Lithium dioxobis[trioxoiodato(V)]vanadate,Li[VO2(IO3)2]

The title compound represents a new structure type, in which distorted VO₆ octa­hedra are bridged by iodate groups to form infinite two‐dimensional [VO₂(IO₃)₂]⁻ layers that are separated by octa­hedrally coordinated Li⁺ cations.     

1,4-二乙氧基苯的相转移催化合成

采用大孔型交联聚苯乙烯为载体研究制得新型季Lin盐型相转移催化剂Y98B，并将其于1，4－二乙氧基苯的催化合成反应，进行了产品的红外光谱分析和熔点测定，探讨了催化剂用量、对苯二酚与溴乙烷物的质量比、反应温度和反应时间等动力学条件对产品收率的影响。确定了在反应温度为70℃,mol对苯二酚：mol溴乙烷＝1：3．5，反应时间4h，催化剂用量3．0g的条件下产品收率可达84.3%。     

关于氧化锌—二氧化硅表面结构和表面酸性的补充研究

我们管报道浸渍法制备的ZnO/SiO_2的表面酸性和表面结构。证明:(1) ZnO单层分散在硅胶表面,分散阔值为～0.22gZnO/100m~2SiO_2;(2) 样品表面出现了单独的ZnO与SiO_2所没有的较强酸位并且其酸量与ZnO表面浓度有很好的对应关系。由此提出了ZnO与SiO_2表面相互作用形成了某种酸性结构单元的观点。Sumiyoshi,Tanabe等曾报道,用共沉淀法制取的ZnO-SiO_2表面酸性显著。认为酸性的根源是ZnO与SiO_2间形成了田部(K.Tanabe)模型所预示的那种二氧化物,结构中     

二水草酸锌脱水的热分解动力学研究

提出一种多升温速率-等温法确定机理函数g(α)的新方法;并用迭代的等转化率法求出较为可靠的活化能Ea;在Ea和g(α)的基础上计算出指前因子A.用该法对二水草酸锌（ZnC2O4•2H2O）脱水反应的热分解动力学三因子进行了求算,得出Ea为87.22 kJ•mol－1, A为4.2120×108～7.2328×108 s－1;以及随机成核和随后生长型机理函数Am（Avrami-Erofeer）,其积分形式g(α)=[－ln(1－α)] 1/m和微分形式f(α)=m(1－α)•[－ln(1－α)](1－1/m),调节因子m=1.85～2.00.     

Unusual Reaction of β-Hydroxy α-Diazo Carbonyl Compounds with Trichloroacetonitrile (CI3CCN) and Sodium Hydride

In the process of preparing α-diazo carbonyl compound 2 by imidation of 1, we unexpectedly observed a direct conversion of the hydroxyl group into trichloroacetylamino group. In this presentation, we report this unprecedented reaction, as well as the Rh2(OAc)4-catalyzed reaction of the resulting β-(trichloroacetyl)amino β-diazo carbonylcompounds 3. [ 1]     

军民融合背景下地方政府支持与民企参军行为的演化博弈研究

民参军是军民融合的重要组成内容,政府支持对于民参军的顺利进行发挥着关键作用。本文通过建立军民融合背景下的地方政府支持与民企参军行为的演化博弈模型,考察了参与者的决策演化过程,分析了参与者的进化稳定策略及影响因素。研究表明,增加地方政府对民企的资金奖励、加大民企参军税收优惠、民企资金收益率的提升,以及积极参军成本的降低,会使民企策略选择向积极参军方向演化,但却使地方政府行为向弱力度支持策略演化;而提升中央政府对地方政府的资金补助,降低地方政府支持民企积极参军的服务成本,不仅促使民企选择积极参军策略,还能促使地方政府选择强力度支持策略。最后,对模型结果进行算例分析,验证了结论的合理性。研究结果可以为当前民参军实践提供一定的理论指导。     

A method of tracking ensembles of particle images

A method for tracking ensembles of particle images of a digital PIV record by making use of the minimum quadratic difference (MQD) technique is described. The similarity of this method with correlation schemes used for the evaluation of PIV is discussed. The method is exemplified with two applications that are also evaluated by auto- and cross-correlation, respectively.Receipt of a fellowship from Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst (DAAD) for L. Novel Rearrangements of 2,3-Dimercapto-1-propanol Derivatives: Formation of Dialkyl Sulfide, Dialkyl Disulfide, and 1,2,3-Tris(alkylthio)propane

The base alkylation of 2,3-dimercapto-1-propanol with alkyl halides leads in good yield to 2,3-bis(alkylthio)-1-propanol and dialkyl sulfide. The reaction of 2,3-bis(alkylthio)-1-propanol with catalytic concentrated sulfuric acid proceeds with rearrangement to give 1,2,3-tris(alkylthio)propane and dialkyl disulfide. The rearrangement reaction takes place through a common intermediate thiaranium intermediate 8.     

A New Reaction-controlled Phase-transfer Catalyst System

A new reaction-controlled phase-transfer catalyst system was designed and synthesized.In this system, heteropolytungstate [C7H7N(CH3)3]9PW9O34 was used for catalytic epoxidation of cyclohexene with H2O2 as the oxidant. The conversion of H2O2 was 100% and the yield of cyclohexene oxide was 87.1% based on cyclohexene. Infrared spectra showed that both fresh catalyst and the recovered catalyst do have completely same absorption peak, indicating the structure of catalyst is very stability and can be recycled.     

Gear-like array of (H_2O)_(12) as building blocks in one-dimensional supramolecular assembly

The preparation and crystal structure of complex Co(Hsae)_2·2H_2O (1,H_2sae=N-salicylidene-2-iminoethanol) are reported.X- ray analysis revealed that every six Co(Hsae)_2 forms a cyclic chip and every 12 water forms a novel gear-like cluster.Acting as building blocks,the gear-like water cluster and complex chip are connected in A-B fashion and extend into one-dimensional supramolecular chain.Hydrogen bond is the primary bridging force in the formation of supramolecular framework.
