In this study, we have investigated the supramolecular interaction between series of 1‐alkyl‐3‐methylimidazolium guests with variable alkyl substituent lengths and cucurbit[6]uril (CB6) in the solution and the solid state. Correct interpretation of 1H NMR spectra was a key issue for determining the binding modes of the complexes in solution. Unusual chemical shifts of some protons in the 1H NMR spectra were explained by the polarization of the imidazolium aromatic ring upon the complexation with the host. The formation of 1:1 complex between 1‐ethyl‐3‐methylimidazolium and CB6 is in disagreement with previously reported findings describing an inclusion of two guest molecules in the CB6 cavity.  相似文献

A new family of stereoelectronically promoted aluminum and scandium super Lewis acids is introduced on the basis of state‐of‐the‐art computations. Structures of these molecules are designed to minimize resonance electron donation to central metal atoms in the Lewis acids. Acidity of these species is evaluated on the basis of their fluoride‐ion affinities relative to the antimony pentafluoride reference system. It is demonstrated that introduced changes in the stereochemistry of the designed ligands increase acidity considerably relative to Al and Sc complexes with analogous monodentate ligands. The high stability of fluoride complexes of these species makes them ideal candidates to be used as weakly coordinating anions in combination with highly reactive cations instead of conventional Lewis acid–fluoride complexes. Further, the interaction of all designed molecules with methane is investigated. All studied acids form stable pentavalent‐carbon complexes with methane. In addition, interactions of the strongest acid of this family with very weak bases, namely, H2, N2, carbon oxides, and noble gases were investigated; it is demonstrated that this compound can form considerably stable complexes with the aforementioned molecules. To the best of our knowledge, carbonyl and nitrogen complexes of this species are the first hypothetical four‐coordinated carbonyl and nitrogen complexes of aluminum. The nature of bonding in these systems is studied in detail by various bonding analysis approaches.  相似文献

A range of purine derivatives modified at position 6 of the basic purine skeleton exhibit a variety of biological activities. Several derivatives are used or tested nowadays for pharmacological treatments. The present work aims to analyze the effects of substituents on the electron distribution in the purine core as reflected by NMR chemical shifts. We collected a comprehensive set of experimental NMR data for a variety of 6-substituted purines (-NH(2), -NHMe, -NMe(2), -OMe, -Me, -CCH, and -CN) and determined the molecular and crystal structures of three derivatives (-NHMe, -CCH, and -CN) by X-ray diffraction. The density-functional methods calibrated in our recent study (Phys. Chem. Chem. Phys., 2010, 12, 5126) have been employed to enable understanding of the substituent-induced changes in the NMR chemical shifts of the atoms in the purine skeleton. Analyses of the nuclear shielding using localized molecular orbitals (LMOs), specifically the natural LMOs (NLMOs) and Pipek-Mezey LMOs, were used to break down the values of the isotropic (13)C and (15)N NMR chemical shifts and the chemical shift tensors into the contributions of the individual LMOs. The experimental and calculated trends in the chemical shift of the N-3 atom correlate nicely with the Hammett constants (σ(para)) and the calculated natural charges on N-3, whereas the contributions of the LMOs to the N-1 and C-6 chemical shifts are found to be more complex.  相似文献

In this paper we have investigated the behaviour of newly synthesised mono-palmitoyl- and dipalmitoyl-phosphatidylethanolamine probes (abbreviated as mPE and dPE, respectively) labelled in the polar headgroup region by either the FL-BODIPY or the 564/570-BODIPY fluorophore and solubilised in lipid systems that exhibit different curvatures. Because of the bulky BODIPY-groups, the monoacyl-form derivatives have a conic-like shape, whereas that for the diacyl derivatives is rather cylindrical. A careful analysis of time-resolved resonance energy transfer experiments by means of analytical models as well as Monte Carlo simulations shows that the mPE derivatives have a comparable affinity to highly curved bilayer regions (torroidal pores formed by magainin-2 in lipid bilayers, or the rims of discoid bicelles) and to planar bilayer regions (i.e. the flat region of lipid bilayers and bicelles). Furthermore, the monoacyl-probes are as compared to the diacyl-probes effectively closer to each other in a lipid bilayer, while none of these probes seems to be randomly distributed. Self-aggregation is most efficiently induced by the larger aromatic 564/570-BODIPY chromophore, but it is suppressed when using the diacyl instead of the monoacyl-form, and/or by attaching BODIPY-groups to the acyl-chain.  相似文献

The economical and environmentally benign synthesis of SSZ-13 zeolite was possible due to the mechanochemical activation of dry reagents by planetary mill. Contrary to manual grinding in a mortar, the proposed automatized approach is scalable and reproducible. This solvent-free process provided a huge gain in product/gel ratios, significantly minimized reaction space and organic structure-directing agent use, and allowed for the elimination of agitation. Obtained materials were comparable to the product of “classical” syntheses. The use of different silica sources resulted in SSZ-13 zeolites with various characteristics: different Si/Al ratio and crystal size.  相似文献

The fabrication of nanoparticles using different formulations, and which can be used for the delivery of chemotherapeutics, has recently attracted considerable attention. We describe herein an innovative approach that may ultimately allow for the selective delivery of anticancer drugs to tumor cells by using an external magnet. A conventional antitumor drug, cisplatin, has been incorporated into new carboxymethylcellulose‐stabilized magnetite nanoparticles conjugated with the fluorescent marker Alexa Fluor 488 or folic acid as targeting agent. The magnetic nanocarriers possess exceptionally high biocompatibility and colloidal stability. These cisplatin‐loaded nanoparticles overcome the resistance mechanisms typical of free cisplatin. Moreover, experiments aimed at the localization of the nanoparticles driven by an external magnet in a medium that mimics physiological conditions confirmed that this localization can inhibit tumor cell growth site‐specifically.  相似文献

Most of the resources used for energy have a fossil origin and they are non-renewable materials. Using mixtures of waste materials with the currently used non-renewable materials can improve the renewability of the energy production. The goal of this work was to explore the effect of waste tire addition on a hydrovisbreaking process at low temperature. Four tests were carried out at 300 °C in H2 with different feedstocks: (1) vacuum residue; (2) tires; (3) 37.5wt% tires + 62.5wt% vacuum residue; (4) 15wt% tires + 85wt% vacuum residue. Dynamic viscosity, simulated distillation, density, elemental analysis (C, H, N, S% content) by ICP and analysis of gaseous products by GC–MS were carried out for all products. Content of insoluble compounds in hexane was estimated for the products from test (1) and vacuum residue. TGA analyses of the tires were carried out. The addition of tires to the vacuum residue brought a positive effect to increasing the yield of lighter products in the final liquid product. Densities and composition determinated by elemental analyses were similar for feedstock and products. The dynamic viscosity (60 °C) decreased from 24,550 to 17,700 mPa s for test (1) and to 1640 mPa s for test (3).  相似文献

A general cobalt-catalyzed N-alkylation of amines with alcohols by borrowing hydrogen methodology to prepare different kinds of amines is reported. The optimal catalyst for this transformation is prepared by pyrolysis of a specific templated material, which is generated in situ by mixing cobalt salts, nitrogen ligands and colloidal silica, and subsequent removal of silica. Applying this novel Co-nanoparticle-based material, >100 primary, secondary, and tertiary amines including N-methylamines and selected drug molecules were conveniently prepared starting from inexpensive and easily accessible alcohols and amines or ammonia.
