Differential molar adsorption enthalpies (DMAE) were determined by gas chromatographic measurements of specific retention
volume of vapors on the surface of two forms of Mg–Al hydrotalcite. A linear dependence of the DMAE on the number of the carbon
atoms in hydrocarbons was observed for both form of hydrotalcite. The dependence of the differential molar adsorption enthalpies
on the number of chlorine atoms in organic molecules is discussed. A linear dependence of DMAE on the molecular weight of
chloroderivatives of methane and ethylene on the basic form in an order monochloromethane < dichloromethane < trichloromethane
or vinylidene chloride < 1,1-dichloroethylene < trichloroethylene was found. 相似文献

The transfer matrix and global matrix techniques are
used in the analysis of diffraction of transverse horizontal waves
in piezoelectric superlattices. The system is composed of a set of
different piezoelectric layers with quasiperiodic structure
according to the Fibonacci sequence. The diffraction spectrum of
different configurations of piezoelectric Fibonacci structures is
studied. Numerical results for the diffraction spectrum for the
piezoelectric Fibonacci superlattice are obtained and a comparison
between the results of the transfer and global matrix methods is

We use the classical and nonclassical methods to obtain symmetry reductions and exact solutions of the (2+1)-dimensional integrable Calogero–Bogoyavlenskii–Schiff equation. Although this (2+1)-dimensional equation arises in a nonlocal form, it can be written as a system of differential equations and, in potential form, as a fourth-order partial differential equation. The classical and nonclassical methods yield some exact solutions of the (2+1)-dimensional equation that involve several arbitrary functions and hence exhibit a rich variety of qualitative behavior. 相似文献

This study demonstrates the separation of active ingredients in acne formulations (salicylic acid, cloramphenicol and resorcinol in presence of azulene) by capillary zone electrophoresis. Factors affecting their separations were the buffer pH and concentration, applied voltage, sample preparation, and presence of additives. Optimun results were obtained with a 50 mM sodium tetraborate-50 mM sodium phosphate, pH 9.0. The carrier electrolyte gave baseline separation with good resolution, short migration times (<6 min), great reproducibility and accuracy. Calibration plots were linear over at least three orders of magnitude of analyte concentrations, the lower limits of detection being within the range 0.39-1.25 μg ml−1. The procedure was fast and reliable and commercial pharmaceuticals could be analysed without prior sample clean-up procedure. 相似文献

A poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC) sample was chlorinated in solution in the presence of 2,2′‐azobisisobutyronitrile and by the fluid‐bed method. The aim was to evaluate the scope of the stereoselectivity of the chlorination reaction. The quantitative microstructural analysis of the residual PVC with a degree of chlorination was followed by 13C NMR spectroscopy. From the evolution of the content of isotactic (mm), heterotactic (mr), and syndiotactic (rr) triads and of mmmm, mmmr, and rmmr isotactic pentads in the unchlorinated parts of the polymer, it was unambiguously inferred that the chlorination reaction proceeds by a stereoselective mechanism in that the mr heterotactic triads are the most reactive structures followed by the isotactic triad at mmmr and rmmr pentads. This conclusion was confirmed on the basis of the Fourier transform infrared results. The results provide valuable information regarding the effect of tacticity and related local conformations in the chemical reactions of PVC. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
