To study the influence of different concentrations of zinc oxide (ZnO)/silicon dioxide (SiO2) composite coating on hydrophobic property and mechanical stability of paper mulch film, three kinds of ZnO/SiO2 composite coating paper mulch films (2%, 4%, 6%) with different coating substance contents were prepared by brush coating method. Through particle size analysis, contact angle, rolling angle and mechanical stability test, combined with scanning electron microscope, three-dimensional morphology and roughness measuring instrument, the optimal concentration of ZnO/SiO2 composite coated paper mulch film was screened out. Through acid-base salt corrosion test, silver mirror reaction and surface self-cleaning, the optimal concentration of composite coated paper mulch film was compared with the original paper mulch film to prove its excellent chemical stability and hydrophobicity. The results show that the paper mulch film with 4% coating material has excellent hydrophobicity and mechanical stability, can effectively reduce the surface roughness of paper mulch film, and has remarkable effects in resisting acid, alkali and salt and self-cleaning.  相似文献

Electronic properties of lamotrigine (LTG) and two analogues (A1 and A2) are compared through MOPAC-AM1 calculations. Two stable conformers of LTG are calculated to exist in agreement with X-ray crystallography. In the three compounds and the two conformers for each of them, the more favorable protonation sites are N2 and N4; these should then be the sites appropriate for interaction with a receptor, and group valence reinforces the supposition. The molecular electrostatic potentials show that a region between the two chlorine atoms in LTG could be the site for an electrostatic interaction with a corresponding site in the receptor. The fluorine atom in A1 would play an equivalent role. A simple model for LTG-receptor interaction is proposed.  相似文献

Complexes of the [RuIII(edta)SR]n series, with SR–= deprotonated cysteine, N- acetylcysteine, 2–mercaptoethanol, glutathione and penicilamine, were prepared from [Ru(edta)H2O]– and the corresponding RSH thiols, at pH=5.5. The complexes exhibit intense visible absorption bands at ca. 520nm (3500M–1 cm–1), associated with LMCT from the sulfur ligands bound to RuIII. The kinetics of the formation reactions were first order in [RuIII(edta)H2O]– and thiol reactants, with k1 values ca. 1–5×102 M–1s–1 (25°C) for all the sulfur ligands except penicilamine, which reacted slower by a factor of 10. Activation parameters suggest an associative mechanism, as for the coordination of other S- and N-bound ligands to [RuIII(edta)H2O]–. A reactivity decrease is apparent at low and high pH's (ranges 1–3 and 8–10, respectively), associated with acid-base equilibria involving the less reactive [RuIII(Hedta)H2O] and [RuIII(edta)OH]2– species. A significant rate increase was found for cysteine and penicilamine at ca. pH=8.0, because the thiol reactants deprotonate. The equilibrium constants for all the ligands showed that robust complexes were formed, with K=ca. 1×105 M–1 (25°C). The dissociation rate constants, k–1, were in the 10–3–10–4 s–1 range. The influence of nucleophilic and steric effects increasing and decreasing the formation rates, respectively, is discussed for the thiolate ligands, with adequate comparisons with other L species bound to [RuIII(edta)H2O]–.  相似文献

The thermal stability and kinetics of isothermal decomposition of diosgenin were studied by thermogravimetry (TG) and Differential Scanning Calorimeter (DSC). The activation energy of the thermal decomposition process was determined from the analysis of TG curves by the methods of Flynn-Wall-Ozawa, Doyle, ?atava-?esták and Kissinger, respectively. The mechanism of thermal decomposition was determined to be Avrami-Erofeev equation (n = 1/3, n is the reaction order) with integral form G(α) = [?ln(1 ? α)]1/3 (α = 0.10–0.80). E a and logA [s?1] were determined to be 44.10 kJ mol?1 and 3.12, respectively. Moreover, the thermodynamics properties of ΔH , ΔS , and ΔG of this reaction were 38.18 kJ mol?1, ?199.76 J mol?1 K?1, and 164.36 kJ mol?1 in the stage of thermal decomposition.  相似文献

As a consequence of the continuous increase in the production rate of pulp and paper mills around the world, a great quantity of black liquor, a by-product of the wood digestion process, is produced. This by-product has a great potential as biomass, but needs to be concentrated to higher solids content to be burned as fuel in a recovery boiler. This is necessary to make the pulping process economically feasible, incinerating black liquor to produce high pressure steam, recycling inorganic chemicals to the process. The greater the solids content in black liquor, the better the combustion process in the boiler. Nevertheless, concentration of solids in black liquor above 75 mass/%, causes scaling formation on the heat transfer surfaces of evaporators and concentrators, due to the precipitation of sodium salts, reducing the overall efficiency of this equipment. The aim of this work is to evaluate the use of thermal analyses techniques, TG and DSC, as alternative methods to estimate solids content in eucalyptus black liquor samples since this information is essential to understand scaling formation process, allowing actions to reduce this industrial problem. Traditional techniques applied to determine solids content use gravimetric methods, which are simple, fine, but take a lot of time to be executed. Thermal analyses have proved to be very accurate and have the advantage to be faster than the traditional techniques. On the other hand, the cost-benefit relationship of the traditional technique is much greater and the final decision which one should be used depends on the conditions available.  相似文献

Solvent formulation is important in the optimization of the mass-transfer through supported liquid membranes (SLM) in pertraction and membrane extraction. Oleyl alcohol (OA) is frequently used as the solvent or diluent in the extraction of carboxylic acids. A disadvantage of OA is its relatively high viscosity of 28.32 mPa s at 25°C. This can be decreased by the application of a less viscous OA diluent, e.g. dodecane. The relationship between the ratio of the distribution coefficient of butyric acid (BA), D F, and the viscosity of OA-dodecane solvents, µ, as extraction and transport characteristics, and the overall mass-transfer coefficient, K p, through SLMs was analyzed. Dependence of the D F/µ ratio on the OA concentration showed a maximum at the OA concentration of 15 mass % to 30 mass %. The OA concentration dependence of K p for SLMs exhibited also a maximum at about 30 mass % and 20 mass % of OA at the BA concentration driving force of 0.12 kmol m?3 and 0.3 kmol m?3, respectively. Shifting of the maximum in K p dependences towards lower OA concentrations by increasing the BA concentration driving force is in agreement with the D F/µ ratio dependence. Using pure OA as the solvent or diluent is not preferable and a mixture of a low viscosity diluent with the OA concentration below 40 mass % should be used. The presented results show the potential of the D F/µ ratio in the screening and formulation of solvents in extraction and SLM optimization.  相似文献

Digoxin is a cardiac glycoside long used to treat congestive heart failure and found recently to show antitumor potential. The hydroxy groups connected at the C-12, C-14, and C-3′a positions; the C-17 unsaturated lactone unit; the conformation of the steroid core; and the C-3 saccharide moiety have been demonstrated as being important for digoxin’s cytotoxicity and interactions with Na+/K+-ATPase. The docking profiles for digoxin and several derivatives and Na+/K+-ATPase were investigated; an additional small Asn130 side pocket was revealed, which could be useful in the design of novel digoxin-like antitumor agents. In addition, the docking scores for digoxin and its derivatives were found to correlate with their cytotoxicity, indicating a potential use of these values in the prediction of the cancer cell cytotoxicity of other cardiac glycosides. Moreover, in these docking studies, digoxin was found to bind to FIH-1 and NF-κB but not HDAC, IAP, and PI3K, suggesting that this cardiac glycoside directly targets FIH-1, Na+/K+-ATPase, and NF-κB to mediate its antitumor potential. Differentially, digoxigenin, the aglycon of digoxin, binds to HDAC and PI3K, but not FIH-1, IAP, Na+/K+-ATPase, and NF-κB, indicating that this compound may target tumor autophagy and metabolism to mediate its antitumor propensity.  相似文献
