Atricins A (1) and B (2), two new oleanane-type triterpenes have been isolated from the chloroform-soluble fractions of Perovskia atriplicifolia and their structures assigned from (1)H and (13)C-NMR spectra, Distortion Enhancement by Polarization Trasfer (DEPT) and by 2D-COSY, HMQC, Nuclear Overhauser Enhancement Spectroscopy (NOESY) and Hetronuclear mutiple-bond correlation (HMBC) experiments.  相似文献

The structural, compositional, morphological and optical properties of In2S3 thin films, prepared by thermal evaporation technique and annealed in sulfur ambient at different temperatures have been investigated. The grazing incident X-ray diffraction patterns have indicated polycrystalline form and predominantly cubic structure of annealed In2S3 films. The scanning electron microscopy revealed textured surface with uniformly distributed grains and the grain size increased with increase of annealing temperature. The optical parameters of the films have been determined using conventional transmission and reflection spectra as well as from surface photovoltage measurements.  相似文献

In this study thin layer drying of tomato slices were investigated in the infrared dryer. Drying rate increased with increasing temperature and reduction thickness and thus reduced the drying time. The effective diffusivity increased with increasing temperature and with increasing thickness of the samples. The effective diffusivity values changed from 1.094 × 10?9 to 4.468 × 10?9 m2/s and for activation energy varied from 110 to 120 kJ/mol. The best model for drying process of tomato slices was Midilli model.  相似文献

Phytochemical investigation of the aerial parts of Astragalus tephrosioides Boiss. var. lacei (Ali) Kirchoff. (Family Fabaceae) resulted in the isolation of a new cycloartane glycoside laceioside (1). The structure of the previously undescribed compound 1 was established as 16β-acetyloxy-3-O-β-d-glucopyranosyloxy-cycloartan-11α,24ξ, 25-triol. The structure elucidation of compound 1 was based primarily on 1D and 2D-NMR techniques including 1H and 13CNMR spectra, DEPT and by 2D COSY, HSQC and HMBC experiments.  相似文献

Taxol and 10-Deacetyl baccatin III are major taxanes in the bark, needles, and endophytes of Taxus baccata. The current study aimed to develop a process for their separation from different matrices. Crude taxoid was prepared by extraction of samples with methanol, followed by partitioning with dichloromethane and precipitation with hexane. Analytical high-performance liquid chromatography involved isocratic elution on C18 column (4.6 × 250 mm, 5 μm) with methanol-water (70:30 v/v) at a flow rate of 1 ml/min. Injection volume was 20 μl and detection was carried out at 227 nm. The content of Taxol and 10-Deacetyl baccatin III in bark, needles and endophytic culture broth was 11.19 and 1.75 μg/mg; 11.19 and 1.75 μg/mg; and 2.80 and 0.22 μg/L, respectively. Preparative high-performance liquid chromatography was done on C18 column (10 × 250 mm, 5 μm) at a flow rate of 10 ml/min. About 20 g crude taxoid was processed in < 3 h with a recovery of about 90% for both the analytes. The purity of recovered Taxol and 10-Deacetyl baccatin III determined by ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry was found to be 95.78 ± 3.63% and 99.72 ± 0.18%, respectively. The structure of recovered Taxol was confirmed by nuclear magnetic resonance. The method can find use in biotransformation studies.  相似文献

This research work was executed to determine chemical composition, anti-oxidant and anti-microbial potential of the essential oils extracted from the leaves and stem of Daphne mucronata Royle. From leaves and stem oils fifty-one different constituents were identified through GC/MS examination. The antioxidant potential evaluated through DPPH free radical scavenging activity and %-inhibition of peroxidation in linoleic acid system. The stem’s essential oil showed the good antioxidant activity as compared to leaves essential oil. Results of Antimicrobial activity revealed that both stem and leaves oils showed strong activity against Candida albicans with large inhibition zone (22.2?±?0.01, 18.9?±?0.20 mm) and lowest MIC values (0.98?±?0.005, 2.44?±?0.002 mg/mL) respectively. Leaves essential was also active against Escherichia coli with inhibition zone of 8.88?±?0.01 mm and MIC values of 11.2?±?0.40 mg/mL. These results suggested that the plant’s essential oils would be a potential cradle for the natural product based antimicrobial as well as antioxidant agents.

In this article, we aim at solving a family of two-dimensional fractional-order Helmholtz equations by using the Laplace-Adomian Decomposition Method (LADM). The fractional-order derivatives, which we use in this investigation, follows the Liouville-Caputo definition. Our results based upon the LADM are obtained in series form that helps us in analyzing the analytical solutions of the fractional-order Helmholtz equations considered here. For illustration and verification of the analytical procedure using the LADM, several numerical examples and graphical representations are presented for the analytical solution of the fractional-order Helmholtz equations. The mathematical analytic procedure, which we have used here, has shown that the LADM is a fairly accurate and computable method for the solution of problems involving fractional-order Helmholtz equations in two dimensions. In an analogous manner, one can apply the LADM for finding the analytical solution of other classes of fractional-order partial differential equations.  相似文献

Two new acylated flavonol glycosides, 3‐O‐{[2‐O‐β‐D ‐glucopyranosyl]‐3‐[O‐β‐D ‐glucopyranosyl]‐4‐[(6‐Op‐coumaroyl)‐O‐β‐D ‐glucopyranosyl]}‐α‐L ‐rhamnopyranosyl‐kaempferol 7‐O‐α‐L ‐rhamnopyranoside and 3‐O‐{2‐[(6‐Op‐coumaroyl)‐O‐β‐D ‐glucopyranosyl]‐3‐[O‐β‐D ‐glucopyranosyl]‐4‐[(6‐Op‐coumaroyl)‐O‐β‐D ‐glucopyranosyl]}‐α‐L ‐rhamnopyranosyl‐kaempferol 7‐O‐α‐L ‐rhamnopyranoside, trivially named as brauhenefloroside E (1) and F (2), respectively, were isolated from the fruits of Stocksia brauhica and their structures were elucidated using spectroscopic methods, including 2D NMR experiments.
