Heteroleptic nickel(II) complexes [NiL2L′] of a series of monoanionic and potentially bidentate N‐2‐pyridyl‐sulfonamide ligands [HL] and 2,2′‐bipyridine or 1,10‐Phenanthroline (L′) have been prepared by electrochemical oxidation of a nickel anode in an acetonitrile solution of the ligands. The complexes have been characterized by microanalysis, IR and electronic spectroscopy, magnetic measurements and LSI mass spectrometry. The crystal structure of [Ni(Ms6mepy)2(bipy)] has been determined by x‐ray diffraction and shows the metal in an octahedral NiN6 environment. Octahedral structures are also proposed for the other complexes with the N‐2‐pyridyl‐sulfonamide ligands acting as N,N′ or N, O bidentate systems, depending on the position of the methyl substituent on the pyridine ring. 相似文献

The first X-band EPR spectrum containing only non-overlapping signals of septet pyridyl-2,4,6-trinitrene and triplet pyridylnitrenes is reported. This spectrum was recorded after photolysis of 2,4,6-triazidopyridine in solid argon at 5 K. The zero-field splitting (ZFS) parameters of this trinitrene as well as of intermediate triplet mononitrenes and quintet dinitrenes formed at early stages of the photolysis were determined using the combination of modern computer line-shape spectral simulations and density functional theory (DFT) calculations. It was found that septet pyridyl-2,4,6-trinitrene has the record negative parameter DS = −0.1031 cm−1 among all known to date septet pyridyl-2,4,6-trinitrenes and may be of interest as a model multi-qubit spin system for investigations of quantum computation processing. 相似文献

The manufacture of three‐dimensional patterned electroactive poly(vinylidene fluoride‐co‐chlorotrifluoroethylene) microstructures with tailored architecture, morphology, and wettability is presented. A series of surface-active ionic liquids, RMeImCl, has been synthesized by the reaction of purified 1-methylimidazole and 1-chloroalkanes, RCl, R=C(10),C(12),C(14), and C(16), respectively. Adsorption and aggregation of these surfactants in water have been studied by surface tension measurement. Additionally, solution conductivity, electromotive force, fluorescence quenching of micelle-solubilized pyrene, and static light scattering have been employed to investigate micelle formation. The following changes resulted from an increase in the length of R: an increase of micelle aggregation number; a decrease of: minimum area/surfactant molecule at solution/air interface; critical micelle concentration, and degree of counter-ion dissociation. Theoretically-calculated aggregation numbers and those based on quenching of pyrene are in good agreement. Gibbs free energies of adsorption at solution/air interface, DeltaG(ads)(0), and micelle formation in water, DeltaG(mic)(0), were calculated, and compared to those of three surfactant series, alkylpyridinium chlorides, RPyCl, alkylbenzyldimethylammonium chlorides, RBzMe(2)Cl, and benzyl(3-acylaminoethyl)dimethylammonium chlorides, R(')AEtBzMe(2)Cl, respectively. Contributions to the above-mentioned Gibbs free energies from surfactant methylene groups (in the hydrophobic tail) and the head-group were calculated. For RMeImCl, the former energy is similar to that of other cationic surfactants. The corresponding free energy contribution of the head-group to DeltaG(mic)(0) showed the following order: RPyCl approximately RBzMe(2)Cl>RMeImCl>R(')AEtBzMe(2)Cl. The head-groups of the first two surfactant series are more hydrophobic than the imidazolium ring of RMeImCl, this should favor their aggregation. Micellization of RMeImCl, however, is driven by a relatively strong hydrogen-bonding between the chloride ion and the hydrogens in the imidazolium ring, in particular the relatively acidic H2. This interaction more than compensates for the relative hydrophilic character of the diazolium ring. As indicated by the corresponding DeltaG(mic)(0), micellization of R(')AEtBzMe(2)Cl is more favorable than that of RMeImCl because the CONH group of the former surfactant series forms hydrogen bonds to both the counter-ion and the neighboring molecules in the micelle. 相似文献

Understanding the adsorption mechanisms in nanostructured polymer films has become crucial for their use in technological applications, since film properties vary considerably with the experimental conditions utilized for film fabrication. In this paper, we employ small-angle X-ray scattering (SAXS) to investigate solutions of polyanilines and correlate the chain conformations with morphological features of the nanostructured films obtained with atomic force microscopy (AFM). It is shown that aggregates formed already in solution affect the film morphology; in particular, at early stages of adsorption film morphology appears entirely governed by the chain conformation in solution and adsorption of aggregates. We also use SAXS data for modeling poly(o-ethoxyaniline) (POEA) particle shape through an ab initio procedure based on simulated annealing using the dummy atom model (DAM), which is then compared to the morphological features of POEA films fabricated with distinct pHs and doping acids. Interestingly, when the derivative POEA is doped with p-toluene sulfonic acid (TSA), the resulting films exhibit a fibrillar morphology-seen with atomic force microscopy and transmission electron microscopy-that is consistent with the cylindrical shape inferred from the SAXS data. This is in contrast with the globular morphology observed for POEA films doped with other acids. 相似文献

The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of nickel, which is an alloying element in commonly used metallic biomaterials, on the biomaterials mineralization process. An electrochemical method was developed to quantify this metal ion in osteoblast-like cell culture medium (OST) by performing adsorptive cathodic stripping voltammetry (CSV) with dimethylglyoxime (DMG) at a mercury film microelectrode (MFM). The optimized analytical conditions and the square-wave CSV parameters for the analysis are: DMG concentration: 5.00 × 10−4 mol L−1; ammonium chloride buffer: 0.10 mol L−1 (pH 9.2); frequency: 50 Hz, amplitude 20 mV; step: 2 mV; adsorption time: 10 s, deposition potential: −0.70 V and reduction potential: −1.20 V. The limit of detection was 7.70 × 10−9 mol L−1 for an adsorption time of 10 s. The results achieved by CSV using the MFM were compared to those obtained by atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS) to ensure the reliability of the electrochemical method. The mineralization process was evaluated by biochemical and histochemical assays. 相似文献

Treatment of N-[(4-hydroxy-6-phenyl)pyrimidin-2-yl]cyanamide with 1° alkyl or arylamines in isopropyl alcohol for only 10 min at 110–120 °C under microwave conditions gave the corresponding N′-alkyl(aryl)guanidine derivatives in excellent yields (65–84%). Isolated yields were greatest when >1.0 equiv. of amines were employed, but excellent results were also obtained when aryl and alkylamines were reacted with a more atom-economical loading (1.0 equiv.; 70% and 72% ave. yields, respectively). Arylamines with either highly electron withdrawing substituents (e.g. CO2H) or pi-deficient heterocycles (e.g. variously substituted aminopyridines) did not work well under these conditions, and reaction with ureas and/or amino acids did not give detectable products. Work-up was exceedingly simple, and involved simple collection and washing of product on a sintered glass funnel. Products were obtained in analytically pure form and required approximately 1 h to prepare, start to finish. 相似文献

Complexes of the type cis-[PdX2(imzt)(PPh3)] {imzt = imidazolidine-2-thione; PPh3 = triphenylphosphine; X = Cl (1), Br (2), I (3), SCN (4)} have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, molar conductance, IR and 1H NMR spectroscopies. The complex 1·MeOH was obtained from the reaction of [PdCl2(CH3CN)2], imidazolidine-2-thione and triphenylphosphine in CHCl3/CH3OH. Complexes 2·MeOH, 3 and 4 were prepared by metathesis of the chlorido ligands in 1 with bromide, iodide and thiocyanate, respectively. Elemental analyses showed good agreement with the expected mononuclear compositions, while the molar conductivities of the complexes in DMF were consistent with their nonelectrolytic nature. NMR spectra confirmed coordination of the imidazolidine-2-thione and triphenylphosphine ligands. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction determination of 1·CH3OH showed that the coordination geometry around PdII is nearly square planar, with the chlorido ligands in a cis configuration. All four complexes have been tested in vitro by XTT assay for their cytotoxicity against human glioblastoma cell line (U87MG). The binding of 1 with guanosine was studied by 1H NMR spectroscopy, revealing that the coordination takes place via N7. 相似文献

The aim of this study was to evaluate the production and properties of novel extracellular polymeric substances (EPS) from glucose (EPS 1) and crude glycerol (CG) from castor beans oil (EPS 2). Cupriavidus necator IPT 027 cultivated with glucose and CG (35 °C, 150 rpm, 72 hr, pH 7, shaker) produced approximately 1.60 ± 0.01 and 2.83 ± 0.02 g l?1 EPS, respectively, with high‐molecular weight (3.89 × 105 and 1.89 × 107 Da) and constituted of different functional groups such as uronic acid, monosaccharides (glucose, mannose, arabinose, and fucose) and primary amine group. The composition of the fermentable substrate influenced the melting temperature (221.11 and 230.18 °C), crystallinity (34.36% and 37.11%), degradation temperature (255.06 and 296.62 °C) and morphology. EPS showed pseudoplastic non‐Newtonian fluid behavior in the aqueous solutions, presenting potential applicability biotechnological and industrial mainly in food industry as emulsifiers and biosurfactants. We report two macrocyclic ligands based on a 1,7-diaza-12-crown-4 platform functionalized with acetate (tO2DO2A2−) or piperidineacetamide (tO2DO2AMPip) pendant arms and a detailed characterization of the corresponding Mn(II) complexes. The X−ray structure of [Mn(tO2DO2A)(H2O)]·2H2O shows that the metal ion is coordinated by six donor atoms of the macrocyclic ligand and one water molecule, to result in seven-coordination. The Cu(II) analogue presents a distorted octahedral coordination environment. The protonation constants of the ligands and the stability constants of the complexes formed with Mn(II) and other biologically relevant metal ions (Mg(II), Ca(II), Cu(II) and Zn(II)) were determined using potentiometric titrations (I = 0.15 M NaCl, T = 25 °C). The conditional stabilities of Mn(II) complexes at pH 7.4 are comparable to those reported for the cyclen-based tDO2A2− ligand. The dissociation of the Mn(II) chelates were investigated by evaluating the rate constants of metal exchange reactions with Cu(II) under acidic conditions (I = 0.15 M NaCl, T = 25 °C). Dissociation of the [Mn(tO2DO2A)(H2O)] complex occurs through both proton− and metal−assisted pathways, while the [Mn(tO2DO2AMPip)(H2O)] analogue dissociates through spontaneous and proton-assisted mechanisms. The Mn(II) complex of tO2DO2A2− is remarkably inert with respect to its dissociation, while the amide analogue is significantly more labile. The presence of a water molecule coordinated to Mn(II) imparts relatively high relaxivities to the complexes. The parameters determining this key property were investigated using 17O NMR (Nuclear Magnetic Resonance) transverse relaxation rates and 1H nuclear magnetic relaxation dispersion (NMRD) profiles. 相似文献
