Novel pyrazolopyrimidines and their fused derivatives derived from aminopyrazole moiety as pyrazoloquinazoline, chromenopyrazolopyrimidine, pyrazolopyrimidopyrimidine, pyrazolopyrimidotriazepine and benzoimidazopyrazolopyrimidine were designed, synthesized and evaluated for their anticancer activities. Twenty of the synthesized compounds were tested by the National Cancer Institute (NCI, Bethesda, USA) at a single high dose (10-5 M). It was found that 5-amino-1H-pyrazole-4-carbonitrile derivative, pyrazolo[5,1-b]quinazoline-11-carbonitrile derivative and 1-amino-2,4-dihydro-5H-benzo[4,5]imidazo[1,2-c]pyrazolo[4,3-e]pyrimidin-5-one were own widely selective powerful anticancer activity towards certain cancer cell lines and this also proved through docking studies with cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) enzyme.  相似文献

A series of CdxZn1−xS thin films have been deposited on glass substrates using spray pyrolysis technique. The crystallinity and microstructure of CdxZn1−xS thin films have been investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD). Based on the results of Hall measurements, the films obtained were an n-type semiconductor. The X-ray data analysis of CdxZn1−xS thin films showed that the grain size of the CdxZn1−xS increased with increase in Cd composition. It is observed that the band gap increases as the Cd composition decreases. The results also showed a blue shift of absorption edge of optical transmission spectra is increases as Zn ratio increases. The effects of Cd composition on the structural and optical properties of CdxZn1−xS thin films were related to their grain size, stress and carrier concentration.  相似文献

A polymer must reach a certain size to exhibit significant excluded-volume interactions and adopt a swollen random-walk configuration. We show that single-molecule measurements can sense the onset of swelling by modulating the effective chain size with force: as the force is reduced from a large value, the polymer is first highly aligned, then a Gaussian coil, then finally a swollen chain, with each regime exhibiting a distinct elasticity. We use this approach to quantify the structural parameters of poly(ethylene glycol) and show that they vary in the expected manner with changes in solvent.  相似文献

We describe an approach to determining both the angular and the radial modal content of a scalar optical beam in terms of optical angular momentum modes. A modified Mach-Zehnder interferometer that incorporates a spatial rotator to determine the angular modes and an optical realization of the fractional Hankel transform (fHT) to determine the radial modes is analyzed. Varying the rotation angle and the order of the fHT produces a two-dimensional (2D) interferogram from which we extract the modal coefficients by simple 2D Fourier analysis.  相似文献

A mononuclear Sm(III) complex involving Pic and EO4 (where Pic=picrate anion and EO4=tetraethylene glycol) has been studied. It shows a bright-orange emission when used as active material in a monolayer electroluminescent device of ITO/EO4-Sm-Pic/Al. The crystal structure of the complex consists of [Sm(Pic)2(H2O)(EO4)]+ cation and [Pic] anion. The Sm(III) ion is coordinated with nine oxygen atoms from one EO4 ligand in a pentadentate mode, two Pic anions each in bidentate and monodentate modes, and one water molecule. Both the terminal alcohol groups of the acyclic EO4 ligand were involved in the O-H…O hydrogen bonding by infinite one-dimensional (1D) chain within a symmetry direction [0 1 0]. The photoluminescence (PL) spectrum of the thin film shows the typical spectral features of the Sm(III) ion (4G5/26H7/2 transitions). The root-mean-square (rms) of the roughness of thin film is 30.605 nm and indicates that the formation of the monolayer electroluminescent device is not uniform and retains a high crystallinity. Typical semiconductor current-voltage (I-V) property was also observed in this device with threshold and turn voltages of 2.8 and 6.2 V, respectively. The [Sm(Pic)2(H2O)(EO4)](Pic)·H2O complex can be applied as a luminescent center in OLED for bright-orange emission.  相似文献

Completions of partial elliptic matrices are studied. Given an undirected graph G, it is shown that every partial elliptic matrix with graph G can be completed to an elliptic matrix if and only if the maximal cliques of G are pairwise disjoint. Further, given a partial elliptic matrix A with undirected graph G, it is proved that if G is chordal and each specified principal submatrix defined by a pair of intersecting maximal cliques is nonsingular, then A can be completed to an elliptic matrix. Conversely, if G is nonchordal or if the regularity condition is relaxed, it is shown that there exist partial elliptic matrices which are not completable to an elliptic matrix. In the process we obtain several results concerning chordal graphs that may be of independent interest.  相似文献

Bacterial biofilms constitute an extremely resistant form of bacterial colonization with dire health and economical implications. Towards achieving polymeric composites capable of resisting bacterial adhesion and biofilm formation, we prepared five 2,6-pyridinedicarboxylate-based polyesters employing five different diol monomers. The resulting polyesters were complexed with copper (II) or silver (I). The new polymers were characterized by proton and carbon nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, inherent viscosity, infrared spectroscopy, differential scanning calorimetry and thermogravimetric analysis. The corresponding metal complexes were characterized by differential scanning calorimetry and infrared spectroscopy. The amounts of complexed copper and silver were determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry. Finally, the resulting composites were tested for their antibacterial potential and were found to effectively resist bacterial attachment and growth.  相似文献

Two Au(III) complexes of the type [Au(en)2]Cl3 (2a) and [Au(N-pr-en)2]Cl3 (3a) were synthesized by reacting Auric acid (HAuCl(4)·3H2O) with 2 equiv. ethylenediamine (en) or N-alkyl substituted ethylenediamine ligands. This metallodrug was characterized by various analytical and spectroscopic techniques such as elemental analysis, UV-Vis, Far-IR, 1H NMR and solution 13C as well as solid 13C and 15N NMR. Potentiality of [Au(en)2]Cl3 and [Au(N-pr-en)2]Cl3 as an anti-cancer agent were investigated by measuring some relevant physicochemical and biochemical properties such as stability of Au-N bonds by vibrational stretching from Far IR as well as cytotoxicity and stomach cancer cell inhibiting effect, respectively. The solid-state 15N NMR chemical shift shows that the ligand is strongly bound to gold(III) centre via N atoms. The computational study of 2a shows that the gold coordination sphere adopts distorted square planar geometry with bidentate ethylenediamine ligands acting as a tetradentate chelate. While stable in the solution state, the in vitro biological studies performed with these compounds 2a in solution showed higher activity towards the inhibitory effects of the human cancer cell lines such as prostate cancer (PC-3) and gastric carcinoma (SGC-7901) than that of the N-substituted gold(III) complex (3a). Cytotoxicity of the new compounds has also been estimated in PC-3 and SGC-7901 cells.  相似文献

This article investigates a novel fast terminal sliding mode control approach combined with global sliding surface structure for the robust tracking control of nonlinear second‐order systems with time‐varying uncertainties. The suggested control technique is formulated based on the Lyapunov stability theory and guarantees the existence of the sliding mode around the sliding surface in a finite time. Using the new form of switching surface, the reaching phase elimination and the robustness improvement of the whole system are satisfied.
