酸敏变色记录材料光化反应的研究

本文研究了一种由含卤共聚物和酸敏指示剂所组成的记录显示材料的光化反应,阐明了其成象过程中主要光化反应的机理,并对加入酸性添加剂,改善图象稳定性作了试验和讨论。     

铀和铀同位素的离子交换过程研究

在浓缩铀同位索的阳离子交换法中,UC_2~(2+)在离子交换树脂中的传质问题具有特别重要的意义.但迄今未见有详细的报道.本文对阳离子交换树脂—HCl溶液体系中的UO_2~(2+)—H~+正、逆交换,特别对~(235)UO_2~(2+)—~(238)UO_2~(2+)交换动力学及机制作了研究和探讨.     

F与CH~3F反应的可见化学发光

利用分子束装置研究了F与CH~3F反应可见光范围(450-900nm)的化学发光.观察到HCF(A~1A"-X2A')的七个振动带和HF^+电子基态振动广频跃迁的四个振动带和它们的强度随反应物流量的变化.求得HF分子的V'=4,5,6能级相对振动布居和V'=3的转动温度.分析表明两种光谱都是第二步反应(F+CH~2F)引起的,这步反应造成了HF高振动能级的统计性粒子分布和转动能级的玻尔兹曼分布.     

The Dynamo-Driven Magnetic Helicity Transport

In this paper, a new set of the evolution equations for the helicity of the mean magnetic field and the mean helicity of the fluctuating magnetic field is derived from the Maxwell equations and the generalized Ohm's law with the dynamo action. It is shown that there exist two kinds of the dynamo-driven magnetic helicity transport. One of them makes the mean magnetic field helicity transfer to the fluctuating magnetic field, yielding an anomalous loop voltage. The other makes the fluctuating magnetic field helicity transfer to the mean magnetic field, which provides a convincing evidence for the existence of the dynamo current. Therefore, the two kinds of the magnetic helicity transport describe the mutual conversion between the regular and irregular motions. The formulas of the loop voltage and the dynamo current are given. In particular, we give out the formula of the dynamo current-generated equilibrium magnetic field which provides a concrete mode of the magnetic field creation and maintenance in both astrophysical and laboratory (e.g., reversed-field pinch) plasmas.     

近红外敏感的功能分离型有机光接受体系的光导性能研究Ⅱ.CGL/CTL界面能级匹配对体系光导性能的影响

功能分离型光接受体系是由载流子产生层(CGL),载流子传输层(CTL)和载流子阻挡层(UCt)组A成的一种多层光接受体系。本文合成了一系列载流子传输层材料,如吡唑啉、唑和腙的衍生物,并将上述CTL材料与酞菁类CGL材料,按一定涂布工艺制成近红外敏感(780～830nm)的多层光接受体系。通过对样品电照相性能的表征,着重讨论了CGLlCTL界面能级匹配问题及其对体系光导性能的影响。     

T(d,n)4He中子源出射中子能量的单色性与最佳出射角

核反应的Ｑ方程出发,讨论了Ｔ（ｄ,ｎ）４Ｈｅ反应出射中子能量的单色性问题,给出了在Ｔ（ｄ,ｎ）４Ｈｅ中子源上获得准单能中子的最佳出射角的计算方法.Based on the Q equation of nuclear reaction, the monochromaticity of neutron energy at different emitted angles in T(d,n) 4He reaction is discussed and the method of calculation the optimum emitted angle is given.     

生命科学中的分析化学--蛋白质组分析

概述了分析化学在生命科学中的重要作用和蛋白质组分析的现状与展望。介绍了生物试样的制备、双向凝胶电泳分离蛋白质以及生物质谱鉴定蛋白质等蛋白质组分析的主要技术平台。     

液相色谱指纹图谱在泽泻动态研究中的应用

应用指纹图谱技术,结合指标成分测定,采用高效液相色谱法,乙腈-水梯度洗脱,流速1．0mL／min,柱温20℃,色谱图光谱采集范围200～800nm,探讨了泽泻动态积累的规律。以泽泻标准对照药材为参照,用指标成分24-乙酰泽泻醇A和23-乙酰泽泻醇B进行了定位和测定,找出了21个共有峰,其中12号和20号峰分别为24-乙酰泽泻醇A和23-乙酰泽泻醇B。结果表明：泽泻样品指纹图谱及指标成分测定可为泽泻的最佳采收期提供科学依据。     

毛细管气相色谱法测定中药材中多种拟除虫菊酯农药残留量

研究了气相色谱法测定中药材中多种拟除虫菊酯类残留量的分析方法。样品经正己烷．丙酮混合液[V（正己烷）：V（丙酮）=1：1]提取,氟罗里硅土层析柱净化,采用毛细管色谱柱分离,GC-ECD可同时测定8种拟除虫菊酯类农药残留量,回收率为76．6％～104．2％。
