When a surface is illuminated by laser, the field of diffusing reflective light can be described by Fresnel-Kirchhoff integration
in the region of Fresnel. If the correlation, before and after the change of intensity field, is analysed by statistical method,
three governing equations for variations of intensity field and speckle movement formulas can be obtained. In these equations,
the surface motion, deformation and wavelength change are all considered to cause the speckle movement.

In this paper, we investigate the existence of homoclinic solutions for a class of fourth‐order nonautonomous differential equations where w is a constant, and . By using variational methods and the mountain pass theorem, some new results on the existence of homoclinic solutions are obtained under some suitable assumptions. The interesting is that a(x) and f(x,u) are nonperiodic in x,a does not fulfil the coercive condition, and f does not satisfy the well‐known (AR)‐condition. Furthermore, the main result partly answers the open problem proposed by Zhang and Yuan in the paper titled with Homoclinic solutions for a nonperiodic fourth‐order differential equations without coercive conditions (see Appl. A series of gradient copolymers of methacrylic acid (MAA)/methyl methacrylate (MMA) with four end-to-end composition profiles (uniform, linear gradient, triblock with linear gradient midblock, and diblock) but all having an average chain composition of ?F(MMA) ≈ 0.5 and an average chain length of 200 were synthesized via model-based, computer-programmed, semibatch atom-transfer radical copolymerization (ATRcoP). These samples allowed us to investigate systematically the effects of the gradient composition profile on the pH responsivity and micelle formation of the copolymers in an aqueous solution. Measurements included light transmittance, TEM, AFM, DLS, (1)H NMR, and pH titration. It was found that linear gradient, triblock, and diblock copolymers formed spherical micelles at high pH. The micelles of the linear gradient copolymer contained MMA units in their hydrophilic shells, and those of the triblock and diblock copolymers had all of their MMA units residing in their cores. The composition profile showed a strong effect on the degree of acid dissociation at a given pH. The conformational transition of the copolymer chains was determined by both the pH value and composition profile. Copolymers having sharper gradients required a lower pH to trigger the conformational transition and a narrower pH range to complete the transition. 相似文献

Recombinant Drosophila melanogaster acetylcholinesterase (R-DmAChE), multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs), and Prussian blue have been combined for development of a three-electrode biosensor with more rapid responses and higher stability than in our previous study. A new disposable screen-printed electrode (SPE) was developed for rapid detection of organophosphate and carbamate pesticides. After optimization, 10 microg MWCNT and 5 microL enzyme immobilization solution consisting of 0.2% glutaraldehyde, 0.1% Nafion, 0.2% bovine serum albumin, 0.1 g/L MWCNT, and 1.5 mU R-DmAChE were fixed on each of the R-DmAChE/MWCNT SPEs. The LOD of this biosensor was 0.5 microg/L for pesticide standards of dichlorvos (DDV) and carbofuran. The performance of this biosensor was tested for vegetable and water samples at various spiked levels, and good stability and sensitivity were found. The obtained recoveries were from 82.6 to 110.5% for DDV at levels of 0.5-5 microg/L and 73.4 to 118.4% for carbofuran at 1-10 microg/L in lake and sea water samples, demonstrating that the proposed approach is an alternative means for rapid detection of pesticide residues and contaminants in food safety and environmental monitoring. 相似文献
