Flavonoids are ubiquitous molecules in nature and are found in almost all plants, including fruits and vegetables. Although flavonoids are structurally similar, subtle differences in their structures lead to important changes in their biological activities. Over years, mass spectrometry has become an ideal tool for the characterization of those important molecules. In particular to overcome the challenge of structure assignment, tandem mass spectrometry was used in numerous studies. In the present study, we submitted selected flavonoid 7- O-diglycosides to electrospray ionization to prepare different kinds of flavonoid ions, i.e. protonated, sodium- cationized and copper-cationized molecules. Most of the investigated reactions are already described in the literature in several papers and the aim of the present study is to present concise and coherent relations between CID reactions, cationizing agents and flavonoid 7-O-diglycoside structures. Some insights in the reaction mechanisms and the role of the cationizing particles will also be attempted.  相似文献

The facile construction of C(sp3)-rich carbo- and heterocyclic compounds is a pivotal synthetic strategy to foster contemporary drug discovery programs. The downstream dearomatization of readily accessible two-dimensional (2D) planar arenes represents a direct pathway towards accessing three-dimensional (3D) aliphatic scaffolds. Here, we demonstrate that polysulfide anions are capable of catalyzing a dearomatization process of substituted naphthalenes, indoles, and other related heteroaromatic compounds in the presence of potassium formate and methanol under visible light irradiation. The developed protocol exhibits broad functional group tolerance, operational simplicity, scalability, and cost-effectiveness, representing a practical and sustainable synthetic tool for the arene dearomatization.  相似文献

The enhanced electron field emission (EFE) properties of high aspect ratio, vertically aligned SiNW-ZnO core-shell arrays are presented. These core-shell arrays are prepared by a thin, controlled, highly crystalline and conformal coating of zinc oxide as shell using the plasma assisted-atomic layer deposition (PA-ALD) route on vertically aligned silicon nanowire arrays core. The core-shell nanostuctures are confirmed by HRTEM imaging along with the individual elemental mapping demonstrating the conformal deposition of 10 nm ZnO on the SiNWs. EFE properties of va-SiNW-ZnO core-shell arrays showed a high emission current density of 51 μA cm(-2) and a low turn on field of 7.6 V μm(-1) (defined at a current density of 1 μA cm(-2)) compared to the 3.2 μA cm(-2) emission current density and 9.1 V μm(-1) turn on field for SiNWs. The field enhancement factor (β) of 4227 for the devices demonstrates that these core-shell nanowire arrays are excellent field-emitters. Such an enhancement in the field emission originates from the details of the band structure of this peculiar material combination resulting in good electron transport from SiNW to ZnO as evident from the band diagram of the core-shell material. This is further supported by the conducting AFM studies where lowering in threshold voltage by 1 eV confirms the role of ZnO coating in the enhancement of the emission characteristics.  相似文献

In this paper, we consider a class of van der Waals flows with non-convex flux functions. In these flows, nonclassical under-compressive shock waves can develop. Such waves, which are characterized by kinetic functions, violate classical entropy conditions. We propose to use a Chebyshev pseudospectral method for solving the governing equations. A comparison of the results of this method with very high-order (up to 10th-order accurate) finite difference schemes is presented, which shows that the proposed method leads to a lower level of numerical oscillations than other high-order finite difference schemes and also does not exhibit fast-traveling packages of short waves which are usually observed in high-order finite difference methods. The proposed method can thus successfully capture various complex regimes of waves and phase transitions in both elliptic and hyperbolic regimes.  相似文献
