A New 4.0-Generation Dendrimer Phosphorescence Labeling Reagent and Its Application to Determination of Trace Alkaline Phosphatase by Affinity Adsorption Solid Substrate-room Temperature Phosphorimetry

A Triton X-100-4.0G-D （4.0G-D refers to a 4.0-generation dendrimer） was brought forward as a new phosphorescence labeling reagent. Two types of specific affinity adsorption （AA） reactions （direct method and sandwich method） were carried out between the labeling product of Triton X-100-4：0G-D-Wheat germ agglutinin （WGA） and alkaline phosphatase （ALP）, the product of AA reaction preserved the good characteristics of room temperature phosphorescence （RTP） of 4.0G-D and △Ip of the product was proportional to the content of ALP. According to the fact stated above, a new method for the determination of trace ALP by affinity adsorption solid substrate-room temperature phosphorimetry （AA-SS-RTP） was established on the basis of WGA labeled with the Triton X-100-4.0G-D. The detection limits were 0.20 ag·spot^-1 （corresponding concentration： 5.0×10^-16 g·mL^-1, namely 5.0×10^-18 mol·L^-1） for a direct method and 0.14 ag·spot^-1 （corresponding concentration： 3.5×10^-16 g·mL^-1, namely 3.5×10^-18 mol·L^-1） for a sandwich method, respectively. For their high sensitivity, good repeatability and high accuracy, the direct method and sandwich method have been successfully appfied to determine the content of ALP in human serum, and the results were coincided with the clinical detection results of the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay method by the Zhangzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Meanwhile, the mechanism for the determination of trace ALP by AA-SS-RTP was discussed.     

活性酚醛树脂中羟甲基含量的测定

本文提出一种酚醛树脂中羟甲基含量的化学分析法，分别以＾１３ＣＮＭＲ和化学分析法测定酚醛树脂的羟甲基含量。将两种测试结果与已知的投料量进行比较，证明所建立的化学分析法可行。     

SiO2包覆纳米CaCO3的透射电镜表征

在透射电子显微镜（TEM）电子衍射模式下，用适当孔径的物镜光阑选择非晶态SiO2的衍射区域，拍摄以溶胶一凝胶法制备的SiO2包覆纳米CaCO3的暗场像。与未经包覆SiO2的纳米CaCO3的暗场像作对比，可以看出经过SiO2包覆的纳米CaCO3粒子周围有一白色亮环，从而得到SiO3包覆层的暗场照片。用高分辨方法观察了包覆层与CaCO3粒子间的界面情况。     

Sensitive Determination of DNA by Resonance Light Scattering with Pentamethoxyl Red

A novel sensitive method for the determination of nucleic acid (DNA) using the resonance light scattering (RLS) spectra of pentamethoxyl red has been developed. It is based on the effects on the resonance light scattering of Pentamethoxyl Red. The effective factors and the optimum conditions were studied, and the enhanced intensity of RLS is in proportion to the concentration of nucleic acids in the range of 0–2.54 µg mL⁻¹ for ct-DNA, 0–4.54 µg mL⁻¹ for hs-DNA. The limits of detection are 1.1 and 2.1 ng mL⁻¹, respectively. Most foreign substances do not interfere in the determination, and the method has good selectivity and high sensitivity. It has been applied to the determination of DNA in synthetic samples and in real samples with satisfactory results.     

Synthesis, structural characterization and ferrimagnetic property of MnPS3 intercalated with nickel(II) cyclopolyamine complex cations

Two new intercalation compounds were prepared by the reactions of Ni(II) cyclopolyamine complex cations with a preintercalate Mn_1−xPS₃K_2x(H₂O)_y, respectively, through “ion exchange” process. Their structures were characterized by elemental analysis, X-ray powder diffraction and infrared spectroscopy. The lattice spacing increased 0.567 and 1.093 nm with respect to the pristine MnPS₃. Ferrimagnetism of the intercalates was confirmed by SQUID experiment with T_c at 40 and 33 K, respectively.     

桥联双（甲巯咪唑）化合物的合成和配位性能

研究了桥联双(甲巯咪唑)化合物(Ⅰ_a—Ⅳ_a、Ⅰ_b)的合成和配位性能。UV谱显示Ⅰ_a—Ⅳ_a与UO_2~(2+)离子(硬酸)配位,溶液中形成3:1的配合物。Ⅰ_b与Hg~(2+)、Au~(3+)离子(软酸)配位形成2:1的配合物,用CNDO/2方法计算了各配体分子中原子净电荷密度和HOMO、LUMO能量。     

Capillary electrochromatographic separation of enantiomers under aqueous mobile phases on a covalently bonded cellulose derivative chiral stationary phase

A chemically bonded cellulose tris(3,5-dimethylphenylcarbamate) chiral stationary phase (CSP) was prepared by a radical polymerization reaction. The prepared CSP was packed into fused-silica capillaries with inner diameter of 75 microm to perform enantiomer separations in CEC. The electrochromatographic behavior of the CSP was investigated. On the prepared CSP, high EOF could be generated under acidic mobile phases, which represented an advantage for the separation of acidic enantiomers. Several neutral, acidic, and basic enantiomers were resolved on the prepared CSP under aqueous mobile phases. The column efficiencies were between 20,000 and 100,000 plates/m, which were much higher than those of HPLC. In addition, it was observed that the separation of some enantiomers benefited from the adoption of THF as mobile phase modifier.     

Et2NH2[Nd(S2CNEt2)4]的晶体结构和生成反应焓变

在干燥氮气气氛下,以无水乙醇为溶剂,制备了低水合氯化钕与二乙氨基荒酸二乙铵(D-DDC)配合物,确定其组成为Et2NH2[Nd(S2CNEt2)4].单晶结构分析表明,配合物中4个二乙氨基荒酸根各通过2个硫原子与钕离子成键形成八配位十二面体阴离子,并与二乙铵阳离子形成缔合型分子.晶体属单斜晶系,空间群P21/n,a=1.37517(14)nm,b=2.1146(2)nm,c=1.44641(15)nm,β=102.028(2)°,Z=4.用微量热法测定了298.15K下水合氯化钕和D-DDC在无水乙醇中的溶解焓及二乙氨基荒酸钕液相生成反应焓变分别为(-17.89±0.096),(50.280±0.151)和(-10.116±0.065)kJ/mol,求得固相生成反应焓变.     

Bimetallic reactivity. On the use of oxadiazoles as binucleating ligands

Two (1,3,4)-oxadiazole ligands have been prepared. In one case the oxadiazole ring is flanked by two o-aniline groups, and in the other case it is an extension of the first where the amines are condensed with 2-picolyl groups. A monometallic copper(II) complex of the former has been prepared, and its crystal structure was determined. A number of bimetallic copper(II), cobalt(II), and nickel(II) complexes of the di-deprotonated latter ligand were prepared and isolated. The crystal structure of the cobalt(II) complex bearing two acetate bridges is reported. The work demonstrates that the seldom-employed oxadiazole ring can be used effectively for generating bimetallic complexes.     

制备方法对Mg1.9Al0.1Ni合金储氢性能的影响

文中采用机械合金化(MA)和氢化燃烧法(HCS)制备了Mg1.9Al0.1Ni,通过对它们储氢性能的对比研究发现,MA优于HCS.采用MA制得的Mg1.9Al0.1Ni储氢合金具有较高的活性和高储氢量,对PCT结果进行计算,得出温度和氢平衡压的关系式.Mg1.9Al0.1Ni(MA)553K时100s内吸放氢量分别为2.67和2.54 mass%H.用XRD方法进行物相分析,表明添加适量Al没有改变Mg2Ni的物相结构,由于MA能够制备出纳米晶粒,使得Mg1.9Al0.1Ni合金具有更好的储放氢动力学性能.
