Polymer-free photovoltaic devices were fabricated via a solution process using PbSe colloidal quantum dots (QDs) and an organic semiconductor (tetrabenzoporphyrin, BP) that can be prepared in situ from a soluble precursor. The device structure was ITO/PEDOT/BP:QD/QD/Al, where the BP:QD and QD layers correspond to a bulk heterojunction and a buffer layer, respectively. The buffer layer was treated with ethylenediamine (EDA) to crosslink the QDs. As a result, the energy conversion efficiency of the EDA-treated device was superior to that of an untreated device, mainly due to an increase in the short-circuit current density.  相似文献

In this paper, we consider a mixed boundary value problem to a class of nonlinear operators containing $p(\cdot )$-Laplacian. More precisely, we are concerned with the problem with the Dirichlet condition on a part of the boundary and the Steklov boundary condition on an another part of the boundary. We show the existence of at least three weak solutions under some hypotheses on given functions and the values of parameters.  相似文献

We present a new theorem concerning a sufficient condition for a symmetric operator acting in a complex Hilbert space to be essentially self-adjoint. By applying the theorem, we prove that the Dirac–Maxwell Hamiltonian, which describes a quantum system of a Dirac particle and a radiation field minimally interacting with each other, is essentially self-adjoint. Our theorem covers the case where the Dirac particle is in the Coulomb-type potential.  相似文献

Sodium (3-dodecanoyloxy-2-hydroxy-propyl) succinate (SLGMS) is a conjugated anionic surfactant in which a glycerol residue connects with a hydrophilic sodium succinate and dodecanoate. Aqueous micellar phase (Wm), hexagonal (H1), bicontinuous cubic (V1), and lamellar (Lα) phases are successively formed with increasing the surfactant concentration in a binary SLGMS-water system. The Krafft point is below 0 °C. The effective cross sectional area per surfactant molecule, a s, in the H1 phase is almost constant, 0.5 nm2, and the shape of cylindrical micelle is almost unchanged with surfactant concentration. The cmc value of SLGMS measured by means of surface tension, electrical conductivity, and fluorescence probe methods is in the range of 4∼9 × 10−5 mol/l that is much lower than that of sodium dodecanoate, 2 × 10−2 mol/l, or SDS, 8 × 10−3 mol/l. Hence, it is considered that the polar glycerol part in the SLGMS acts as a hydrophobic part. The solubilization of oil in the SLGMS solution is much higher than that in the SDS solution and this also suggests that the glycerol and succinic units act as lipophilic moieties. Micro-flow photochemical reactions have great advantage over batch photochemical reactions due to its high light-penetration efficiency. Integrated micro-flow reaction enables efficient synthesis of structurally complex compounds from simple starting materials and it can avoid handling of explosive, toxic, unstable, or odorous intermediates. Combination of micro-flow photochemical reactions with integrated micro-flow synthesis enhances their benefits. Here we summarize recently reported integrated multi-step micro-flow synthesis containing various photochemical reactions.  相似文献

The electronic structure of azulene molecule has been studied. We have obtained the optimized structures of ground and singlet excited states by using the complete active space self-consistent-field (CASSCF) method, and calculated vertical and 0-0 transition energies between the ground and excited states with second-order M?ller-Plesset perturbation theory (CASPT2). The CASPT2 calculations indicate that the bond-equalized C(2v) structure is more stable than the bond-alternating C(s) structure in the ground state. For a physical understanding of electronic structure change from C(2v) to C(s), we have performed the CASSCF calculations of Duschinsky matrix describing mixing of the b(2) vibrational mode between the ground (1A(1)) and the first excited (1B(2)) states based on the Kekule-crossing model. The CASPT2 0-0 transition energies are in fairly good agreement with experimental results within 0.1-0.3 eV. The CASSCF oscillator strengths between the ground and excited states are calculated and compared with experimental data. Furthermore, we have calculated the CASPT2 dipole moments of ground and excited states, which show good agreement with experimental values.  相似文献

Understanding of electronic and optical features of single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWNTs) has been a central issue in science and nanotechnology of carbon nanotubes. We describe the detection of both the positive trion (positively charged exciton) and negative trion (negatively charged exciton) as a three-particle bound state in the SWNTs at room temperature by an in situ photoluminescence spectroelectrochemistry method for an isolated SWNT film cast on an ITO electrode. The electrochemical hole and electron dopings enable us to detect such trions on the SWNTs. The large energy difference between the singlet bright exciton and the negative and positive trions showing a tube diameter dependence is determined by both the exchange splitting energy and the trion binding energy. In contrast to conventional compound semiconductors, on the SWNTs, the negative trion has almost the same binding energy to the positive trion, which is attributed to nearly identical effective masses of the holes and electrons.  相似文献

Frequency response of the glucose sensor based on the immobilized glucose oxidase membrane was investigated experimentally by giving the sinusoidal change of glucose concentration to the glucose sensor and observing its output signal. Observed values of gains and phase lags of the frequency response of the glucose sensor followed the frequency response model of the first-order with dead time; The time constant and also the dead time were estimated and found to decrease as the amount of enzyme immobilized in the membrane increased and the thickness of the membrane decreased.

The structure and rheological properties of a poly(dimethylsiloxane)-graft-poly(oxyethylene) copolymer at high concentrations in block-selective solvents were studied by small-angle X-ray scattering (SAXS) and rheometry. Analysis of SAXS data indicates that quasispherical, reverse micellar aggregates (with no ordered packing) are present in concentrated solutions of the copolymer in nonpolar solvents, and that upon addition of water, the size of such aggregates increases due to the solubilization inside the micellar cores. The viscosity of concentrated polymer solutions increases exponentially as water is added, and finally, viscoelastic, gel-like behavior is found in the vicinity of the phase separation limit. It was found that small silver nanoparticles with an average diameter of ≈3 nm can be synthesized inside the copolymer aggregates without the need of a reducing agent; namely, particles embedded in a viscoelastic matrix are obtained. The synthesis seems to follow first-order kinetics. Chemoselective hydrogenation of halogenated nitrobenzenes over Pt/C catalysts proceeds effectively in supercritical carbon dioxide (scCO2) to produce halogenated anilines with excellent selectivity; the rate of the hydrogenation of nitro groups is markedly enhanced in scCO2 compared to the neat reaction, and the dehalogenation reaction is significantly suppressed.  相似文献
