which the maximum equilibrium strain of the hydrogel occurs. Under a cyclically varying electric field, the hydrogel exhibited a good reversible bending behavior.  相似文献

采用低温-低压水热法,在150℃,0.5MPa以下合成了一系列Ba1-xSrxTi1-ySnyO3固溶体纳米粉末(0≤x≤0.5≤y≤0.4),经XRD物相分析和d-间距-组成图证明,产品为立方晶系的完全互溶取代固溶体,结果符合Vegard定律,TEM形貌观察,粒子为均匀球形,平均粒径80nm。通过制陶实验,分别测定了该系列固溶体的室温介电常数、介电损失以及介电常数随温度的变化。结果发现,用该方法在BaTiO3中掺入适量锶和锡,由于掺杂离子均匀进入母体晶格,引起Tc降低,介电性能改善显著,当x=0.1,y=0.08时,室温介电常数达17000,比BaTiO3纯相提高10倍,而介电损失却降低88%。  相似文献
