Noise radiation from a four bladed, 10 in. diameter propeller operating in air at a rotational speed of 3000 RPM and a freestream velocity of 33 ft/s was experimentally analyzed using hot-wire and microphone measurements in an anechoic wind tunnel. Turbulence levels from 0.2 to 5.5% at the propeller location were generated by square-mesh grids upstream of the propeller. Autobicoherence measurements behind the blade trailing edges near the hub and tip showed regions of high phase-coherence between the blade-passage harmonics and the broadband frequencies. Inflow turbulence reduced this coherence. By relating the fluctuation velocities in the propeller wake to the unsteady blade forces, the primary regions of tonal noise generation have been identified as the hub and tip regions, while the midspan has been identified as a region responsible for broadband noise generation. These measurements were complimented by cross-spectra between the propeller wake-flow and the measured sound. The effect of turbulence on the radiated noise level showed an overall increase of 2 dB in the broadband levels for every 1% increase in turbulence. This effect varied for different frequency bands in the acoustic spectrum.List of Symbols

In the framework of the instantaneous Bethe Salpeter equation we investigate weak decays ofB andD mesons. Mesons are described asq $\bar q$ states interacting via a mixture of a scalar and a vector confining kernel and a one gluon exchange. The model parameters are fixed by a fit to the meson mass spectrum including also the light mesons. We calculate form factors and compare our results to the pole dominance hypothesis. From a fit to ARGUS and CLEO data onB→D *?v semileptonic decay we extract the Cabbibo Kobayashi Maskawa matrix element to beV cb =(0.032 ± 0.003)(1.49ps/τ b )1/2 The Isgur Wise function is calculated utilizing the heavy quark mass limit. Fission fluctuation-dissipation dynamics of heavy nuclei has been studied using Langevin Monte Carlo simulations. The covariant form of the fission transport equation and the coefficients related to it are investigated. To learn about the influence of the dynamics from the ground state to the saddle point on the kinetic energy distributions we have studied various systems and compared the calculations both starting from the ground state and from the saddle point. Both the mean total kinetic energy of the fission fragments and its variances can fit with the experimental values in terms of a finite neck radius as scission condition.This work was supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China. 相似文献
