Secobakkane B (C-6/C-7 cleaved secobakkane type aldehyde), secovirgaurenols B and C (C-8/C-9 cleaved secoeremophilane type), a 1β,10β-epoxyfuranoeremophilane, two 1β,10β-epoxyeremophilanolides, and fukinospirolide C (bakkane-type lactone), as well as 33 known compounds were isolated from three samples of Ligularia virgaurea collected in China. Stapled helical l-leucine-based heptapeptides were synthesized and used as catalysts for the enantioselective epoxidation of α,β-unsaturated ketones. All N-terminal free stapled peptides were successfully used as chiral catalysts. Among them, the use of H-hS3,7hS-10 gave epoxide products with high enantioselectivities of up to 99% ee. Furthermore, the dominant conformations of the N-terminal protected stapled peptides R3,7R-10 and hS3,7hS-10 were investigated by 1H NMR, IR, CD spectra, and X-ray crystallographic analysis. The peptide R3,7R-10 formed a right-handed (P) α-helix in solution and in the crystalline state, while hS3,7hS-10 formed a right-handed (P) 310-helix in solution. 相似文献

Purpose
To investigate whether image quality can be improved using liquid perfluorocarbon pads (Sat Pad) and clarify the optimal fat-suppression method among chemical shift selective (CHESS), water excitation (WEX), and short TI inversion recovery (STIR) methods in diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI) of the head and neck using 3-T magnetic resonance imaging. Correlations between results of visual inspection and quantitative analysis were also examined.Material and Methods
This study was approved by our Institutional Review Board and informed consent was waived. DWI was performed on 25 subjects with/without Sat Pad and using three fat-suppression methods (6 patterns). Image quality was evaluated visually (4-point scales and lesion-depiction capability) and by quantitative analysis (signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and contrast-to-noise ratio (CNR)). Two-way repeated-measures analysis of variance (ANOVA) was used to detect significant differences in scores of visual evaluation, SNR, and CNR.Results
Mean visual evaluation scores were significantly higher with Sat Pad using STIR than without Sat Pad for all fat-suppression methods (P < 0.05). DWI with Sat Pad using STIR tended to be useful for depicting lesions. DWI using STIR showed reduced W-SNR (W: whole area of depicted structure) and CNR (between semispinalis capitis muscle and subcutaneous fat) due to fewer artifacts and uniform fat suppression.Conclusion
Combining Sat Pad with STIR provides good image quality for visual inspections. When numerous artifacts are present and fat suppression is insufficient, higher SNR and CNR do not always provide good diagnostic image quality. 相似文献125.

The Pd/C-catalyzed efficient and regioselective hydrogen-deuterium (H-D) exchange reaction on the benzylic site proceeded in D2O in the presence of a small amount of H2 gas. The use of the Pd/C-ethylenediamine complex [Pd/C(en)] as a catalyst instead of Pd/C led to the efficient deuterium incorporation into the benzylic site of O-benzyl protective groups without hydrogenolysis. These H-D exchange reactions provide a post synthetic and D(2)-gas-free deuterium-labeling method on a wide variety of benzylic sites using D2O as the deuterium source and heterogeneous Pd/C or Pd/C(en) as a reusable heterogeneous palladium catalyst under mild and neutral conditions. 相似文献

A series of di-, tri-, and tetra-nuclear iron-oxido clusters with bis(trimethylsilyl)amide and thiolate ligands were synthesized from the reactions of Fe{N(SiMe(3))(2)}(2) (1) with 1 equiv of thiol HSR (R = C(6)H(5) (Ph), 4-(t)BuC(6)H(4), 2,6-Ph(2)C(6)H(3) (Dpp), 2,4,6-(i)Pr(3)C(6)H(2) (Tip)) and subsequent treatment with O(2). The trinuclear clusters [{(Me(3)Si)(2)N}Fe](3)(μ(3)-O){μ-S(4-RC(6)H(4))}(3) (R = H (3a), (t)Bu (3b)) were obtained from the reactions of 1 with HSPh or HS(4-(t)BuC(6)H(4)) and O(2), while we isolated a tetranuclear cluster [{(Me(3)Si)(2)N}(2)Fe(2)(μ-SDpp)](2)(μ(3)-O)(2) (4) as crystals from an analogous reaction with HSDpp. Treatment of a tertrahydrofuran (THF) solution of 1 with HSTip and O(2) resulted in the formation of a dinuclear complex [{(Me(3)Si)(2)N}(TipS)(THF)Fe](2)(μ-O) (5). Objective: To examine the Cardiac Rehabilitation Gifu Network (CR-GNet) feasibility in managing diseases and assisting patients in attaining physical fitness, and its impact on long-term outcomes after acute coronary syndrome (ACS). Methods: In this prospective observational study, we enrolled 47 patients with ACS registered in the CR-GNet between February 2016 and September 2019. 37, 29, and 21 patients underwent follow-up assessments for exercise capacity (peak oxygen uptake) at 3 months, 6 months, and 1 year after discharge, respectively. Major adverse cardiac events (MACE) were compared with controls not registered in the CR-GNet. Results: The coronary risk factors, except blood pressure, improved at 3 and 6 months, and 1 year after discharge. These risk factors in each patient significantly reduced from 2.9 at admission to 1.6, 1.4, and 1.9 at 3 months, 6 months, and 1 year after discharge (p<0.05), respectively. Peak oxygen uptake was significantly higher at 3 months (17.5±4.9 ml/kg/min), 6 months (17.9±5.1 ml/kg/min), and 1 year (17.5±5.5 ml/kg/min) after discharge than that at discharge (14.7±3.6 ml/kg/min) (p<0.05). During follow-up, there was no significant difference; MACE did not occur in any patients in the CR-GNet but occurred in controls. Conclusion: CR-GNet is a feasible option for the long-term management of ACS patients. 相似文献
